:Thank you for information and sorry for my late response. Well, I didn't find other zergs you mentioned (yet) but I've found 4 others. What's better - the zerg liste is probably going to be updated soon. And... as a side note, I've met many cheaters - Mighty Thors, Bigger Mortice, Finii... but still I'm often surprised by levels of stupidity shown by other zergers... I guess this one was trying to make one of UBCS groups look like zergers... pretty flawed logic. --Nevin&nbsp;McAvoy<span style="color:green">(talk)</span> 18:55, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Zergs

Ah, you got the assorted UBCS zergs I see. Splendid! There's some higher level zergs, mostly just pairs (Kaiser Soldier/Death's Soldier, Samuel Beckett/Kingston Edwards), further north, in Greentown and Brooksville. Keep the hunt going, keep the zergs down, and - as I do at 2:05 in the afternoon with a flask of grappa - Praise Knowledge! --DTPraise KnowledgePK 19:49, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Thank you for information and sorry for my late response. --Nevin McAvoy(talk) 18:55, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

Vista?

Hey there! I'm a notproudatall Vista User :) I saw that both my character Janus Abernathy and my alt Marsha Parks are on your list. May I ask you if you could educate only one of them? Cheers! (Also, thanks for the Christmas truce ;) ) --Janus talk 13:06, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

Well - I think I have to remove both your characters (since you don't support vista ... and because Marsha is apparently bulletproof :) I'm adding new characters to the list when I can find a screenshot proving that they're played from a vista computer. I know about many, many players who use vista, but I have no evidence for them (yet). In general it's just for fun (but I'm serious about DRM in Vista :) --Nevin McAvoy(talk) 14:01, 26 December 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! :) Also yeah, I'm always surprised at how many times Marsha avoids death.. ;) --Janus talk 22:51, 26 December 2008 (UTC)

you coming back?

we've been missing you you-know-where ;) --xoxo 11:41, 7 October 2008 (BST)

Thanks, I miss you all too :) Now I'm pretty busy and overwhelmed by RL stuff - but it's quite probable that I'll return as soon as I deal with everything. --  21:45, 20 October 2008 (BST)

Thanks

for the revive :) Also 404 still hunting for new members? I'm looking for a coordinated irc using group thats main focus is repairing (in all senses of the word) ruined suburbs. I'm not 100% thats what you guys do but yeah, lemme know.--xoxo 08:31, 20 July 2008 (BST)

RE: News about Iuke skywaIker

No I'm always up for a good lol. And this brings them. I can't believe the amount of work that must've gone into this. Good job though - it's very detailed. Stay tuned, I may have something for you in the near future. I'll have a dig through the old BBK records. I'll just say while it's in my head that you should probably check into the "password" character (password = "password"). While I don't think Finis bothers with him now, he used to use it for revives and anti-BBK propaganda. I'll see if I've got some screenies lying around. Oh and if you haven't seen them you might like this page and this page, if you haven't already seen them. Thanks for contacting me.--Nallan (Talk) 01:04, 10 July 2008 (BST)

Monroeville Many

I can confirm BENDJAMIN is a member. Signed up quite a long time ago. Never had any contact with the alt. But looking at attack times and creation times (9am ish) its looks a definate.

The Many dont condone zerging. As far as I know this is the only report of zerging Ive seen. Im more than happy to provide a list of all ID numbers for this to be verified. Most of us are in Newtown, so I have no idea what he's up to.

In terms of multple characters, I know of 2 chars with two members in the group, but as theyre (rough Map guess) 80+ squares apart, the seperate existance thing is pretty much covered.

Ill also flag this up in our forum and leave the member a message. If you want to sign up to the forum and check the members area to show full transparency Im more than willing to give you full access. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 13:19, 5 July 2008 (BST)

And looking at his profile he's russian, so he may just be a fool with language problems. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 13:26, 5 July 2008 (BST)
Ok, thanks for quick response... I'm just pissed off cause someone I know dies due to zerging. I'm removing my comment from your group page cause actually I don't want to render pointless drama. Just deal with your members... or provide a revive for killed character --  13:40, 5 July 2008 (BST)
Again apologies. You'll recieve no drama from us. Looking at the finis stuff i realise Zerging is something you dont accuse people of lightly, and in this case i agree the evidence is all there. Believe me im more pissed off with this clown for damaging the group name than anything else. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 13:48, 5 July 2008 (BST)
Sorry for putting it on your group talk page, I guess I should have used other means of communication... I got really sad when I realized (from refreshing her profile page) that this character died, and gone mad when I realized that she died because of a zerging fucktard... :/ --  14:07, 6 July 2008 (BST)

Sorry for intruding

Apart from current evidence, have you compared creation times on the zergs for finis? Theyres a couple i noticed are only minutes apart.--RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 20:13, 4 July 2008 (BST)

Yes... I checked it, I'll also post it soon... currently I'm copying all available evidence from ZHU boards (only 25 alts remaining :). I also plan to make a list of players griefed by him (but ... unlike finis I can't spend 8 hours per day on UD stuff so I'm not sure when it's going to happen). Today I want to finish this list. --  20:41, 4 July 2008 (BST)
Thanks for your attention - I finished and updated that list, also added a table with join dates (I guess I'll move Sunilon to confirmed... Veverita Bc also looks like a finis - but it would connect him with another zerger - Shotgun Ed/Vaccinator). If you have some new evidence I'll appreciate posting on the talk page - we need everything.--  14:07, 6 July 2008 (BST)

Kill

Sorry, you (Nevin McAvoy) are killed randomly, without reason. If i know you are PKer too i would let you live. Sorry again. All those (#FF00FF,finis zergs...) people are zergers? Where is the proof, i cant whack colleagues without a good reason. wow how organized user page; maybe i steal your code :D --Sarcophilus harrisii 20:41, 10 June 2008 (BST)

Don't be sorry - no problem, this alt sometimes kills innocents, sometimes hunts PKers and now kills zergs. Yes I'm (and I'm not alone, cause many other people are working on this list) pretty sure that all those characters are zergs of finis valorum - he knows how to avoid built-in anti zerging countermeasures. Evidence is partially available on ressens forum, but we have collected much more data that we currently need to sort, as soon as we finish it will be publicly available (so you may wait if you really want to help). I also have to warn you - if you start killing him, you will die daily - generally it's impossible to hide in Santlerville, except listed 40+ zergs he probably has some additional scouting alts. Also - you should expect impersonation attempts - he's currently impersonating almost whole group (see fake beaver list) and many individuals who annoyed him somehow. Well... I may post some evidence of zerging by his main character, like this, this, this or this. Of course records above aren't a definite proof of zerging, but connected with all remaining evidence build whole picture. Also - as you can see he attacks one by one - no simultaneous attacks (like AAA shoot you witt a pistol, BBB shot you with a pistol, AAA shot you...) which often happen during group strikes. --  00:26, 11 June 2008 (BST)

wow This is just sick. Why would someone do that? In Santlerville i saw many of characters on those lists. All of them are Pking around Dowdney Mall so I feel safely :D Ok I am convinced. When i return back in next few week they will pay for that sickness--Sarcophilus harrisii 21:26, 11 June 2008 (BST)

Profile Viewer

Just installed that script. Very useful, and also a nice piece of code! My own stuff is really crude in comparison (I'm entirely self taught, if that's an excuse) and I've been looking for a nice, clear example of XHML requests to learn from. I like really like the contacts and links features, to; makes my MassContacts srcipt a lot more useful by covering the fidly stuff it does not. Also makes the ActOnProfiles script mostly obsolete, although I'd like to have a direct link to the persons RG record page, so I can check them out of the UDtool list flags them as a PKer. SIM Core Map.png Swiers 03:08, 19 April 2008 (BST)

Thanks... Actually - you aren't the first person mentioning lack of RG link, I'm going to add it in the next version (with few more features - like embedding in iwitness pages).--  14:13, 20 April 2008 (BST)
Updated... code is even more ugly than in previous version... It needs a major rewrite. Added some new features (like RG link, displaying names, embedding in iwitness pages). New version is available here: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/23945. --  17:56, 29 April 2008 (BST)

Important Question

When you said the shotgun ammo suggestion was too complicated, do you mean that there are too many types of shells? This is important because I may just pull the suggestion and re-work it by removing some of the shell types and leave only tumbler slugs, dragon's breath, and normal buckshot shells. Or maybe just tumbler and buckshot. Let me know your opinion soon as possible - thanks! --Tselita 23:10, 16 April 2008 (BST)

The main problem here is having more than one type of ammo. Consider few points below:
 • Loading 2 different types of ammo into one shotgun - possible or not?
 • If possible:
 • selecting which bullet you are going to use.
 • 25 possible combinations == 25 possible shotgun names (you have to differ them somehow)
 • If it will be impossible:
 • why? I think you can load 2 different bullets IRL.
 • you will have to carry many shotguns with one bullet cause loading all will be practically impossible
It's realistic... too realistic. That's all. --  23:38, 16 April 2008 (BST)
I went over that question in the beginning of the suggestion. It's at the top, in bold print. Actually, with most shotguns you can't load 2 different bullets if it's a shell and a slug. It messes up the gun.... and with a dragonsbreath round, it can cause the non dragonsbreath round to explode in your gun which would basically mess -you- up. Plus from a gameplay perspective, it's simply easier to not allow 2 different shells. The same way that it's easier to assume that if you get healed by a First Aid Kit, you can recover from near death. Yes, if you don't have 2 of the bullet, you'll be wasting 1 space, but in exchange you'll be getting the benefit of the special shell/bullet. In addition, you don't have to load the shell until you have 2 of them, in order to prevent exactly what you're talking about.

If I was to remove bolo shots and flechette rounds from the suggestion, leaving just the 3 types which are -not- interchangeable (tumbler slugs, dragonsbreath and the regular shotgun shell), would that make the problem less complex? I'm asking because if I take it out of voting and back to talk:discussion to revise it, I want to make sure i'm going to get rid of the problems with this idea.--Tselita 23:54, 16 April 2008 (BST)

Hey

Just want to say hi, and that I noticed you've been a big help in fending off the zombies since I've been in the same building as you for the past few days. =D --Fifth Element 08:07, 6 April 2008 (BST)

Thanks for the reply! I would have loved to stay and help with the siege but my character was summoned to provide assistance in other areas. You seem like a great group and I'd love to send my alt to work with you. --Fifth Element 23:23, 8 April 2008 (BST)

Don't Worry, Be Happy!

you'll be pleased to know that guy you revived did in fact pay it forward. Justin just arrived in Dulston, thanks for the warm welcome!--Jed 10:53, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

No problem. I hope you know that soon we are gonna have much more opportunities to pay it forward. We are even thinking about trying something like stationary DIRT:NAP.--Viktor Suvorov 17:11, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
