Things are getting safer around here for now, but there are still some small hordes attacking the barricades.. Anyone can rest here unless you guys know where the entry points are. And one more thing, be careful of damn PKers. LaskarPelari 07:45, 29 August 2011 (CXT)

Update: July General Hospital has fallen again to a horde of 8 zombies and one AH. Situation is not looking good. BilboDerpins 16:28, 19 August 2011 (BST)

  • August 19th, 2011

Buckley Mall still under attack; heavy zombie activity around the exterior, including July General Hospital. We've seen a zombie with Flailing Gesture and Death Rattle giving info and orders to the zombies, we suspect it's one of the Annus Horribillis operatives. Harna 15:24, 19 August 2011 (BST)

  • August 3rd, 2011

A mob of approximately 36 zombies attacked the mall, all 4 corners have fallen, and the North East corner has been ruined. Revive requests are plenty in the nearby cemetery. Buckley Mall has fallen. PapaJacky 08:23, 2 August 2011 (BST)

  • January 22nd, 2011

A protracted month long battle has been waged between members of The Randoms and LUE/FU. Corners exchanged hands nightly before the mall was finally claimed by the zombies earlier in the week. Humans retook it after a few days, but more ferals moved into the area and the mall was reclaimed by zombies. --VinnyMendoza 07:58, 22 January 2011 (UTC)

  • May 23, 2008

I didn't see any zeds in the immediate area seems safe for now. Everything is rebuilt around the mall and entry point have been established. Very crowed though. --One of 3 19:27, May 23, 2008 (EST)

  • May 7, 2008

It appears the clean up is going well, but rather slow. I'm not sure there are too many survivors left in the area. It does appear that there are many zombie sympathizers attempting to clean out the undead. Survivors in the area should first attempt to retake the Tebbett NT building as the revive points are chock full of people looking to help reclaim the mall. --Kickt 16:54, 7 May 2008 (BST)

  • May 03, 2008

Indeed, the mall is still overcrowded. But this time with zeds. --Yeeth 06:46, 3 May 2008 (BST)

Only 15 zombies remain inside the mall as of this report, some below half hp. An organized effort would likely retake the mall at this point.--Nightforge 05:12, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

  • November 29th 2007

Buckley has been taken. The Bash appears to be moving on. ~50 zombies in and around the mall. Silas Reg 21:36, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

Did you sense it? As though millions of voices cried out in terror, and then suddenly silenced. Malton's Finest Orange Julius (TM) has fallen to the forces of death, decay and rickets. As sworn protectors of MFOJ, The Randoms will not suffer such an obscene blight to persist. Soon, the city's oranges and Julii will blend into the creamy froth of serenity once again. Know this is so. -Shinosa 16:11, 29 November 2007 (UTC)
  • November 27th 2007

60 zombies inside the NE corner, if we don't move now, we've lost. So we better hurry, cades are at VHB, so if we move now, we might be able to hold. Don't give up! - George Bulst 08:06 CDT

  • November 26th 2007

There are 140 zombies in the NE corner. About 15 zombies inside infecting humans. Plenty of humans inside the mall.

  • November 26th 2007

Update: 105 Zombies at the NE corner! Scratching down the barricades! --Frunobulax 15:13, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

  • November 26th 2007

The siege continues... PKers are probably out of ammo after yesterday attack and zeds without their help can't manage to clear any corner. We badly need more brave survivors in SE corner (cowards are advised to stay in west corners). Read The Mall Defence Manifesto and article Why Caiger Mall Fell. --Viktor Suvorov 08:07, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

  • November 25th 2007

2 zombies in NE Buckley, I barricaded a bit (This will unbalance my AP schedule), DNA extracted one of them and if anyone sees the NecroNet, they may come. --Frogging101 14:01, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

  • November 25th 2007

Things are not looking good. The endless amounts of zombie spies are taking their toll on Buckley. Our NT building CRed a brain rotter because they are dumb, and he pked me, and others I'd assume. Mall is unpowered, and it doesn't look like it may hold much longer. - George Bulst 01:25 CDT

Don't Panic. We will hold much longer if we only keep mall population evenly distributed and hold The Tebbett NT. Read Hildebrand Mall news, they survived an attack of about 120 zeds. --Viktor Suvorov 12:47, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

Buckley is now the target of the Big Bash. Let's get ready for a fight.- George Bulst

  • November 7th 2007

Buckley looks safe EHB, powered. 200+ survivors inside. --Frogging101 23:19, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

  • November 4th 2007

The Second Big Bash has gone to Spicer Hills, it would be silly of them to double back, so Buckley is looking secure since only the western edges of Buttonville were infested the bash. TommyMann 19:09, 4 November 2007 (CST)

  • November 4th 2007

The Horde on its way is The Big Bash, I am assuming all survivors from Buttonville who are willing are going to make our stand at Buckley. I suggest we start really getting ready, I am unsure if we have given the Big Bash any major resistance at this point, but we will here!

  • November 2nd 2007

Buckley mall has 200+ survivors. Word on the radio is that a large group of Zeds from Williamsville is on its way for a siege. TommyMann 22:22, 2 November 2007 (CST)

  • October 23rd 2007

Buckley mall is 99.9% safe from zeds (1 dum zed may try to attack the south east corner).163 survivors on my last count. Every one here should still be keeping an eye out for PKers I seen about 5 in one corner. Zurdburg 15:54, 23 October 2007 (BST)

  • September 16th, 2007

Hahaha. >.> Screw what I said about everything being peaceful, there's only a handful of survivours in the NW corner, and 23 zeds munching them as I type. I myself am amongst the dead, though I'm indulging in a bit of ZKing... HALP? We need more defenders FAST, of we're gonna be wiped out. --Whisperdale 14:23, 16 September 2007 (BST)

  • September 15th, 2007

Both southeast and southwest corners have been ruined, with 32 and 31 zeds respectively. Northern corners have some human activity, but also have 16 zeds between them. The situation seems very bleak. --Munkel 04:34, 16 September 2007 (BST)

  • September 15th, 2007

SE corner is in ruins, but I only have one AP, and my screen cuts outs the western side, so I can't tell you more for that. The status should probably be changed to Ransacked. EDIT: I'm in the mall right now. It seems that the south-east area is ruined and devoid of humans, with 25 zeds inside. The southwest quarter isn't ruined yet, but is currently stage to a major clash, with a crowd of persistent survivors and 24 zombies. The northern corners have no zombies right now, but that could change any time, of course. --Munkel 01:25, 16 September 2007 (BST)

  • September 14th, 2007

6 RRF zombies have currently broken into the Apple i-phone store located in the SW corner. All shoppers are asked to help out in defending the corner against the angry horde. Also, the RRF's Gore Corps has been spotted in both Wyke and Buttonville. Please check profiles first before reviving and no combat reviving under any cirsumstances! LCpl Hicks 18:19, 14 September 2007 (BST)

  • September 12th, 2007

Things are quiet at the mall... It's boringly safe from the Zeds, there's not more than three in a six-block radius. There has, however, been an unusual amount of PKer activity... I've been told there may be a new PKer group forming. Anyways, it's not uncommon for myself (Or an alt, when I'm off somewhere else) to wake up not ripped to little bits by hungry zeds, but riddled with bullets by PKing bampots. The "OT" dude has been particularly active. --Whisperdale 19:30, 12 September 2007 (BST)

  • August 30th, 2007

The RRF has rudely been kicked out of its squatting position in the SE corner of the mall. The AMC Gremlin giveaway has been temporarily halted, and expectant zombie customers are left outside disappointed, swaying and a bit peckish. WHERE is our Orange Julius?! -- LordOlam 14:08, 30 August 2007 (BST)

Credit is certainly deserved where credit is due: if/when the RRF completes the ruin of this mall, I nominate that it should go down in history as the smallest group of zombies to ever take over an entire mall. Clearly, the lethal combination of very good intelligence gathering and coordination (helped in no small part I'm sure by IWrecords) combined with the new ruin mechanic is enough to help just about anyone fell even the mightest fortresses. --evilbob 14:15, 30 August 2007 (BST)
"I nominate that it should go down in history as the smallest group of zombies to ever take over an entire mall." I also nominate that it should be the shortest time ever a zed group has held a mall, in less than a few hours later a survivor team retook it. Taking buckley is easy, not many people inside, but I don't think they'll take pole, which they're targeting right now- EchelonThree 15:20, 31 August 2007 (BST)
To ransack one corner is not to hold a mall. As we have yet to hold the mall it cannot be retaken yet. We are here for the Gremlin giveaway and the iPhones only, the mall itself is not the goal. The delicious Orange Julius has caused a few to talk of trying to stay longer, but it is unlikely to happen. Despite what you may believe we are not, have not, and have no plans on attacking Pole Mall in the near future, but you enjoy that fight of yours from within your fortresslike Pole Mall. From what I've seen on the wiki you won't last much longer. Ha! --DonTickles 16:45, 31 August 2007 (BST)
Tragically, the drawing for the Gremlin has ended, and the winner was...Murray Jay Suskind! Unfortunately, as the rules clearly stated that the winner had to be present for the drawing, and not collapsed, bleeding from a headshot, in the parking lot, another winner was chosen. The winner is asked to pick up his prize at Wheddon Auto Repair. "Wheddon Auto: For all your Gremlin Customization Needs" --Jonathon Quimby 01:14, 1 September 2007 (BST)
The Orange Julius is on its way, but it was delayed when one of the Orange Julius Transporters group was struck down in Kempsterbank and had to get a revive. --Thunderburst 01:14, 3 September 2007 (BST)
  • August 29th, 2007

The RRF's AU10 is currently stocking up on iphones and accessories at the Apple store and getting drinks at the Orange Julius in the SE corner of the mall. We thank the residents of the mall for their hospitality. --DonTickles 18:08, 29 August 2007 (BST)

Additionally, while it may seem like a lack of courtesy for us to try to flood the mall with our members before the AMC Gremlin giveaway, let me assure you that our sore, calloused and rotting legs need the rest that such an awesome piece of machinery would give us. -- Murray Jay Suskind 18:58, 29 August 2007 (BST)

Buckley has been infiltrated by a number of organised PKers including members of the PK group Red Rum. Survivors should be on their guard and ANY incidences of Player Killing should be reported on the Brainstock forum in order for bounties to be assigned to the perpetrators. Drama Club staged a performance of "Army of Darkness" at Buckley Mall in the NE corner as part of their Border Tour of Malton. The group plans to travel clockwise around the border suburbs of Malton with one show in each suburb. Today they performed for the 49 survivors here as part of this tour. See their group page for performing groups and schedules.

May 7, 2007

  • Buckley is currently in survivor hands, with very few zombies directly outside or in the surrounding area. The north eastern sector of Buttonville has been plagued by zombie incursions for nigh a week now, but the southern neighborhoods and the mall itself has remained a bastion of human resistance. Pan 20:44, 7 May 2007 (BST)

April

April 10, 2007

  • The Mall has been reclaimed by the survivors. The barricades are still being reinforced further, and there are still zeds outside, but the Mall itself is secure.

April 7, 2007

  • Buckley Mall is dead. That is Mr. Buckley Mall the survivor. The Mall itself has around 25 survivors, with 65-70 Zombies in the Mall. Mall Tourists should be arriving and expanding the festivities to include the nearby buildings during the next few hours.--Electrasol 14:51, 7 April 2007 (BST)
  • More zeds arriving every hour get into a safe house quick

these include police and fire stations the mall all established safe houses and the hospitals all nearby nearoTECH buildings

  • Nix that the mall is in zombie hands with around 20 in each corner, difficult for a retake without group strategy

April 6, 2007

  • The Vangaurd of the Mall Tour '07 has already arrived outside Buckley Mall, a heap of 46 dead bodies lay outside the barricades, 47 Zombies have arrived and are already smashing at the barricades. Which are not holding up too well already. Given the already serious shortage of Angry Hamish dolls inside. You can bet there are going to be hundreds of unhappy customers in the mall come morning.--Electrasol 00:58, 7 April 2007 (BST)
  • URGENT NOTICE: Buckley Mall management, in coordination with Randoms Enterprises, announced today that Buckley Mall is completely sold out of the tremendously popular Angry Hamish the Cheese Eating Scotsman Doll with Kilt Lifting Action. The large numbers of nearly ravenous shoppers outside the mall are asked to move along and inquire about inventories at malls in northern Malton. --Shinosa 16:03, 6 April 2007 (BST)

March

March 31st, 2007

  • The survivor population in Buckley increases with each passing day. At least three corners are powered most of the time; while the NW corner continues to see minor - though regular - break-ins, these are usually easily repelled by the burgeoning harman population. One important point to remember is to please resist the urge to clear out the zombies by combat reviving. This is a highly dubious tactic which leads directly to GKing, PKing and overbarricading. It's not big and it's certainly not clever. -Keith Drudgely 13:09, 31 March 2007 (BST)

March 10th, 2007

  • Mall is completely overrun, we need to regroup and attack before the number of zombies inside swells to a very large horde. About 6-10 zombies in each corner.--Necrosoldier 23:02, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

March 9th, 2007

  • The mall is almost totally overrun, recommend survivors to avoid it. --User Somerandomdude 6:00, 9 March 2007 (AZ)

March 5th, 2007

  • As of 10.30am GMT, the entire mall is without power; SW corner wide open with 4 zeds inside. 'Cade level is now back to EHB, and the NE corner is powered again. With only ~15 survivors in the SW and ~90 in the NE, mallrats are advised to spread out evenly to avoid a ransack. --Keith Drudgely 12:00, 5 March 2007 (UTC)

February

February 28th 2007

  • Still EHB and survivors must free run out. Still overcrowded and the next possible target for zombie hordes.

February 1st 2007

  • All corners of the mall are at EHB barricade level. 68 survivors dwell in the NE corner, 29 in the NW, 16 in the SW corner, and 11 in the SE corner. Breakins are not expected anytime soon. --SomethingIsHappening 01:42, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

  • After 3 days of knocking down overbarricaded buildings in Wyke, I was dismayed to find Julie General back at EHB today. Whether it's a deliberate ploy by brain-rotted spies in the Mall or just overzealousness, all survivors should check the barricade plan - all resource buildings in Wyke Hills are designated entry-points and should be VS+2. If 'cades are higher than they should be, knock them back down again for God's sake! *sigh* --Keith Drudgely 15:41, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

January 4th 2007

  • The Barhah Brigade broke into and ransacked the south west corner of Buckley Mall on its first try, and held it for several hours. If there had been a large horde here, you would have all been dead by now. Tut tut silly harmanz. You have a choice: You can either learn to protect your mall better, or you can marinate yourselves and cover your clothing with barbeque sauce.

December

December 29th 2006

  • Survivors in Buckley should try to spread out as evenly as possible throughout the mall, should we all need to defend it from zed attacks. There have been breaches in several buildings in Wyke in the last few days by an organised Zombie group, the Barhah Brigade. Do your fellow survivors a favour, don't make it easier for the zeds by leaving mall squares inadequately defended! (Oh, and kill RevivalOfTheFittest on sight, he PKed me today!) --Keith Drudgely

November

November 9th 2006

  • All is pretty calm in Wyke Hills for the moment. Hardly any zombie attacks. We have a serious overbarricading problem for the mall entry points! Geeze! I got lucky and had to spend three hours before I could get into St. Emilia's church! People, PLEASE camp in the entry points and down the cades if it's above VB+2. X( -Ultre

October

October 28, 2006 I can make no guarantees as the U.S. ARMY INFANTRY is currently tied up in other suburbs, but I'll make a request to assist you from my C/O as soon as our current ops are complete. --Stickman 22:16, 28 October 2006 (BST)

October 24th, 2006
As any of you there might have realised by now, the Red Rum group has moved into Buckley Mall, and the greater Wyke Hills area. They've killed quite a few people now (they're Pker's), and show little sign of stopping. Now this is not a propaganda recruitment drive for the FoFST, or T.A.R either; all we ask is that you kill any of their group on sight, and certainly don't revive them. If you don't want to fight then come and find someone from either of the two groups mentioned and we'll come and bring the rain of sweet justice for you. If you don't believe me, then check on our page for proof (contacts on the FoFST wiki page). If you hep us do this service to Wyke Hills, we can help you keep Buckley Mall safe too -Sherwin, Fear of Fridays Street Team

September

September 27, 2006 TAR is setting up a revive point at Knight Square. If zombified, please shamble over there and use the DEM revive request tool to request a revive. The co-ordinates are x=55 y=95. Alternatively the cemetery 2S 1W of there looks like a decent spot. Please don't kill zombies at either of those locations. Myelin

September 21, 2006 Wyke hills is once again safe from Zombie threat, though barricading is still a problem that were working on. The new group Tactical Area Rescue has gotten up finally and is doing there best to keep it a safe place for all survivors. Also a thanks goes out to the Randoms for helping us get started. Sharline Jade

September 11, 2006 Burp! Sorry I just had 3 survivor heads on the half shell 1 NW of Hitchens Towers. Hope that recon work helped. I encourage all fellow brain eaters in the Wyke Hills area to concentrate their efforts around Hitchens Towers (disable mobile phones), CockayneGrove PD (weapons and ammo), and Ephrem General Hospital (FAKs). This will greatly hamper new survivors and migrateing survivors. Let the Big Bash and larger groups of fellow brain eaters have the mall. Concentrate and devour! Gang Bang Harmans! Harman Gang Bang! -I Eat Poontang-

September 2, 2006 Colonel Al: I've already moved well past your position. At least 3 groups (Black Hunters, Silent Running, US ARMY INFANTRY) are already on site and have established safehouses in Gulsonside. Communication is happening on US ARMY's private forums. Get on the forum and get in the fight, cause waypoints are only useful so long as you have ammo & supplies, and you're gonna run dry soon. Additional groups are signing in, so I'd suggest abandoning and moving ahead, just make sure you avoid the mall until it's secure! We're based away from the mall until we set up more buildings.--Stickman 00:22, 3 September 2006 (BST)

We need additional personnel for the Ephrem Hospital waypoint. Colonel al

Many zed spies have taken up resident in Buckley Mall. Keep an eye out for barricade and generator destroying humans. --Frank Kenobi 16:55, 2 September 2006 (BST)

I passed by Ephrem on my way to Gulsonside. I didn't see anyone I know, so I moved on to our rally point in Gulsonside. There is a growing number of survivors there, so I'll stick around as long as I can. --Stickman 15:36, 2 September 2006 (BST)

September 1, 2006 I'm still at Eprem, and we now number 15 or so. We've secured a number of buildings around us and have been doing extensive recon work. Our next goal is to revive all the folks at East Greyside's Wicklen Monument (60,89, which is ~3NE of here). The problem is, there are zeds to the SW (back towards Buckley -- which would mean that if we press forward, we stand to lose what we've gained so far). I could use some Buckley forces to clean up behind us. Colonel al

August

August 31, 2006

Update 15:50 EST I've sent a message to Colonel Al, Zankuro, Sanshiro, Coolo, etc. asking you all to get in contact with Johnny_Lunchpail of the U.S. ARMY INFANTRY. Check your talk pages for details. We've got some resources now, we just need to communicate. --Stickman 20:51, 31 August 2006 (BST)

I am still at Ephrem General Hospital (93, 58) 4 of us are holding the place and nearby warehouse. It is taking a bit longer than expected to truly secure this area before moving on (the same 5 zeds keep coming back and make us waste AP fixing 'cades.). Plus, we need a revive specialist from Buckley to join us and to go north to the revive point and empty it out for us (and give us more people to fight with). Another few days (faster, if Stickman can bring help), and we'll begin preparations for our second move to the NE and Blesley. Colonel al

August 30, 2006: Now safely back in Buckley Mall, David Haze and I are resting and restocking. No word yet on the whereabouts of Sanshiro and Feculus, although I did run into Coolo here. I've made offers for revives to any US Army Infantry members who need it. I'll be making a relief run to Colonel Al's position tomorrow if he still needs help. Haven't heard much about anyone's situation in a while. --Stickman 14:50, 30 August 2006 (BST)

August 29, 2006: Yeah, it's an exercise in futility to try to match the zeds at Blesley unless you have at least 20 experienced survivors. Even with (at least) 4 survivors who could barricade, there was no way to keep the 'cades up. Just not enough AP. Well, see you at St. D's. David Haze reports he's already been revived, so at least we have an ally with some syringes and the ability to use them. --Stickman 00:32, 30 August 2006 (BST)

BTW, I've noticed that the local zeds are quite skilled, compared to the area humans. In a 1:1 battle, they have us clearly outmatched. I'm not surprised that we can't get our acts together. Me and a couple of others were completely abused by 1 zed inside Ephraim Hospital, with VS+2 'cades. I can now see why some of the entry points at the mall keep going up to EHB. Colonel al

After a very unsuccessful attempt to retake Blesley Mall, Mordac, David Haze, Sanshiro, and Feculus are making their way back to Buckley Mall. The 15 (approx) survivors we encountered there were a little less than organized and we were unable to maintain order. We will all need revives, so please look for us in the cemetery next to Buckley Mall. I don't think another effort to reclaim Blesley will happen until a much larger and more organized group offers to lead the way. --Stickman 16:15, 29 August 2006 (BST)

August 27, 2006: OK, 1st of all, the 'cade plan at Buckley Mall (our rally point) is completely goofed up. I got stuck outside without an entry point, had to sleep in the street for 15 minutes, and woke up dead. Not a good way to start the morning.

I got messages from Stickman and Cooloo. They are ready to move out the NE -- which is good because according to the logs the mall should be ready for us to move in and defend again. Before getting killed, I recon'd 3 blocks NE of Screech Lane PD (Knight Square 95,56) before running into resistance. The area revive points are empty at the moment, except for me (waiting at St Emilias, 98,52). Let's make our 1st stop on the way back at Ephrem General Hospital (93, 58) -- it should be at VS, will put us within easy reach of a few revive points, and give us spare AP to backtrack if things go bad. Stop and get me on the way up, will you? Colonel al 20:36, 27 August 2006 (BST)

Regarding "the 'cade plan at Buckley Mall." If you look on this page, you'll notice a link to "Buckley Mall Open for All." This movement never gained popular support because malls are a continuous point of attack for zombies. Thus, the inhabitants inevitably EHB the mall as a matter of self preservation regardless of anyone's desire to have a different policy. The good news is that there are TWO adjacent designated entry points. Garlick Fire Station in Buttonville and Julie General Hospital are designated VSB (as a resource buildings). The bad news is that, once again the inhabitants have a tendency to overbarricade those buildings too. But they *should* be VSB and many work to achieve that. Today, Tebbett (2 north of Mall in Buttonville) was VSB (as designated). The point is, it is not a failure to plan, it is a failure of adherence to the plan. An unfortunately all too frequent occurance. ZaqWer 23:36, 27 August 2006 (BST)

August 24, 2006 I have arrived at Buckley. I plan on resting up, grabbing some spray cans, and heading back to various revive points in a day or two. I find that the 2 nearest revive points to Buckley are empty (expect them to fill up in a day or 2 with more of my gang showing up), and that there are 15 zeds outside the NE corner of Buckley. Colonel al 16:08, 24 August 2006 (BST)

August 23, 2006: Any dead survivors from Blesley Mall (Gulsonside) are encouraged to come here to Buckley Mall. There is a massive revive effort underway and revive times are very good. Stick around for a bit, help rebuild Buckley, then we can return to Gulsonside together and take it back! This area has become very stable lately. --Stickman 19:50, 23 August 2006 (BST)

June

June 23, 2006: All human life has been eliminated from Buckley mall.

June 23-ish, 2006: It is believed that Buckley mall will fall within a day or two under the weight of the new zombie collective, the Big Bash

June 22, 2006: Buckley Mall still stands against the new zombie invasion in Buttonville. Survivors are trying to band together to keep the place up and running. Nearby buildings fall and rise daily. The zombies are putting up a good fight today. --Ruan 04:20, 22 June 2006 (EST)

April 05, 2006: Last report from survivors in Garlick Square FD suggests that the mall is overrun with at least 70 zeds. Many casualties, due to the surprise nature of the attack. The fact that an initial wave of three or four zeds was repelled, only for a successful zed counter attack that opened all corners of the mall indicates a co-ordinated attack, with support from opportunist ferals. Residence of the surrounding areas of Buckley Mall are advised to leave immediately. Once the mall has been cleared, zeds will be scouting the outlying buildings. --Don D Crummitt 16:06, 5 April 2006 (BST)

UPDATE: The RRF has infiltrated the mall and continues to consume sleeping survivors. Further reports suggest that a large proportion of the attacking zombies were Undeadites, whether or not these two hordes have joined forces is unclear but at present it appears to have been an unfortunate coincidence for the residents of Buckley Mall. Several sleeping survivors awaken to find a zombie gnawing on their digits flee to neighboring building. Hope fades as the last of the remaining mall shoppers are bitten, clawed, and digested. Buckley Mall is firmly in the grip of zombies. --ZombieMcAllen 13:20, 5 April 2006 (EST)

March

March 16, 2006: In an effort to inform those inside the mall and others who may wish to help I have started the 'Buckley Mall Open For All' movement. I hope others will see the sense in allowing survivors access to the resource represented by the Buckley Mall. --FallenAngel 14:21, 16 March 2006 (GMT)

March 15, 2006: I've started creating an entrypoint, as mentioned in the previous entry, I am hoping that any survivors inside understand my methods and don't just sit inside rebuilding or at least let me know whats going on. Any help would be great so muck in, lets open up the mall. --FallenAngel 12:11, 15 March 2006 (GMT)

March 14, 2006: The Mall seems abandoned from the outside and no Zeds around although I can't check the inside as I don't have free-running and the whole place is too heavily barricaded. I'm planning to weaken the upper eastern corner of the mall to allow access, but I'll check back here before I start. Please say if you'd prefer me to make a hole elsewhere, oh and any help getting in always appreciated I'm a bit cr*p with an axe/crowbar. Are there any current local safehouses? as I'm commuting in from Screech Lane Police Department at the moment. --FallenAngel 09:03, 14 March 2006 (GMT)

February

February 11, 2006: Members of the Church of the Resurrection have been seen around the mall in the first days of February. They attacked and broke Julie General Hospital several times, and are considered to have several zombie spies infiltrated among the survivors in the area. Assaults are expected to be drawn again on Julie General Hospital, as well as on Screech Lane Police Department [53,97], St. Dionysius's Church, the Lodder Building and St. Emelia's Church, if not the mall itself and/or other buildings.

January

January 27, 2006: Mall is safe enough. Don't stay in it as most of the defenders left for Caiger. Daily swaps between zombie and survivor control but you shouldn't be staying in here anyway. Need to keep clearing the ferals till they move on to juicier targets.

January 21, 2006: The mall has fallen. Zombies now control all 21 branches of Starbucks within, and shoppers are advised to seek alternative retail outlets. All members of Leasehold Services are either zombified or running scared. A spokesman from the group said that "it was not our most successful venture. Mind you, it wasn't our worst, either".

January 19, 2006: Zeds in the SW corner of the mall but not in great numnbers - barricades are up but the zeds need clearing!.

UPDATE: The zombies control the lower two quadrants, but the quadrants were barricaded as of 5:57 PM GMT-8. There were 9 zombies in the SW corner, and 16 zombies battling survivors in the NW corner. Less than 100 survivors total in the northern quadrants. There is nobody, human or zombie, in the SE corner, but it appears the zombies are using that as an entryway. Unless the mall gets repopulated soon and a more coordinated defense mounted, it might acutally fall before the main tour even gets there.

January 18, 2006: Leasehold Services have set up temporary headquarters here to help with the growing zombie menace. Join up to receive special rates on staples and other essential office equipment.

January 17, 2006: The Firehouse next to the NW portion of the mall has fallen. 34 bodies outside and 2 zombies still inside. Barricade is currently VS. Last night the mall was down to very lightly before anyone did anything about it. Unless we get active barricaders on each corner of the mall soon it is destined to fall. If anyone from the mall is reading this, do yourself a favor. If you have construction, check each part of the mall before leaving/searching.

Personal Notes: We can do this is we start working together. we have to designate at least one safehouse incase of invasion, get designated barricaders, designate a revive point, and have healers stationed everywhere. Caiger did not survive by being disorganized. If we keep playing as individuals we will fall.

January 14, 2006: As of the 14th I am reporting medium zombie counts around the mall. Groups so far have been under 10. Very few if any attempts at breaking any barricades, but survivors are getting a little nervous and overbarricading. Possible entrance points change all the time. Best advice is to just check the blocks immediately outside the mall. Over 160 Survivors in the mall and I estimate about another 100 in surrounding buildings.

Personal Notes: Caiger Mall had more, but an attack on this mall probobly wouldnt be nearly THAT big. True they worked together alot more, but I firmly believe from the numbers ive been seeing in the past 3 days that this mall is a safe haven AT THIS TIME. -Reyhn Retenra

January 12, 2006: This mall is next on the hit list for the Mall Tour '06. With the number of survivors here, we CANNOT hold this mall. Advisories:

- Whittle at zombie numbers. Purchase headshot as soon as possible, barricade yourself between Buckley and Pole Malls. Headshot as many zeds as possible in hit-and-run tactics.
- Do NOT stay within the mall. Everyone with free running should rush in, burn search AP, and rush out. Those without, simply need to stay away from the area, as Buckley will become very dangerous, very quickly.
- Stay scattered. The less 'harmanz' the zeds find in a building, the better. Keep intelligence on current zombie count and locations, and perform reinforcing hit and run shots against the zeds that are attacking a building.
They're on their way to Caiger Mall, and we need to slow them down as much as possible.

January 7, 2006: This mall is under attack by groups of ferals - for the survivors here, it's best not to stay the night in this mall due to the low amount of people. Fan out to the surrounding buildings in Buttonville - you'll be relatively safe. Myelin
