History

I was spawned in Gulsonside as a private. Like all other 1st day privates I found a zombie and unloaded my gun w/o hitting him once. But then after wandering around some I found refuge in Northcote Avenue Fire Station. Unfortunately for me this was April 11, 2007. And Gulsonside was the last place a new player wanted to be for the next few days. Mall Tour '07 had just turned its gaze upon Blesley Mall and the next day I found myself lying in the streets of Gulsonside. After Mall Tour '07 had passed I wandered the streets of Malton eventually ending up getting revived in Edgecombe. Soon after that I took up residence in Pitneybank. I liked being near the Giddings Mall and Fort Creedy. For reasons such as resources and XP farmming respectively. And thats about where the history ends except for the story about how I "grew up" in Pitneybank but that story isn't of any interest to anyone.

June 27 - July 9, 2007

Siege on Fort Creedy

I was all for having the fort taken back and being able to spend the night inside w/o fear of dying before I could get to sleep. So when the attack date was set for June 27, 2007, I was at the gatehouse (with a few others) at 10:00 p.m. EST the night before. After about a week and a half of fighting had reduced the zed numbers in the fort to below 30. But no one was prepared for the recoil of the zed forces. A few days later the fort was gone and all hope was lost.

Rumors About LUE

Some rumors had been going around the radio on 26.70 MHz about the LUE coming to Pitneybank. Some accounts reported as many as 118 and others reported as few as 10. So I decided I would go check out Raikes Bank for myself. When I approached it only had 7 zed outside, so wasn't too worried. But I could barely get in the doors to count them all! There were 248 zed in that bank. After wetting my pants I ran straight to Giddings and jumped on the radio. I warned everyone about the 250+ zed that would soon befall us. I'm not sure if anyone was listening though.

My Plans

I've always known (in spite of my Pitneybank pride) that my little suburb wasn't perfect. For as long as I can remember we've had more than our share of PKer problems. And we've had CDF and the CGR feuding for sometime now, turning our suburb into a street war battleground. I don't think we will be able to set aside our differences for a while to deffend Giddings from the LUE. So that's why I've decided to leave Pitneybank. I will not be deffending our beloved mall or suburb from the LUE this time. I don't know if or when I'll be back. A few friends of mine are going with me. We've gathered our supplies and we'll be leaving in the morning. I'll be sad to leave her to head out west, but maybe things will be better in West Grayside. Well, Just as I predicted, Giddings fell in a NEW record time! I congragulate LUE on their well coordinated attacks on Pitneybank. And to Giddings, what else can I say but; I told you so! I'm just glad I decided to leave. Too bad the building I was staying in didn't last the night, delaying my trip yet another day! The Spammer

I've been settling into my new quiet life in West Grayside for about a week now. I've finally gotten in contact with a group. I won't say who just yet. But on the night of the 17th I was just returning from zed hunting in Kinch Heights and I only had enough AP to stumble into Clapton Stadium. Ready for a good nights rest, I soon fell asleep. Sadly though I was abruptly woken up not long after that by someone yelling over the radio, calling himself a "real gamer" and using tons of profanity to tell everyone that he would pwn all of "us n00bs". Needless to say, I didn't sleep much! After 2 days straight of constant spamming I decided to take it upon myself to bounty his n00b wannabe ass! I broadcast for information on his whereabouts and information. Which was promptly met with a sighting, profile id, and a series of survivors yelling "lynch him!" over the radio. So I went to Pole mall to load up on ammo and to get some rest away from the radio before I set out tomorrow to hunt down Thor "Poopy" Pants! Wish me luck!

I now have plenty of information on the whereabouts of Thor and will be moving in for the kill as soon as I can tomorrow. I just hope I get to him before the LUE, currently raping Blesley Mall and the surrounding Gulsonside, does. The Innocence of One Man

With a shotgun in his face he pleaded for his life. Without even listening to his cries of innocence, I pulled the trigger. Then a familiar voice came screaming over the radio. It was the Spammer. Still out there and still mocking my with every breath he took. I began to wonder if the death of one innocent man was worth hunting down this n00b. Do I let The Innocence of One Man cause me to stumble? Then I wondered how many innocent lives I would take just to find him. I can't give up now, I can't let him think he has the upper hand. I said a quick prayer of forgiveness and got up to head home.

Now I've Got Him!

I believe I have finally found the right person to fit the description. The "Real Gamer" always talks about "flipping/pwning n00bs" and Rudi Van Disario has been notorious for attacking but not killing low level players. (I presume as not to be labeled a PKer) His group is currently displaying FTW, and it used to show: ReAl_GaMeR!!! FTW!!! So it's pretty obvious who we are dealing with this time! At a loss for words

The radio had been silent (of the gamer) for 4 days straight. Until today... I counted the number of broadcasts made by him. It seems as thought we are dealing with a zerger, as well as a spammer. I counted well over 100 broadcasts from the spammer in one sitting. I don't really know where to go from here. If this "real" gamer is a cheater, then there is no way to beat him! And if hes has enough balls he would stand and fight like a man. But as with most who claim supremacy, he will not show himself.

Gotcha!

This afternoon, around 3:15pm (CST), an anonymous lead came in over the radio. It was very descriptive, with a name, id #, suburb, and even coordinates! I checked out the profile and checked my map. I had plenty of ammo because I had been waiting for this moment for a long time! So I instantly set off for Roftwood. When I arrived at Rawlins Row Police Department he wasn't there. But there was, however, a radio tuned to 28.01. Only slightly disappointed I searched the nearby buildings and soon found Smasher McGraw in Chalderwood Road Railway Station. I then proceeded to make threat and, shortly there-after, I killed him. Feeling very satisfied, I dumped the body and went to sleep.

How Lucky Can One Man Get?

Today after waking up from a restless radio-spammed night, I strolled on over to Rawlins Row Police Department to broadcast my success from yesterday. (Since I forgot to yesterday) I was ecstatic to find Rudi Van Disario, another suspected zerg of the "real gamer's". I promptly proceeded to threaten, kill, and dump him. I made my broadcast and went to find a safehouse.

Back to work

After taking out 2 Real Gamer alts I was sleeping in Roftwood. That night nearly every building was ransacked by zed, including mine. So When I rose I decided to head back home and back to work with the Malton Mob. I'm not sure how much of what I will be doing in the future I will be able to document. I don't know as I have any info that will help you track down the moron, but I do accept your apology. I assumed your actions were a hit ordered on the part of Dave Ridge because I told him to get out of my bar. I haven't seen him anywhere in Gulsonside or Wray Heights, and I have the whole UBA organization on the look-out. His attack on me occurred just prior to the LUE blasting through Gulsonside, so perhaps he was destroyed multiple times. - Thor

I've found out info about the player, Real_gamer. The guy used to play Nexus-World, but was kicked off that for multiple abuses of other players, including real life threats. He somehow managed to get hold of the telephone number of another player and crank called him several times, making threats. The photos on his myspace account are not him, but Jorm, a leader of the RRF and founder of Nexus-World. He is pretending to be Jorm so that he can piss people off. Real Gamer is not from California, but somewhere in the UK. Others have tracked his IP address to Easy internet cafe on Oxford Street, London. The guy is not nice, and seems to thrive on this attention. I would love nothing better than to hunt and kill his Alts, but might not be the best strategy. Maybe if we just clicked the ignore option for his alts then we wouldn't even hear his radio broadcasts.--Banokles 21:21, 14 August 2007 (BST)
