Description
The Peet Building is a NecroTech facility located in the suburb of Judgewood. Though a faceless corporate structure to the uninitiated, this facility acts as the heart of zombie behavioural research for NecroTech within the suburb. Staff at this building commonly revive zombies at nearby revive points. This facility is one of three NecroTech facilities found in the suburb. Members of project NecroWatch renovated the facility in recent months, as they installed sensor eyes for A.L.I.C.E. throughout the building and uploaded NecroNet 2.0 into the facility's system terminals.
The building is located on an island of five buildings (referred to locally as "Peet Island") which straddles the border between Judgewood and Chudleyton, and as such is isolated from the main free-running lanes within these two suburbs. Its designated entry point is the neighbouring St. Basil's Church.
Mandate
NecroTech staff continue to follow directive 42-A, issued by the head office on January 19th 2006, with the activation and manufacture of MK-II revivification syringes. While the cost in time and effort are currently high the certainty provided by being able to manufacture a constant stream of syringes has mitigated early concerns.
The activation of NecroNet with all NecroTech buildings has also allowed scientists to apply the DNA tracking research they have gathered to date. The field research staff stationed at the Peet Building feel certain that they can crack the mystery surrounding the spread of the virus as well as help monitor aberrant zombie activity within Judgewood.
Barricade Policy
Despite what any graffiti sprayed by local troublemakers might say, the Peet Building itself is not a revive point and should never be left unbarricaded (the designated revive point for this building is the area of wasteland one block to the north-east). This building should be kept Extremely Heavily Barricaded (EHB) at all times – this is in accordance with the barricade plans set forth by local survivors, who routinely monitor the barricade level for this building.
This building is meant to serve as a safehouse for Malton's veteran survivors, and thus requires the Free Running skill to be properly utilized. Survivors who find the building's barricades below their assigned level are asked to assist in raising them back up in order to help ensure the safety of all the survivors staying inside the building. Any survivor found lowering the barricades may be directly "put to the question" by any survivors present at that time. If this happens the accused survivor must present a valid reason for their actions or be labelled a zombie spy / death cultist and be judged accordingly.
NecroNet Reports
Zombie tracking reports are a free service provided by the NecroTech corporation to all its staff and local survivors in order to help facilitate quicker response times when managing zombie threats and to build a greater awareness of zombie migration patterns within the 9x9 block region around the Peet Building. As a cautious reminder, only those zombies tagged with the DNA Extractor will appear on these scans, so actual numbers may vary when dealing with older zombies (i.e. Brain Rot).

Current Events
February 4th, 2010 - After being ruined by Extinction's Shadow Company, the Peet Building has been repaired, relit and rebarricaded. Local residents even managed to do some spring cleaning, scraping away the many thick, crusted-over pools of blood which were smeared across the walls. Chief Seagull talk 11:28, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
July 1st, 2009 - You are inside the Peet Building. The NecroTech logo glows gently above the front desk, and doors open onto a number of brightly-lit laboratories and computer rooms. The building has been heavily barricaded. Also here are Simon Simonson (60HP) and George Fewikle (60HP).A portable generator has been set up here. It is running.Somebody has spraypainted - - = = C A P P E D = = - - onto a wall.--Dr Mycroft Chris 02:41, 1 July 2009 (BST)
January 26th, 2009 - It's up to EHB now, with an entry point. The building is powered, but empty, as are the surrounding buildings. Little to no zombie activity, either. LaosOman 18:28, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
January 7th, 2008 - Barricaded to VS. Lights are on but nobody is home. -- AHLGTG THE END IS NIGH! 23:36, 7 January 2008 (UTC)
October 21st, 2007 - It was the oddest thing: a little isolated island of buildings (Peet, St. Basil's, Lockwood Crescent, a factory and a warehouse) with no entry point, all barricaded to EHB. And no-one was in them! It was like finding a ghost ship or something. Anyway, I brought Peet down to VSB. --Vandr 19:11, 21 October 2007 (BST)
