Description
Spicer Row PD is a police department located in the suburb of Dulston along the very northern edge of the quarantine zone of Malton, beyond which rows of military razor wire fences and concealed landmines work to keep zombies, and survivors, from traveling further north. As a precinct located near the northeast corner of Dulston it often sees most of the action in the suburb, due mostly to the fact that few survivors care for the confinement of the northeastern-most corner of the Malton quarantine zone. In the days following the "Malton Incident" survivors flocked to police stations like Spicer Row PD, but now most Dulstonians (as they are sometimes referred to as) prefer the safety and convenience provided by the local mall.
Noted NecroTech scientist, Caleb Usher, has on occasion stopped at Spicer Row PD while working on official NecroTech assignments at The Beale Building (97,0). During his last visit he urged survivors to post information here at the station for everyone to read.
Mandate
1) To serve and protect all survivors within a 3x3 block grid (south) of the precinct.
2) To maintain resource building barricades at Very Strongly.
3) To maintain non-resource building barricades within a 3x3 block grid at Extremely Heavily. These buildings will act as safe houses for Free Runners attacking zombie groups in the area.

Affiliates
To date police and military personnel stationed at Spicer Row PD commonly work with survivors located in nearby resource buildings, namely:
- Clewett Alley PD (95,0)
- The Beale Building (97,0)
- Oake Walk PD (93,0)
- Anne General Hospital (96,2)
- The Trood Building (99,1)
Barricade Policy
This building must never be more than Very Strongly (VS+2) barricaded. This barricade level has been set forth in the Dulston Optimal Defense Diagram, a strategic barricade policy that is enforced by all member groups of the Dulston Alliance. This building's purpose is to serve as an access point for all survivors and a safehouse for inexperienced survivors who do not possess the Free Running skill. Visitors are requested to never barricade beyond Very Strongly unless the building is currently under siege from 5 or more zombies. Note that any survivors associated with the Dulston Alliance have the right to lower the barricades back to Very Strongly if they discover them raised higher without just cause.
Current Events
December 12th, 2008 - Healer computer2slow, of the D.I.T.P.S, reported that the precinct was in survivor hands with the building Extremely Heavily barricaded.
November 26th, 2008 - Metal Fox recon reported that the police station was ruined, with 1 zombie still inside.
August 31st, 2008 - FOXHOUND recon reported that the police station, while ruined, was completely empty of zombies.
August 25th, 2008 - Zombies have overrun the police station and killed everyone left inside.
May 29th, 2008 The building is being rebuild its current status is VSB+2 but it is unpowered if you have a genny and fuel and are in the area please power it.
January 14th, 2008 - The building is firmly in survivor hands once more. While the zombies continue to bang on the barricades outside efforts are being made to marshall additional forces and re-secure northern Dulston.
December 1st, 2007 - The building has been overrun with Zeds as they spread from the Beale Building. Police and Survivor forces are having a hard time in the North Dulston area. --User:Grandpa Gravins
November 10th, 2007 - The building is barricaded, but unpowered. Survivors have reclaimed the building and ejected its former zombie inhabitants. --Flustered Fred 2:46 PM, 10 November 2007
November 7th, 2007 - Zombies have overrun the police department! All survivors inside were either killed or fled. It's believed though that most of the survivors died trying to defendnd the safehouse. Very possibly in a way that would be termed "heroic". And also possibly as women and children fled the zombies under their "to the last man" cover fire... well, it could have happened that way.
October 31st, 2007 - After pounding on door all day looking for candy, a zombie finally had enough and broke inside the Police Station screaming "Trick or Treat!" He Received several gunshots to the head before being tossed out again for his trouble. The barricade is currently being rebuilt. Happy Halloween! - Walter Merreck MCPD
February 7th-8th, 2007 - The Shamblin' Crooners returned to Clewett Alley PD, making it the sixth stop in their new SHAMBLIN' CROONERS APOCALYPSE tour. Dulston survivors heard a lot more angst in the zombie tunes as they sang heavier music including Metal, Grunge, and of course Death Metal.
May 17th, 2006 - After their initial warm welcome and success here a few days ago the Shamblin' Crooners made a return performance to satisfy all their fans who still hungered for more Z!ng, Z!ng. Again, the only fatalities were all good natured ones.
May 6th, 2006 - The Shamblin' Crooners made their usual grand entrance and entertained everyone inside with their famous "break-in & concert" style of zombie rock. Some humans were eaten. Some zombies were shot. Bottom line, everyone had fun. Rock on Crooners, rock on...
February 17th, 2006 - Recon shows few, if any, zombie activity nearby. A recent NecroNet report issued by both the Beale Building and the Trood Building show that there are 2 zombies hiding out in the old Troubridge Cinema. Those who are armed and willing, are advised to head over there to clear them out.
November 18th-19th, 2005 - After sieging the police station for 2 days, the Drunken Dead finally managed to breach its barricades. An act, they claim, which allowed them to seize several "stolen" beer kegs. The Drunken Dead attribute the loss of the kegs to them as the reason why survivor morale collapsed and all those survivors who failed to flee were eaten.
