Was somewhere where a refugee from Bash-smashed Barrville would have been, Sept 30-Oct 7
Was three blocks from Creedy Way PD, West Grayside (58, 88) around Oct 7th? Was with the West Grayside Watch.
Has Radio Operation skill
Does NOT have advanced Firearm skills.
Has Axe Proficiency.
Clues in his appearance other than his white T-shirt and blue jeans?
Went to Woodroffe Mall sometime Oct 7-Oct 15 and remained there.
Stocked up in Tynte Mall sometime Oct 15-22
Was in Pescodside "alongside the big gray wall" (the border) early Oct 22
Was in the Zoo on Halloween, where two anonymous survivors managed to identify him.
Was recently in close proximity to Ron Burgundy.

- There are some small but perhaps impotant clues you have missed? For example, one can deduce what buildings he was in on Halloween, and immediately afterwards. Also, he is (or was) almost surely in one of no more than a handful of possible buildings in Ridleybank. IMO you guys are on the right track... But, that's all I am a-sayin...
