Current Operations can be found on our main page, and operations of other years on their own pages through the above menu.

Operation: Minesweeper - Ended on January 5th, 2009

At the start of Operation Minesweeper the ACC moved to the tactical resource area around the Showers NT Building in Scarletwood. This area was quickly secured, and all the RP were also cleared. It was soon time to move again, so all personell to the area west of Hildebrand Mall in Roftwood to slow down the approach of a large zombie horde. Later both echo teams retreated to the mall and prepared for the siege.

After a few attacks the horde lost interest and the ACC could focus on reclaiming the land to west of the mall, after celebrating Christmas there. The echo teams became too spread out however and had to fall back to defend the mall, which came under attack from another zombie horde. This time there were just too many too keep out and the ACC had to fall back to Mitchem Mall to prepare for the next operation.

Operation: Dead Weight - Ended on January 19th, 2009

While restocking in Mitchem Mall news of the ruining of Fort Creedy reached the ACC. It was decided to reinforce the Farmer NT Building, to prevent the horde from reaching Giddings Mall. After the area was secured, the gatehouse of the fort was cleared of zeds in a joined strike with the CDF. Over the next few days the rest of the fort was also cleared.

With the zombie threat gone, the attention focused to the PK'ers. Pitneybank has always been a center of PK'er activity, and the remainder of operation Minesweeper consisted of hunting down as many PK'ers as possible.

Operation: Civilization - Ended on February 20th, 2009

We made our way to Dunell Hills to aid the DHPD and Hard Knock Life in their fight against The Dead, establishing a base of operations in nearby Chudleyton where survivors and allies could gather and restock, as well as working our way towards Dunell Hills itself. After some success, we recaptured the Dury Building with our allies in a series of timed strikes, and repeated this with varying levels of success over the next few days. Soon we returned to Chudleyton, as Echo One moved out to watch the area around Caiger Mall. Echo Two protected Kenefie Lane Police Department and the adjacent hospital for a short period of time before rejoining Echo One at Caiger.

Seeing some peace eventually emerge in the area with our presence and hearing that Ackland Mall, Havercroft, was on the verge of falling, we left on 8 Feb as quickly as we could to give aid. Despite diligently holding the siege against the incoming hordes for six days, the undead soon broke through our defences. Both Echoes pulled back to recover our fallen, as well as consolidate our hold on the resource buildings that were still standing in the suburb.

After licking our wounds, we moved to Buckley Mall to restock.

Operation: Homecoming - Ended on March 10th, 2009

This operation began as a call for help from the CDF came to the ACC. Giddings Mall in Pitneybank was in need of back-up. Our first priority on arrival was to get the Morrish NT up and running, however the mall soon came under serious attack and zed numbers increased. Though we succeeded in taking the Morrish building the mall fell and the order was given to retreat. We then fell back to Mitchem Mall in Vinetown to restock.

Our next objective was to repair Normandare Boulevard PD in Penny Heights, to revive and heal the locals, and to get the Craddy NT up and running. This ended in success with the mall being retaken and the locals being able to take over. We then moved to Woodroffe Mall in Tollyton to prepare for the next operation.

Operation: Infinite Cold - Ended on March 22th, 2009

With no “outbreaks” the ACC journeyed to the West for some reclamation missions. The ACC soon moved out to take the zed held Flooks NT in Brooksville back. Arriving at the NT, we helped the locals in holding the adjacent PD, Hospital, Factory. Though high numbers of zeds in the area, first impressions were wrong, break-ins were a rare occurrence and actually ruined buildings were no-where in sight. Ultimately a success in retaking and helping out the locals make a stand, it was a swift reclaim & restock mission. We went on to restock, help any locals in need, and prepare for the mission to come.

Operation: Shoot the Witch - Ended on April 18th, 2009

This operation began as an reclamation/reinforcement mission in Tollyton, with Woodroffe Mall the first goal. With the mall secured, we began clearing surrounding buildings (focusing on free-running lanes), and reviving the locals. With Tollyton on the way to recovery, the ACC split off to take the Blocksidge NT in Crowbank and the Grimshaw Road PD and Greenhow NT in Roftwood.

With this an success we moved on to retake Hildebrand Mall. Once there our first priorits were to revive ACC personal waiting at Turpin Crescent, make sure the the Herbert NT Building is secure, powered and zed free, and to clear the local Swansborough Park RP. After this it was decided tohelp the Fortress retake Fort Perryn. Fort Perryn soon fell however and we were forced to pull back to Buckley Mall.

Operation: Episode II - Ended on June 3rd, 2009

“The scum of Urban Dead”, the zergers were an every growing annoyance for the ACC. So we took out to put a stop to a group of zergers, The Dead Bunnies. So we took to the streets of Heytown to stop the zerging menace. All the meanwhile, the CDF was being attacked by a massive horde and requested help. We were to support the defenders at Fort Creedy.

Upon arrival we quickly took back the Farmer NT and St. Benedict's Hospital. However, the zeds were increasing in number and quickly stole these buildings right back. Hundreds of survivors held out in the fort yet, in only a matter of days, a huge mass of zeds descended on Fort Creedy. The Fort lay ruined and the command thought it best to move out to the Clewett NT. Over the course of 13 days, we held the NT until requests for help reached the ACC and we moved onto our next mission.

Operation: .45 - Ended on August 5th, 2009

Echoes One and Two started off a lengthy mission of suburb reclamation by splitting up to help our allies. Echo One originally went to Pitneybank to aid the CDF and take back Fort Creedy. However, Echo One was soon diverted to join Echo Two, who were working with the Cannonball Crew and other members of the New Malton Colossus to retake Roftwood. Our goal was to frustrate the resident zeds by restoring as many buildings as we could, and with the diligent work of our soldiers and our allies, managed to bring some life back to the suburb.

Riding high on our success, our teams moved into Stanbury Village with our allies to repeat the same strategy, and after a few days, Echo One went back to aid the New Malton Colossus in attacking south-east Roftwood (as held by the Minions of the Apocalypse), and who were soon caught up in a constant tussle over valuable resource buildings in the south-east, as they fell only to be reclaimed, and repeat. The team was then briefly called to Kempsterbank to continue with their suburb reclamation efforts.

Meanwhile, Echo Two patrolled the perimeter of the Greenhow Building in north-west Roftwood and took occasional potshots at zeds' heads. Some of us drifted southwards to reinforce the efforts of our brothers-in-arms. After some tranquillity, we decided on a change of scenery, packing up our knapsacks and working for a brief spell in Tollyton, toolboxes and firearms ready to be used.

Both teams met up in Stanbury Village, as recent gains in the area by the undead meant that assistance for our allies was immediately required. We went to ground, trying to hold ground against the incoming horde at Nichols Malls and the resource buildings such as Went NT, and doing a valiant job of it. However, eventually our strength was not enough to resist the terrible might of the Militant Order of Barhah, who consumed the suburb as we retreated to Ackland to restock.

Operation: New Sun - Ended on August 31st, 2009

The ACC was beginning to start reclamation missions all over the West. We were to go to Lerwill Heights for the first reclamation. However, after a few days of swift rebuilding, Echo One moved to help take back the failing Stagg NT in Lukinswood while Echo Two stayed and put the “finishing touches” on the suburb. With these part of the mission a success, we moved on to try to lift the seige of Fort Perryn.

Strikes were commenced swiftly and were a huge success with help from the Fortress. The next few days, we took back all the surrounding buildings and all of Perryn. However, dark clouds began to loom over the fort and with the swiftness we had retaking the fort, they destroyed it. The mission was a success, as whole suburbs were reclaimed, and we moved to Lumber Mall to restock for our next mission.

Operation: Munchkin - Ended on September 12th, 2009

Giddings Mall, Pitneybank, became our base of operations whilst we waited for action. We soon learnt that Fort Creedy had been overrun by the undead, and decided to relocate to the nearby Farmer Building. The fort was easily retaken, but we then had to contend with pesky zeds trying constantly to ruin both the fort and Farmer. After some time, the zed presence quietened and the local survivor presence strengthened, as we prepared to leave the fort.

Operation: Whack-a-Mole - Ended on October 12th, 2009

As a source revealed, a large amount of zergers resided in the suburb of Molebank. We arrived at Ruggevale Walk PD in Owsleybank, to set up hunts against these zergers. Yet, while we were restocking in the nearby Caiger Mall in Chudleyton, Echo one was sent to aid two other groups in retaking Tompson Mall, while a huge PK'er assault interrupted the zerger hunt. Echo one was recalled to Caiger to respond to the attack and because of the over-whelming number of zeds attacking Tompson. However, with the increasing zed attacks and the PK'ers haunting Caiger's halls, it was decided that both echos should move out and restock for the coming mission while the SF stayed back and hunted down the PK'ers.

Operation: Borderline - Ended on October 25th, 2009

In the desire to do something different for a while, we decided to do a bit of suburb rebuilding. Heading to Marven Mall, South Blytheville, we were to see out of the suburb the few remnants of the RRF horde remaining. Echo One was to help restore order to the mall, whilst Echo Two was to aid in the defence of the Preston Building. Unfortunately, we soon discovered the scouting report was more optimistic than the reality, also learning that there were zergers operating in the area.

We went to ground, dispersing amongst many overrun buildings, focusing on swelling the survivor population, and with teamwork and persistence managed to reclaim both the mall and the suburb for the survivor cause. The rest of the mission was spent pushing into North Blytheville, focusing on the reclamation of buildings and the reviving of survivors, a definite change of pace in anticipation of the 5th of November event.

Operation: Pyre - Ended on November 14th, 2009

The ACC has always been a steadfast participant in the 5th of November event, and 2009 was no exception. Echo Two moved first to secure a safehouse in Roachtown at which the rest of the force could congregate. As 5 November drew near, we prepared to launch ourselves boldly into Ridleybank.

After establishing a presence in the north of the suburb, we concentrated on hit-and-run tactics, not focusing on any one building but instead the entire suburb. Troops were encouraged to disperse and not group up. After some success clearing part of the suburb of zeds, we decided the time was then ripe to strike specifically at several buildings, to reclaim these buildings just long enough to replenish our supplies. Unfortunately the mission concluded with many of our deaths, meaning that the final symbolic strike on the Blackmore Building, at the heart of Ridleybank, had to be called off.

Operation: Hit for Brains - Ended on December 2nd, 2009

After the hectic events of early November, the ACC was at a loss for things to do. On learning that a group of zeds were approaching Millen Hills, we decided to head them off there, maintaining a presence at Powlett Road Police Department and St Dionysius' Hospital in anticipation of their arrival.

Having successfully fended off several break-ins, the Echo teams split up; Echo Two first moved to Tynte Mall, Pimbank, to support the Malton Rangers. A few days of quiet was enough to convince the ACC that Echo Two's presence was direly needed in Giddings Mall, Pitneybank, to support Echo One, who had moved there earlier. However, the combined might of the ACC as well as the local survivor presence was not enough to save Giddings Mall, which fell in a day or less with 45 or more zeds inside.

Operation: Triage - Ended on December 13th, 2009

Rather than leave Pitneybank to its fate, we decided to regroup our scattered force and help to drive the zombies back out of the suburb. Echo One was tasked with keeping the Usher Building, in Heytown, operational, and Echo Two with maintaining a safehouse. Medics from both teams were to revive and heal friendly survivors around Pitneybank. However, hostile forces within Pitneybank were still too strong, and overwhelmed our defences at the Usher Building. This forced the ACC to go to ground and concentrate on reviving our fallen members as quickly as possible.

Deciding to leave Pitneybank until resistance weakened, we moved to Shearbank to support the Malton Rangers in their efforts to retake Stickling Mall. We reclaimed it with little difficulty, only to realise that the zeds' attention was drawn to the adjacent NecroTech building, the Whippey Building. Echo Two's priority in particular was to maintain cades and meatshield the NT, and the entire ACC continued to repair and maintain buildings around the suburb, whilst declaring KOS on zergers spotted in the area.
