Barricade Policy

I suggest keeping Clewett at EHB after it is retaken from the swarm. We will then do the same with the Beale and keep Spicer as an entry point. All three can of course be entry points but at times of any danger i think it would be sensible to change Beale and Clewett to EHB. Defensively, it just makes sense. --Lewin 11:02, 23 November 2007 (UTC)

DITPS

Hey guys, this is your official welcome to Dulston from us. I'm Ryan Marsh, acting security captain for the DITPS, and as such, it is my job to ensure that we keep the area as safe as possible. There are some concerns where your warnings are involved, informing survivors within the hospital that they should "Bug out". Not that we don't take the welfare of our survivor brethren seriously, but in case of an emergency break in, there needs to be an appropriate meatshield to stop the zombies from ruining the building.

Also, while we encourage you to recruit to help your group grow, we ask that you try and keep from doing so within the hospital. Granted, this is a bit more of a territorial concern, but ask yourself this; Would you want us to run up into your HQ and start asking everyone to join the DITPS?

Survivors in Dulston are extremely skittish sometimes, and most will run when a problem arises, telling others to take care of it. Guess what happens when all survivors do that? Exactly. This leads me to ask you to please refrain from trying to incite panic among the patrons of the hospital, as well as surrounding buildings, and as security, I look forward to working with you to keep the area under the control of the living. --R.Marsh 20:25, 3 October 2007 (BST)

Your words about the potential bug-out are noted and thanks for the advice; didn't look too heavily occupied and I was quite concerned. I was in Hildebrand Mall a few weeks ago and it went down pretty quickly to just 30 or 40 zombies, though there were a buncha folks in there at the time.
And, I completely brain-farted when I somehow didn't connect the mental dots to the the DITPS HQ graffiti on the wall. I am so dense. Not trying to cause concerns, but I'm just still not used to the low frequency of activity, due to limited APs, in this game...
Speaking of running into an HQ and advertising for another team, we need an HQ... Hmmm. Is anyone using Clewett Alley Police Department as an HQ right now? If not, we'd like to plant our ugly little flag there.

--Freddy 21:53, 3 October 2007 (BST)

Not that I know of, you can feel free to claim it. If someone has claimed it though, then my bad. Just haven't hear anything about any group actively striking from there. Ah, and not to try and be a thorn in anyone's side, but can you try to keep the news on the hospital pages NPOV, or at least allow the DITPS to keep maintaining them. Eh, sorta the territorial thing again, but it's one of my faults.--R.Marsh 00:14, 4 October 2007 (BST)
As a former mental patient, I thank you for your... patience with your patients. Hmm. Time for another Xanax. --Freddy 00:56, 4 October 2007 (BST)

Hello boys I look forward to eating your pickled livers very soon.--Captain Grisum 19:46, 4 October 2007 (BST)

MMMMMMMM fresh meat welcome to hell boys I love to marinade my brains before cracking your skull--Vachon Blaze 21:43, 4 October 2007 (BST)

Hi, guys, welcome to our little chunk of paradise. You might want to pick up some toothpicks first, though. No one's allowed in without one. PS - The first 1,000 threats, I've found, are hollow. Freddy 14:24, 5 October 2007 (BST)`
Don't worry much about them, they're just the local... Well, I'd say scum, but I think that would give scum enough credit. They're a group who proclaimed that they were responsible for a huge zombie group that came through Dulston, and when the group left, they said they were just "Biding their time." S'all lies of couse, but we allow them a little yapping now and then. Oh, and Grisum and Vachon, you all know the rules on Talk pages. Make your own headings and whatnot. --R.Marsh 04:27, 6 October 2007 (BST)

Greetings from the ELT

Kikashie here. Although i don't hold any rank or cool titles like Marsh... I'm a member of the Electric Light Torchestra, and would like to formally welcome you all to the great suburb of Dulston. We of the ELT keep the power on in Dulston, and are based out of the Whitlock Building. But, the real reason I'm dropping by is to tell you that you're now qualified to join the Dulston Alliance. So when you get a chance, drop by the DA forums and leave them a message (that is, if you're still interested in joining). You guys chose Clewett Alley as your HQ, right? I think thats a good idea, as we don't have a DA group up in the NE yet (aside from the DITPS in Anne General, of course). Well thats about it. Hope to see you all around sometime, and if you need some fuel in Clewett Alley, don't be afraid to ask. --Kikashie ELT 10:23, 7 October 2007 (BST)

Hello to you too!
We've heard -- and SEEN -- all your good work in the area, and thank you for your kind words.
We did manage to get a genny up and running in Spicer Row Police Department and the Beale Building, but those generators and fuel cans are quite hard to come by (it took three characters using nearly 60 search APs to find the two gens and two fuel cans), so we'll definitely keep you in mind in the future, and look forward to working with you some more.
As for joining the DA, we're re-re-re-re-considering it, but for now, we're, I suppose you'd say, a very friendly, if non-allied, supporter of the DA, and we'll do our best to help out in the NE corner. From what we've heard, it can get pretty hot there sometimes, so I think we've picked a winner.Freddy 04:25, 8 October 2007 (BST)
Hey, would be nice if you'd add your profile-links to your wiki-group-page. Not that I accidentally heal some "nobody" right next to you just because I didn't have all your brazzaz (zombese for "brethren"?) in my contact-list. Hope your brainrotten colleage is still in good health. He's probably going to have a hard time among the living. Welcome to Dulston! (psst, and sign your post) -- [ ρsych°Lychεε ]  T 16:39, 7 October 2007 (BST)

Revive Point

Guys, I can see your conuncrum, but I'd like to think you can live by this rule; When Rome, do as romans do. This means that you should consider the cemetary a neutral ground that is to be used for revives. Same rules apply as a normal revivification point, but it's in a cemetary. The player who killed one of you at the Revive point at Hammerton, depending on how versed he is in our policies, can be exempt from strict punishment when it comes to the killing. However, if he is an experienced survivor, then he can be held accountable, and you can bring your charge up with the DA.

Also, would you guys allow me to clean up your page a little. I promise I won't absolutely kill it, and I'll see if I can coax Mobius to make you a nifty page. He's actually quite good, if he's not playing a game at the moment. --R.Marsh 06:35, 8 October 2007 (BST)

RM, sure, do what you want with it, but please keep the logo. Freddy 11:55, 12 October 2007 (BST)

Page Design

Hey FLUB, i messed around with your page a little and applied the basic template that Mobius uses when he designs a page (it's very nice, and my HTML skills aren't that great). So, i split your news and members sections into their own pages (they were taking up some space) and i formated a bunch of stuff. So, what I'm getting at is, what do you want it to look like? Suggestions? On the color, I just picked golden-brown because... i dunno, your group just gave me that vibe. Just tell me what you want done/changed and I'll see what i can do for you. --Kikashie ELT 00:26, 13 October 2007 (BST)

I like your design (but I'm not a flustered One). Thought it was vomit-green but found it a perfect match, you know, with all that booze and stuff. I guess, the background could be a little brighter though. Nice job.-- [ ρsych°Lychεε ]  T 10:10, 13 October 2007 (BST)

It's been a while... you guys don't have any suggestions for the page design? I mean, it can't be that perfect... --Kikashie ELT 05:27, 21 October 2007 (BST)

The puke-green color could go, and we need a recruit page, as I'm still trying to figure out the whole "noinclude" stuff, templates, and whatnot. Otherwise, it looks great, and I hate to impose by asking, really. How about maybe a beer-golden theme? -- Freddy 21:19, 22 October 2007 (BST)
Hey, you're not dead! You're really not imposing anything, stuff like this takes only a few minutes. I changed the color to a goldenrod-frothybeer type-thing, what do you think? I really can't pick the color for you, so if you don't like it search up "HTML colors" in google, then give me the # of the one you want (example: #B8860B). Other than that, do you want everything under "recruitment and group policy" to go to a recruitment page? Anything else while I'm at it? --Kikashie ELT 23:23, 22 October 2007 (BST)
If you want to put the policies on a Recruitment page, that's cool. Thanks again. Maybe someday I'll know all this stuff, too. -- Freddy 13:12, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
I did a little bit of editing, and Recruitment has it's own page now (along with policies). What do you think? Oh, and Happy Halloween! --Kikashie ELT 20:31, 31 October 2007 (UTC)
Dang, that Recruitment page looks GOOD! Thanks, Kikashie! -- Freddy 00:55, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
I've seen all of you guys in Dulston and added all your profile links to the members page. The only exception is "Ass In A Box". Do you have his profile link? Thanks, --Kikashie ELT 03:31, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
First, thanks for adding those links. Second, AIAB, according to his last report, was in the SE corner of Treweeke Mall. I'll tell him to email me his profile number next time he logs in, which is supposed to be a morning run on Saturday along with a couple of the new/ re-joining guys. He likes hanging out in the mall, hitting on the teenage girls. Pervert. -- Freddy 03:45, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
No problem, the links are part of a greater plan to make a master "Dulston Alliance member list". I'm trying to do this on all DA member/ally pages. (reason: should you ever choose to join, your names would be easily accessible and added to the list) BTW, are you guys thinking about heading to Ridleybank for the 5th of November? Should be quite a blast. --Kikashie ELT 03:54, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
We'll have to reluctantly decline, though word on other message boards sez it'll literally be a blast. But right now, we're trying to clean up the mess in Spicer Row, and retake Beale. Ass in a Box and Buster told me that Flustered Frank is dead again, and this time it wasn't because he had a brain fart. He just plain got whacked outside either spicer or clewett, and so he's going to lie down until we can get Beale back and do a rot revive. What a friggin' hassle... We also lost a new guy (old player, iirc) who's heading to hamerton (I think Hamerton). Someone put Clewett at HB but I'm not complaining right now. We did get a guy inside Spicer who put the cades up to very strongly and got a kill or two but we have about a score of zzeds either in, outside of or adjacent to spicer right now. we're trying to run a two-day rotation with even-number guys grabbing ammo and odds doing some shooting but we've had a couple of guys have bad luck on searches, even in the mall with bargain hunting. I'm not alarmed, but I am concerned. Luckily, we have almost every member with a 55% or better pistol skill, so we're thinking it's just a matter of time. But a little help would be nice, as we need to hang on to Spicer and retake Beall. This reminds me a little of Pearl Harbor, a concerted attack on a Sunday -- and half the group is sporadic at best on weekends. Oh, well. We'll figure it out somehow. Just a matter of time. -- Freddy 04:07, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
A few ELT, and various other survivors, attacked and cleared Trood/St. Barb's Church today. They'll probably spill over and give you guys a hand with defending the PDs. Good luck. --Kikashie ELT 04:11, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the news. We haven't had much manpower over the weekend, but the few actives we've had have been picking up kills, as we've been in a target-rich environment. Hopefully, the cavalry will come soon. We've run out of ammo for the time being, and with Clewett and Spicer in zed hands, even if only for a day or two, Oake Walk, which is under attack, is what's left aside from an AP-expensive run back and forth to Pegrum. Please let everyone know we're on our heels right now. I feel particularly to blame because I dragged my feet in offering/urging/implementing/whatever the rotation plan we were starting as this month began. -- Freddy 15:01, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Best of luck guys. I'm down in Ridleybank with a few other DA members, and we probably won't be back for a few more days. I'll see if i can convince the rest of the DA to send reinforcements your way, but we're spread kinda thin right now. Head to the southern PD's and the mall, and spread word that the NE is under attack. That should buy you some time. Good luck. --Kikashie ELT 20:18, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Hello again, I made the page FLUB a redirect to your group-page, so anyone who searches for FLUB will be sent directly here. So hide the beer, for this means an increased amount of site-visits. (not really) -- [ ρsych°Lychεε ]  T 22:50, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Greetings, FB!

Thank you so much for the amazing welcome. Thanks also for giving us the details of the PD's barricade status, we will help you make sure Spicer Row PD always has adequate barricading, and We will be more than happy to give you guys cake when the final active members of the ATO come and help revives and such at Beale. How would you like to be our official ally? I can see us working together lots in the future. Regards, DanceDanceRevolution 06:46, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

I am also quite horrible at wiki work. And yes, I also need to set up an allies page too. Oh well, how bad could we possibly do? DanceDanceRevolution 05:16, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
Oh no! But it was always a strong eventuality, most of my members are very lowly leveled. I am currently unarmed, with 9 syringes. The death rate in Dulston has dropped, which is bad for our business. I imagine he is already dead by now. I took too long to reply, bah. Good luck with your flustered group in the future.DanceDanceRevolution 05:58, 18 November 2007 (UTC)

Hey FLUB, goat girl here, of the ATO. The Trood Necrotech facility is starting to get really really annoying. Too many zombies basically, and too many PKers. I move we organise an attack by both groups on the one day. Everyone spends a day gathering supplies and then strikes. I suggest we attack this friday, the 24th. Also, as our HQ buildings are so close, i move we maintain them at extremely heavily barricaded and use the police station in between as an entry point. This will of course need to be discussed with the alliance in case it is in breach of barricade policy. I will ask myself. Get back to me. Thanks --Lewin 06:43, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Medal of Appreciation

Flustered Brethren, we love you guys. We just want to give you this medal on behalf of the ATO for helping us fix the Beale Building just before we originally took control of it.

ATOMedal.jpg The ATO Support Medal
The Flustered Brethren, for assisting and supporting the Allied Travellers Organisation in its activities, has received this 5th Grade Medal of Appreciation.

Thank you so much, and we hope for your help in the future!

Thank you so much guys, we look forward to helping you all in the future!

DanceDanceRevolution 02:38, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Conduct

Guys, I hate to be a bother, I really do, but could you educate some of your members on the proper conduct held towards zombies at a revive point. My point being that one of your members tried to gun me down whilst I awaited the friendly jab at Hammerton.

http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t238/Silvasoul/Screeny.jpg

Please have him refrain from this in the future, and I hope to help you reclaim and hold the fortress of Dulston, our mutual home. --R.Marsh 22:15, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Stats

You guys fallen off the stats page? Whats up? DanceDanceRevolution 10:20, 24 December 2007 (UTC)
