Havercroft is a suburb of Malton.

Havercroft is situated just northwest of the city centre and is tactically important due to the fact that Ackland Mall is situated here. Although there are no NecroTech buildings in the suburb itself, there are a good amount of other resource buildings for residents to take advantage of, especially the numerous fire stations.

With a decent array of clubs, libraries, the mall and a museum, Havercroft was a popular district for shoppers, clubbers and students. Numerous train links also provided residents easy access in and out of the suburb. Havercroft was an important industrial zone for the city, although not nearly as much as Richmond Hills in the north.

There is still a horde of 85+ zombies outside Ackland Mall and the SW corner has been breached. There are currently 15+ zombies inside and I fear more soon. Extreme caution is advised in the immediate area. Thomas Nogoya 18:20, 13 August 2008 (BST)

External Military: "... Havercroft is still active, around a hundred and fifty on the streets ... a horde of about eighty outside Ackland Mall ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... heavy structural damage ... Ackland Mall is being held ..." Laitaine 16:02, 28 July 2008 (BST)

Good news to the struggling survivors: The zombies's have lost their grip on the suburb since most of the north is now unruined. The suburb could do with a downgrade in its danger lvl.--Doctor Oberman MBEK 16:53, 25 July 2008 (BST)

External Military: "... Havercroft is still active, around a hundred and fifty on the streets ... a few big groups, but they're spread out ... can't see any signs of life ... the whole suburb's wrecked ... Ackland Mall has definitely fallen ..." Laitaine 18:53, 17 July 2008 (BST)

Havercroft is in a bad way as the zombie groups that hit the mall have scattered the local organized survivor groups and taken out most nearby TRPs, including The Brennand Building in neighboring Shore Hills. --07:02, 12 July 2008 (BST)

25.96 MHz: "... Havercroft is still active, around a hundred and fifty on the streets ... a horde of about eighty outside Ackland Mall ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... serious collateral damage ... Ackland Mall is being held ..." Laitaine 16:20, 9 July 2008 (BST)

There's a horde of 68 zombies outside of Ackland Mall (33, 44). Also, Moseley Plaza Police Dept, Saltrow Alley Fire Station, Yapp Square Police Dept, Adey Plaza Fire Station, and Maria General Hospital pretty much appear unbarricaded and potentially doors wide open. I didn't have a chance to scout the insides, but it appears to be no kind of refuge. Ones and twos of zombies lurking outside of those locations. Michaud Walk Fire Station has three zombies inside and three zombies outside. -- Dillon Flint, 21:41, 9 July 2008 (EDT)

July 8th

25.96 MHz: "... Havercroft is still active, around a hundred and fifty on the streets ... a horde of about sixty outside Ackland Mall ... a lot of lights on, though, there are still people down there ... some minor structural damage though ... Ackland Mall is ..." Laitaine 13:02, 8 July 2008 (BST)

To my knowledge there are no large organized hordes in the area. However, with 60+ zombies outside the mall, and parts of northern Havercroft ruined it seems like survivors might be in stormy waters soon. The see-sawing siege of Auston Auto Repair and recent break ins at the mall are evidence of this. --Russell Oakley 01:39, 9 July 2008 (BST)

July 5th

Currently 35 zeds outside Auston Auto, with 36 dead bodies there as well.

25.96 MHz: "... can see over a hundred on the streets of Havercroft ... a few big groups, but they're spread out ... a lot of lights on, though, there are still people down there ... only a few buildings damaged though ..." Laitaine 20:10, 2 July 2008 (BST)

July 1st

The generator in Michaud Walk Fire Station is still low on fuel. The zed count outside of Auston Auto has gone down to 21.-- SamuraiBubba, 7:24 AM (EST)

The generator in Spurdell Walk Police Dept has been destroyed. The zombie has since left the building.--Dillon Flint, 7:12 PM (EDT)

Barricade Plan

A barricade plan proposed by the survivor group Lime Brigade can be found here. Barricade plans are not intended to display the current state of a building's barricades, but rather the level to which survivors agree a building should be barricaded under normal conditions.

A zombie barricade plan can be found here.

Contact and Radio

With the lift on the radio jamming in the city, many new opertunities (and much confusion!) come to the survivors of Havercroft. The current radio frequencies for each station of interest to the citizens of Havercroft are to be listed here.
