I shouldn't have created a page for this arbitration case. since it's still undecided... sorry for jumping the gun here. --People's Commissar Hagnat [cloned] [mod] 14:41, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
Finis Valorum vs J3D
User:Krazy Monkey is trying to force me to apologize to User:J3D in his ruling. While I agree to the other points of his ruling, this is simply bullshit. Where the fuck do I complain about this: misconduct or just another arbitration case?--Finis Valorum
- This is the most ironic thing ever, when you take into account his wanting to join my case against Nalikill for making the parties in that case apologise to each other. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 13:47, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'd say start a case about it, that's what we had last time a user thought he could use arbitration to make other users do as he wanted. Arbitration is for content disputes, arbitrators can only rule with in the confines of existing content, forcing users to make things is just absurd.--Karekmaps?! 14:04, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- I'm not trying to force anyone to do anything. The way I see it is that when a misunderstanding/argument is settled, it is only fair that the arguees apologise to each other, but if this is going to cause all this shite, I'll retract the request for an apology. Just stick with the other two. -- Cheeseman W!RandomTalk 14:14, 1 February 2008 (UTC) EDIT: @ Cyberbob, I had no problem with him getting them to apologise, it was the fact that he just made a complete and utter arse of a really simple case. He asked for in-game evidence to a wiki issue and attempted to arbitrate the case before it even reached the arby page, going so far as begging them to take it to arbies. -- Cheeseman W!RandomTalk 14:20, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
- as far as i'm aware this case is complete. Should it be archived or does it remain for the duration of the month to allow it to be easily referenced in the case of a dispute?--Jed 02:04, 10 February 2008 (UTC)
