Some are NecroTech Buildings and can be identified by the "[NT]" appended to their name if you have the NecroTech Employment skill. Office buildings are tall enough for survivors to commit suicide from. They also provide a vantage point from which binoculars can be used. Office buildings can be barricaded normally.

This building is the Mobile Phone Mast for the suburb of Paynterton.

The Smither Building

Description

Humans and zombies alike will see the following (permanent) description when standing outside the building:

"You are standing outside the Smither Building, a tall grey-stone building with a spired roof."

Such a description is always followed by a report of the building's condition (e.g. the level of its barricades), but since that report is never permanent and always subject to change, it is redundant to include it here as well.
