Well, it depends. If it's a group page, it's almost certain that they have the power to post anything they want under their group page, even if it's a lie. If they're posting them on community pages, then you have better grounds for an A/A case (contact me if you want me to arbitrate). had someone had the kind heart to maybe explain to me why the first "randy" photo was deleted, then i wouldn't have had to come to the conlusion that it was innapropriate, hence it being deleted. the idea of a deletion workaround was NOT in my intentions, i was merely trying to keep my template, with a tamer picture, as i was under the impression that you thought that my FIRST "randy" picture was innapropriate.
The person who i am accused of abusing ( although i hardly see it as abuse, considering i dont give a shit who sees it, it is a joke for MY group to enjoy), is a serial abuser of me and my group. This man accuses us in game, and in wiki, of being cheats, idiots and various other immature names. none of which we have complained about, because we realise what a waste of time he is.
the first photos that were put up, were the first times i had seen the photos. i had them sent to me, and i put them up on the page. i had no clue they were previously part of this website. not my fault hes ashamed of himself.
this whole ordeal was NOT what you decided to jump at. it was actually, a joke that was developed between me and my friends at school. ALL OF WHICH ARE IN MY UD GROUP.
a joke that we could enjoy, as friends.

if your going to ban me for it. please, please let me know what its for BEFORE you ban me. and not saying it is becuase of "crit 6". actually say "this photo is being deleted BECAUSE" that would have helped.

If you have an in game disagreement with a person or group, please keep it in game, or take it to forums. This wiki is meant to be a source of information for players, and valuable input for games, not a place for users to carry vendetta's against each other, especially not in as crude a manner as you have been doing. I neither know nor care what you or your group have against flinis, nor do i bloody well care what he has against you. Keep it off the wiki. And no, we dont explain why we are going to ban someone before we ban them. There are a lot of question in that so I'll break it down into sections
1)

- First there are 28 sysops on the wiki with 10+ of them somewhat active. The reason it was deleted in the first place was best described by boxy in the original deletion request voting. Crit 2, and simply used to call someone "fag", Crit 2 refers to the speedy deletion second criteria which is being off topic.
2)
- Not a question but I just want point out that you say your actions are abuse because YOU don't mind. That doesn't even began to make sense, it's abuse if the other person minds not you.
looking at your contributions by September 3rd your actions show that you are here for little other reason than to give another user a hard time this is when grim s gave you your second warning.
Here is where you lost the "good faith assumption" thus when your repeated uploads bring you are brought up again on the 5th you are blocked for 24 hours.
3)

- no, i do not mean to come across as "attacking". It may seem that way because i dont see why people dont stand up for themselves in this wiki. Boxy putting quotation marks around the word "fag" is incorrect. From memory i have never used that word on the wiki, but if provided with evidence i will gladly retract my statement. I am pretty sure that all of the templates, photos and words that i have used on this wiki have honestly and truly been in good humour...for the good of my group. I dont intend anyone else to read them, but my group. Thats why they were only on my groups page and my own page.
We do not take this Finis thing seriously to be honest. We realised that we started to care too much about what he says, and come to the agreement that it all really is a waste of time.
What started off as good humour between our groups got taken to authorities by the man in question, because he needed somebody to help him. Honestly, being called a cheat by this man is insulting, but I have never asked anyone to do anything about it. Ive asked for guidance from sysops, because i respect what you all do. I was banned, and i did not know what for.
'I was under the assumption that my photo of "the wooden penis" was removed because of its content, not because of its purpose. The comments on the speedy deletion page gave me that impression. I copped my ban, and for any problems I apologize. The next "randy" photo was uploaded to replace the, under my assumption, photo containing innappropriate content.
as far as the finis photo goes, im new to this game and wiki. And never knew this photo had been deleted before, nor that it had even existed on the wiki.
so, if you think im attacking, im not. Im standing up for myself and not letting myself get rolled all over like most users of this wiki. Yes i want harmony just like everyone else does. But i just get sick of the sysops crying "wiki drama" whenever something goes on that they cant be bothered to help sort out. They just ban someone instead. To me, this attitude is not for the betterment of the wiki. But hey, im ready to have this disproved aswell.
anyway, im not meaning to be attacking, just defensive of what I have done. As i still dont see what required my banning. If you read closely, every post i have made about this has explained that the reason for the new pictures was that i thought the old ones were deemed innappropriate.
so, for any rules i have broken, i have apologized. the one suggestion i make is that, before someone is banned for something that could have been fixed so easy, at least ask them their intentions, and get their side of the story.
anyway, were over the finis thing now. Hes a horrible person and we know it. so you will probably see less of my shit going around haha. The man just frustrated me with his constant deletions of any contact we tried to make with him. This was my humourous way to have a laugh about him.
Also, there is a template on my talk page below, that is about sysops. Please take this in good humour. Wasnt made by me, nor was it my idea. I just saw it and thought it was funny. hahaha. So yeah, apologies for anything ive caused over the past months, i just like to stick up for myself, and find out what i have done before i fully cop any punishments.
