Suggestion description
Some religious survivors rest easier with icons of their god(s) near at hand. Perhaps these dieties smile upon their faithful or maybe it's just a placebo trick of the mind, but those who keep symbols of their faith nearby tend to be at peace with themselves in the midst of the zombie madness.
Crunching:
When carrying a crucifix, AP regenerates at +5%, unless someboedy dies within sight of your survivor. The 5% is therefore only effective after staying in the same place for ten hours, assuming your survivor doesn't witness any deaths. (this includes the survivor herself killing others)
A church acts as a crucifix as long as you are inside, and if you have a crucifix and are sleeping in a church, the bonus raises to +10%.
Alternatively, a skill "Faith" could be required to be able to use crucifixes and churches in this manner.
AP totals could never exceed 50 as a result of crucifix/church use.
Note: These mechanics would be applied to any religion in Malton. Unfortunately, only Christian churches exist at the moment, but if other religions were introduced, they would be encompassed within these rules.

- Change Make it only applicable if in a lighted church. Plus, who's to say that crucifixes don't do anything? I have my suspicians that they do.... --Seventythree 22:06, 6 May 2007 (BST)
- Kill - A "meditation" skill would be much more valid (that's largely what people who gain benefits from religious faith are doing) and even that isn't gonna fly. Faster AP regain is one of those "ain't gonna happen" things. Its inherently unbalanced, and quite likely would be hell to code for. --Seb_Wiers VeM 22:47, 6 May 2007 (BST)

- Spam - Even considering the psychological confort, still has a bit too much of the mystical feel to it. More importantly, screwing with AP tends to be a big no no. --Rgon 07:55, 8 May 2007 (BST)
