EQUAL OPPORTUNITY POLICY
This resource is for groups that wish to implement an equal opportunity program for their members. If a group has an equal opportunity policy, it means that they do not discriminate on grounds of vitality and welcome members from both the living and the dead.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR THE VITALLY CHALLENGED
Sections 501, 504 and 505 of the Rehabilitation Bylaws of Malton, 2006, as amended, prohibit discrimination on the basis of vitality in any program or activity. Discrimination is prohibited in all aspects of group membership against undead persons who, with reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions required by a group.
