Origins
Tony Blair, legendary leader of the Cannonball Crew is credited with founding the alliance by inspiring the then unknown Leon Silverblood with a post on strategy. Leon later formed an alliance that would grow to become Alliance 45 and Tony would become their chief strategist, masterminding many of the A45's assault plans.
Member Groups
Being a member of Alliance 45 is not a subjugation to higher leadership. Requests to join an operation and suggestions as to the best tactical method for that operation are dispatched daily to member groups, however each one is encouraged to use its best judgment and there are no orders per se. The following groups have sent members, detachments and even their entire forces:
41st Death Commandos
Army Control Corps
Cannonball Crew
The Corleone Family
Creedy Defense Force
The Malton Rangers
Malton Fire Department
Metal Fox
Paradox
SMUT (Southwest Mobile Tactics Unit)
Team Xtreme
Umbrella Corp
USAI
USSR
The Zodiacs
The 4-H
We are also working with:
The Kilt Store (great neighbors!)
FANNY
Rotter's Relief
And have made contact with:
The Fortress (Hope to work with them in Tollyton!)
WANG
Organization/Structure
Alliance 45 capitalizes on the structure already in place in it's member groups. Objectives are agreed upon and assigned to groups as a whole and they are left to their own devices to achieve them with no interference, if possible. This eliminates the need for additional leadership or any hierarchy whatsoever within the alliance.
There are, however, certain roles/positions which have been filled voluntarily by those best suited to the position.
Captain BoSS, leader of the 41st Death Commandos showed his political and networking abilities early on and is the Alliance's ambassador to many groups. He is also a trusted adviser to Leon.
Tony Blair, leader of the Cannonball Crew, has laid the initial framework of many of the Alliance's assaults and is widely recognized as the strategic mastermind of Alliance 45. He is the most active member of the Alliance's think-tank and is at the core of their battlefield success.
If there were ever a void of leadership to be filled in the Alliance, these two would do best to take it on together. Captain Boss's skills as a mediator and his ties to most member groups would help ensure consensus and the thorough dispatching of plans and updates. Tony's strategic skills would ensure that operations were successful in the field, provided he made use of all allied power.
With these conditions satisfied, all that would be left then would be to keep the Alliance focused and goal-oriented.

The High Command
The High Command is the central core of Officers in the ACC. They head the various divisions and make vital decisions that affect the rest of the Corps. The High Command (or HC) currently comprises:
- Commanding Officer - Colonel SaulKD
- Infantry Corps Commander - Major Zed Pro (ACC Second in Command)
- Special Forces Commander - Colonel Myo

|
Newly recruited troops will be assigned to this division automatically before ascendancy to the Combat Squads. Training will occur independently of the main group when experience is needed, otherwise, new recruits will link up with the main force. The duty of an Army Control Corps Trainee is as follows:
- Reach Level 5
- Maintain proper communication on the forum
- Become acquainted with the mechanics of survival (if new to Malton)
- Develop skills necessary to become proficient within or assume the intended Job Position
|
Composition
The majority of Army Control Corps members are currently divided amongst two Combat Squads, and each is currently headed by members of HC with CO's acting as Second in Command. Objectives are assigned between them to ensure optimal efficiency in carrying out various Operations. Additionally, each member has chosen a Job Specialty which designates their particular role in the group. Listed below is an explanation of what this exactly entails:
