Peddlesden Village is a suburb of Malton, located in the northwest of the city. Town life revolves around the Bascombe NT and its Swinnerton Square Police Department traditionally patrolled by the DHPD after it was the first suburb incorporated into the DMZ. The town was also the site of the beginnings of the Extinction zombie group and latterly has fallen under the thrall of The Dead. The suburb is physically divided into two halves, the northern and southern half, by a line of streets and the occasional carpark, and therefore there is a break in the freerunning lane for survivors traveling through.

Update from full recon. Over 50 zombies in the neighborhood, more than 75% of buildings ruined. Because of number of ruined buildings changing status to very dangerous. --SearchDerelict 00:28, 27 January 2009 (UTC)

In a brief look into this neighboorhood, there were zombies at nearly all buildings (up to 12 at a building) with many open and ruined buildings. Increasing the status from moderate -> danger. Will recon more and revise if in err. --SearchDerelict 01:22, 26 January 2009 (UTC)

25.96 MHz: "... leaving Peddlesden Village, counted thirty or so outside ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... a lot of buildings with lights on ... only a few buildings damaged ... lights are on in the Bascombe Building ..."--Slavic 00:13, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

Peddlesden Village is being rebuilt from the ashes. However with repairs costing stagering 95 AP it is taking a while. On a brighter note lights are springing up everywhere and more signs of survivor activity are becoming present. Come one and all to Peddlesden! --Specialist Snoopiefx- 22:56, 5 January 2009 (UTC)
