Stuartbman vs. Darkmagic

I can't believe I'm coming here, but can a guy get banned for being a n00b? He has made what sound like Threats to my life when people have been informing him of his n00bish posts, and straight out deletes constructive criticism. Here goes the conversation:

Hi Dark, I'm not involved too much with the Yagoton wiki, but I have to say, your reporting of news is absolutely appalling. I reccomend if you cannot keep it in a Newspaper style, NPOV, you stay out of the wiki altogether. Simple statements such as "hinks is breached" cannot help anyone whatsoever, so try to make it dramatic, if you have to, add a bullet point. And most importantly, sign the damn thing afterwards.--Stuartbman 18:41, 13 June 2007 (BST)

i don't need critisizm, i don't want to fucking drama it up so i won't, i will do it in my own style, i don't need a long friken post for news idiot!--Darkmagic 19:32, 13 June 2007 (BST)

Hi, I would like you establish your "style". Most people on the wiki can take "criticizm" and adjust their posts accordingly. However, you have refused, again and again, to put your posts in an NPOV style. The Yagoton Wiki does not follows your style. If you look at the top of the page, it says so itself. Now I will edit all of your future posts into NPOV style, and label them as my own, if you cannot use:

Good Grammar.
Your Brain.

Dark, I hate to say this, but I strongly suspect you are a n00b. Deal with it.--Stuartbman 20:02, 13 June 2007 (BST)

I'm sure you will, and when you do, I will personaly see fit to recreate them as my own again as they were my own, and also make sure you will never want to see my name, again, my freind, so unless you want me to have the time of my life, i wouldn't carry out that threat.--Darkmagic 22:26, 13 June 2007 (BST)

When I want to be respectable i will, I just write what the fuck I want without thinking about it. --Darkmagic 00:42, 24 June 2007 (BST)

thats it, im reporting you to vandalism.
Ooh, yeah, i'm vandalising my own talk page.--Stuartbman 19:13, 24 June 2007 (BST)
You edited my post and puts words on my post. the fact is, puting words and acting like your me by saying "i'm a noob" is vandalism retard.--Darkmagic 20:30, 24 June 2007 (BST)
I mocked you. There's nothing wrong with that. Oh, and you are a n00b. I'm not retarded, otherwise I wouldnt be typing. It's my wiki talk page. i can do what I want.
If you only change it to make spelling good then its ok, but even if its your talkpage, that dosn't mean you can change a persons own comment. that is vandalism.--Darkmagic 22:51, 24 June 2007 (BST)

—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Stuartbman (talkcontribs) at an unknown time.

Calling someone a "noob" is not constructive criticism. Editing their posts to make them look bad is not constructive criticism and taking them to arby cos you get a vandalism warning is not constructive critisism either. As far as i can see this is not a matter for Arby and you should just take your warning and get on with loathing each other and leave this page for real problems. --Honestmistake 09:59, 27 June 2007 (BST)

I'm not angry about the vandalism warning- I read in some old, now outdated rules that talk pages were my own. As for the n00b, I think calling soemone a n00b pales in comparison to him making threats to my very real life, and frequently calling me a retard. Does he get any kind of reccomendation?--Stuartbman 10:58, 27 June 2007 (BST)

Where the hell is this death threat you keep referring to? Is it that bolded crap? Because that reads more like a threat to flame you, not kill you. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 11:27, 27 June 2007 (BST)
and also make sure you will never want to see my name, again, my freind, so unless you want me to have the time of my life, i wouldn't carry out that threat. seemed like a threat--Stuartbman 23:14, 27 June 2007 (BST)

I'll arbitrate, if you want, and can get darkmajic here -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 09:27, 28 June 2007 (BST)

Yeah, sure, if you can get Dark to agree to it.--Stuartbman 10:05, 28 June 2007 (BST)
OK then, if he accepts, please don't add to this until I call for your submissions -- boxy T L ZS Nuts2U DA 10:30, 28 June 2007 (BST)
I won't accept anything unless i know what that thing is. Also, i consider contructive critisism diffrent from you. so, what is it that i may accept here?--Darkmagic 23:49, 28 June 2007 (BST)
You'll be accepting Boxy as arbitrator. I recommend that you do - he's good at it. --Cyberbob DORIS CGR U! 04:51, 29 June 2007 (BST)
Whatever, oh, i also noticed one of his changes, where he said "I write what the fuck i want without thuinking about it"--Darkmagic 05:02, 6 July 2007 (BST)

I'm currently on holiday, if we could hold out the arby until the 14th, then i'd be able to give a full account of my reasons. Also, where've you been, Dark? you havent been on any kind of wiki pages recently.--Stuartbman 15:58, 7 July 2007 (BST)

Well, brefore the 30th i was jsut busy, from the 30th til friday i was in colorado.

and now im not really even sure what i'm doing.--Darkmagic

OK, to each of you, I don't know the history between you two, so let me know your versions of the background (the abridged version please) behind this. I will set out some sections below for you to place your respective cases. Don't interact with each other, make your cases to me, and once you've finished a section, don't go back and edit it further (after a reasonable time for touch-ups, 30min?). First Stuartbman will make his case, then Darkmagic, followed by Stuartbman's rebuttal, and then Darkmagic's. I reserve the right to edit your posts to correct formatting errors, or just to make it more readable.

Be concise, don't bring irrelevancies into it. Having to read them will just piss me off -- boxy T Nuts2U DA 17:04, 7 July 2007 (BST) 06:20, 8 July 2007 (BST)

I'v gotten bord of this, i stil don't see why we went to arby anyways, as of now i retract my approval of this arby,i only said yes because i got bord.--Darkmagic 03:20, 16 July 2007 (BST)
I am confused, you say your retracting your approval and then post your argument a few minutes later? You might as well go on with it now and get it over and done with. Stuartbman is right about your spelling but big deal, it doesnt give him the right to vandalise your posts or take you to Arby's! Oh and Stoo, i believe you meant "spelled" as spelt is a kind of wheat ;)--Honestmistake 10:10, 16 July 2007 (BST)

Stuartbman's Case

This whole thing has begun with my compulsion for good grammar. I see far too often, all over the web, shoddy sentences that stink of a lack of effort. So, as quoted above, I warned Darkmagic of his inability, just below where another user was doing similar. I was shocked at the response, and the (poorly spelt) torrent of abuse that spewed forth. My ideal outcome for this case would be for Darkmagic to have him significantly improve his proofreading ability. --Stuartbman 19:47, 14 July 2007 (BST)

Darkmagic's Case

I shouldn't be typing this. I only did what I did because I had lost patience with people doing that to me. after that this whole thing went out when he went back at me, so i went back at him, i have a thing that i have to reply to a attack on my character, after that all hell just broke lose cumilating with his threat of taking over all my posts, after that the flame threat came, then the rest is pretty out there in the post. he edited my posts to make me look like a n00b and i put him on the vandal page, the links have been shown i guess, basicly, i don't know ok, i don't even see a reason for us to be here. my outcome is for this to end without anything happening, he got warned for vandalism, and thats fair, i don't see any outcome thats needed.--Darkmagic 03:29, 16 July 2007 (BST)

Stuartbman's Rebuttal

I agree with some of his story, but perhaps if he hadn't been typing so badly, no-one would have to tell him. As for my threat to take over his posts, any person can see that I threatened to label the changes as my own, and checking the Yagoton wiki will show that that is what I've done. My only problem with this guy is his inability to take constructive criticism, not that he labelled me as a vandal- some old, now out of date rules somewhere said that talk pages belong to the user, and anything can be done with them(these rules have been deleted recently). I accept that what I did there was against wiki policy, and apologise. However, I do not apologise for anything else.--Stuartbman 12:00, 16 July 2007 (BST)

Darkmagic's Rebuttal

What am i suppsoed to be rebuttal here? --Darkmagic 01:20, 18 July 2007 (BST)

Well, at least the steam seems to have gone out of your dispute now. Stuartbman, you've pretty much failed to prove a significant problem with Darkmagics contributions, however I did go looking at most of his additions to the Yagoton page over the last couple of months, and I've got to say, the problem is fairly minor. The real problem was started by your tactless criticism, and escalated by the straight out impersonation of Darkmagic.

Darkmagic, it's true that you could take a bit more care with your posting to community pages, please try to make them easy for people to read and understand. However I won't be mandating that you improve.

My ruling is that, for a period of 6 weeks, Stuartbman is not to edit or delete any of Darkmagics signed edits on the Yagoton (or other suburb) pages, or to complain about their spelling and grammar either on the pages, or on User talk:Darkmagic. Darkmagic may continue to post as he has been, but may not try to antagonise Stuartbman for the same 6 week period. I will place the Yagoton page on my watchlist and fix up any glaring spelling/grammar mistakes if others don't. If I believe that the spelling becomes deliberately bad, I'll assume you are taking the piss, and trying to annoy, and will report it to A/VB as a breach of this ruling -- boxy T Nuts2U DA 04:22, 19 July 2007 (BST)

I can't really go with this if he's letting people like harrison willingly pk me... if that keeps up i can't follow this, you know why, because i won't go down like my brother did, forced to go hide because people belived he was a fing pkering.--Darkmagic 15:45, 21 July 2007 (BST)
Is it just me or does that response make no sense? Dude you won the case all you have to do is not deliberatly bait him on the wiki... whatever happens in game is nothing to do with this and if you report incidents of PKing by character name its not a problem!--Honestmistake 21:53, 21 July 2007 (BST)
