Description
A narrow white-stone building surrounded by burnt-out cars.
History
Formerly a legal library, named in honor of Elizabeth "Liz" Probert, after taking silk to become Q.C., ascending to the bench and leaving chambers behind. On cold, blustery nights it is said that one can see the faint apparition of a short portly gentleman smoking a stubby cigar forever asking for another glass of Chateau Thames Embankment and bemoaning "She Who Must be Obeyed."
