Do this? Some people spend time doing the exact opisiite and whilst many of those pages still exist the trend is away from them, not towards them. If you wanna clean it all up i'd suggest you focus on making them all into invididual pages and putting the group page up for deletion.--xoxo 02:52, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

If it's an in game group like Malton Fire Department that's fine. However many suburbs have all their locations grouped together eg Brooke Hills Streets. These sorts of pages exist a lot but in my opinion (and the generally accepted view of the wiki community) is that these pages are discouraged in favour of individual pages for each location. No one really cares enough to bother changing them over, but it'd be good if you don't remove individual location pages in favour of the grouped style. This is particularly true for pages with lots of text, eg Necrotech buildings. Thanks.--xoxo 04:44, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Location Pages

In the pages you've been creating, I've noticed they lack content, do those locations not have any descriptions or any other information? It looked like once you forgot to copy something off the stub to the new page.. Also, I was looking for a project to work on, what exactly do you do? Create pages for the locations and move them off the stubs, make redirects?

Well, I'm changing all the merged location pages into individual location pages as suggested in the LSG. Then I may add or not information on them, since they were empty from the start, trying to add useful information. I'm focused on Tollyton right now. So take a location from a merged page, move it to its own page (Or the existing redirect) and create the X,Y redirect for an entire merged page then put it up for deletion? Does the LSG have all this on it >.>?

Well, yeah, that is what I'm doing, you only missed that I actually have to change all the pages that linked to the merged one to the individual location (on the what links here in the toolbox), it's quite a job. After a quick discussion with Boxy, we have decided not to promote you at this time. However, this not due to a lack of participation but rather a lack of experience. You are making good constructive edits to various admin sections of the wiki but we feel that you need to expand a little more and learn more about the ins and outs of the wiki, perhaps heading in the direction of Policy Discussion and maybe help out in UDWiki:Projects in order to build your experience and knowledge of the wiki. You are aware that there is a way to colourise internal links and colourise and stealth external links? Might fit in with your colour scheme better.
