News & History Ackland Mall Security Purpose of the group Ackland Mall in Havercroft needs an organized and able force to defend shoppers during their stay within the mall. In order to maintain the mall at optimum status we need - 1. An organized barricade policy with multiple entry points. 2. A maintained list of known PKers, Gkers and Zombie spies 3. A ready supply of fuel and generators, particularly for the phone mast. 4. An efficient scouting and communications system. The Cannonball Crew The Cannonball Crew (CC) is a mobile combat unit dedicated to protecting Malton from the undead. The group specializes in coordination and real-time assaults to deny zombies any ill-gotten meals. Its unofficial headquarters is Strange Bank in Barrville, but members are more likely to be found battling zombies throughout the city. As a nomadic force, the Cannonball Crew enjoys a variety of missions involving all aspects of the game. Being part of the Crew means fighting alongside a group of experienced and knowledgeable players who have your back. The Crimson Clan The Crimson Clan is one of the most powerful groups in Malton, based in and around the suburb of Havercroft in central Malton. The Clan has declared the area surrounding Ackland Mall its domain, and intend to make life difficult for the local zombies and PKers. Due to the varying numbers of prey in central Clan domain, some squads are occasionally seen far into hostile territory. The Kilt Store Welcome to the Kilt Store! We proudly provide the finest tartan kilts available anywhere, much less in a sequestered siege city, and have been serving the survivors of Malton since May 31st, 2007. (We recently celebrated our one-year anniversary). We carry a wide variety of tartan patterns and our prices will make you wonder how we stay in business. We are conveniently located in the Southwest corner of Nichols Mall, at the Eastern edge of Stanbury Village. Parking is free. The Malton Medical Staff The Malton Medical Staff are an active, pro-survivor group who are putting the comedy back into Health care around central Malton. We administer and maintain entry-point Hospitals by keeping a core group of friendly Hospital Staff in each one to provide fast, efficient health care, advice, scouting intelligence and defence. We also are able to respond to medical emergency requests (for example, after a large break-in), perform "medical rampages" and also patrol and maintain the health of the buildings and survivors around the Hospitals we administer. The Malton Zookeepers The Malton Zookeepers are a survivor group located in Ketchelbank. Formed in January 2006, they are dedicated to the maintenance of Malton's only zoo. The location of Malton's City Zoo, sandwiched between the Zombiefied Republic of !zanbah and the traditional zombie hometown of Ridleybank and more than 10 blocks away from the nearest mall, makes this task a difficult one. The Zookeepers don't mind, however, and do their job with their signature good attitude and sense of humor day in and day out. The Rambling Drunks The Tenets of the Master Plan of Inebriation 1. The Ridleybank Resistance Front The Ridleybank Resistance Front are noted as one of the largest active hordes in the city of Malton. With a daily estimated active population of 170 zombies, the RRF are considered by many survivors as one of the most dangerous groups in the city. Since formation in late September 2005 the horde has only a small handful notable defeats amid many bloody victories. The Umbrella Corporation We are a pro-survivor group located in Shearbank. Our goals are helping humanity, having fun, growing in numbers and have a discussion from time to time about the world affairs. And yes, our group's name is a link to the fictional Umbrella Corporation that plays a large role in the Resident Evil/Biohazard games. /zom/ Well chap, we are a survivor group operating out of Southall Mansion in East Boundwood. We have no particular priority other than adding to our average level as fast as the dickens, having ourselves a good guffaw, and the occasional big game hunt -- all while being impeccably dressed and tastefully mannered.
