Was the Undying Scourge a part of this? I think it was just the RFF. Darrik 00:59, 25 Oct 2005 (BST)

Yes, looks like they were. Some of the Scourge head honchos had a look at the Unofficial UD Forums where the RRF organise their raids and decided to join in the party. --Seagull Flock 17:07, 25 Oct 2005 (BST)
You're right SF. I recieved word from a member of the Scourge who confirmed this. Thanks for responding. Darrik 21:45, 26 Oct 2005 (BST)

Could elements of the Church of the Resurrection have been involved in the early parts of this action? We (Axes High) were holding the stadium before October 10 (Egads, we held that place for over 2 weeks, gotta update!) and the Church of the Resurrection were reported to be in Ketchelbank between October 10 and October 16 , some spill-over may have been inevitable. --DJRJ 15:07, 28 Oct 2005 (BST)

To repost what I've just written in the Axes High talk page about this:
Well if you want some concrete evidence, our (ie the Church's) planning forum threads have always been completely open to whoever can be bothered trudging through and reading them, and amongst the thousands of posts about every teensy little thing we were doing during that whole time period, you'll never find a single one about attacking the stadium, or even placing the Church anywhere south of St Eusebius' Hospital in Ketchelbank, ever. I can totally see why you might have thought it was us, but I can assure you that it was someone else --Brother Graaarg 15:17, 28 Oct 2005 (BST)
Well I've made changes to more properly reflect our perceptions of the then current events. We had our hands full keeping the wolves from the door as it were, and had to rely on what people who were passing through were able to tell us about the outside world. --DJRJ 15:24, 28 Oct 2005 (BST)
In the meantime I've asked the Red-eye Republic leaders, let's see if we can find this "phantom" horde. :) --Seagull Flock 15:36, 28 Oct 2005 (BST)
RER contacts said they had no part in it, at least as an organised horde. They said probably some of them partecipated but as individuals. So it's still a mystery, or maybe it was really just a group of feral zeds accumulated there for the herd theory. --Seagull Flock 14:23, 29 Oct 2005 (BST)
A large group of ferals seems to be the most logical solution, and in fact would explain the lack of anything like coherent tactics displayed. Seriously, we had a constant group of anywhere between 25 and 35 zombies on any given day outside the SE corner of Floyde Stadium. The fact that they didn't move or attack a single block to the west had us all puzzled for days.
Speaking personally, I had this nagging suspicion that they were a diversion to keep us from looking out and seeing what an organised group of zombies were up to.--DJRJ 12:48, 30 Oct 2005 (GMT)
Since there's no claim from any horde and after confirmation from some ferals (see http://www.ud-forums.com thread in the [UDZ] section) that were in the first phase of the attack, I've updated the page accordingly. If a horde will claim to be there, we can always update it back. --Seagull Flock 11:24, 2 Nov 2005 (GMT)
