"The Remnants.
Also known as Military Taskforce RMN-8, a group of soldiers were to be inserted directly into a high danger zone of Malton but their plane crashed before the got near it, scattering the members and tools across a large area.
They got their nickname from the time they were abandoned in the Northern Fury campaign. They used whatever they could find and held the remains of the base for five days until they were rescued.
Now they must do the same in Malton."

Logs
Remnant Matt, 2nd Day In Malton
Matt: Well that was a bumpy landing... you there! Have you seen the rest of my squad?
Soldier: I saw some parachutes falling from every direction. By the way, how's things on the outside?
Matt: Not much better than they are in here. The whole world is in chaos over the outbreak. Countries are actually getting into wars over it.
Soldier: ...ouch.
Matt: This place is well defended. You have done well.
Soldier: Thank you sir. Hey, you're one of those remnant guys, aren't you!
Matt: You know us?
Soldier: Heck, I was on the chopper that got you away from the Northern Fury campaign.
Matt: I see.
Remnant Matt, 4th Day In Malton
Matt: ...*fiddles with a PDA*
Soldier: What're you doing with that thing?
Matt: *looks up* A good soldier is well prepared. I'm organising a squad comm link and creating barricade logs. *PDA beeps* That did it. Now I should get to work on finding my squad. Knowing gaz360, he should probably be on his way here already...
gaz360: *climbs into the building* Did someone mention my name?
Matt: Gaz! Good to see you soldier.
gaz630: Good to see you too sir.
Remnant Matt, 20th Day In Malton
Radio: ...we come in...this is...radio...*silence*
Matt: Great, now we can broadcast tactical data.
Gaz360, 3rd Day In Malton
gaz360: Trust my luck to get put on guard detail. *noise* What was that? *banging on barricades* Oh god, they're here! *barricades burst open* *gunfire* DIE!!!
