Cannonball Crew
The Cannonball Crew (CC) is a mobile combat unit dedicated to protecting Malton from the undead. The group specializes in coordination and real-time assaults to deny zombies any ill-gotten meals. Its unofficial headquarters is Strange Bank in Barrville, but members are more likely to be found battling zombies throughout the city. As a nomadic force, the Cannonball Crew enjoys a variety of missions involving all aspects of the game. Being part of the Crew means fighting alongside a group of experienced and knowledgeable players who have your back.
NEWS
October 2008 - Operation: Captive Ploy: The Cannonball Crew is engaged in a rough & tumble battle with zombies over control of Pimbank. We are doing our best to clear, repair and cade as many buildings as we can, but the undead are tenacious in this area. The job is tough, but always fun.
Merger with Team Xtreme - We are happy to announce Team Xtreme has joined the Cannonball Crew. Team Xtreme is a most impressive group of bounty hunting aficionados and their expertise will greatly help the Crew deal with the PKer threat.

HISTORY
Founded in the early days of the outbreak by Tony Blair, the Cannonball Crew formed alongside the original Council of Leaders as its military wing and became the first strike team in the city. The group has fought in numerous epic battles including the First and Second Siege of Caiger Mall, the 5th of November and The Battle of Pitneybank. Many survivor and zombie groups have come and gone, but the Cannonball Crew has persevered because of its devoted members and the camaraderie they've built. Long live the Crew.
COMMAND STRUCTURE
The Cannonball Crew employs a military-style rank system (see Ranks & Insignia) and members rise through the group based on their participation and performance. New members start as Loose Cannons (LC). Active and dedicated Loose Cannons then advance to become Loose Cannons Soldiers (LC Soldiers). Loose Cannons Soldiers who distinguish themselves are then eligible to become full-fledged Cannonball Crew members. Cannonball Crew members that exhibit leadership skills are then eligible for a position in the Command Staff.
SQUADS
Loose Cannons
The Loose Cannons is our squad of new recruits and serves as the training ground for new players and the proving ground for veteran players new to the group.
Easy Squad
Easy Squad is a specialized squad for Loose Cannons (new recruits).
Able Squad
Able Squad, led by Sergeant First Class Haff, is an assault unit that's always ready for action. It's the largest squad in the CC and perhaps the oldest fighting squad in Malton.
Baker Squad
Baker Squad, led by Sergeant thebattler35, is the intelligence arm in which members gather intel through scouting, NT scans and communications with fellow survivors.
Charlie Squad
Charlie Squad, led by Sergeant First Class themonkeyman11, is a heavy assault squad.
Dog Squad
Dog Squad, led by Master Sergeant fleurus, is a Special Forces squad made up of Cannonball Crew members only.
Fort Perryn Defense Force
The Fort Perryn Defense Force (FPDF), led by Sergeant First Class Mad Dog Munro, is the primary garrison at Fort Perryn and is tasked with protecting the fort and surrounding area.
Ghost Bears
Ghost Bears (Inactive), led by Sergeant Tyler Jorgensson, is a squad of brash, young soldiers.
Pimp Legion of Doom
The Pimp Legion of Doom (PLD) (Retired in August 2008) was an elite fighting force with attitude originally led by Sergeant First Class Sacrenough.
Team Xtreme
Team Xtreme, led by Private First Class Josh Clark, is a group of professional bounty hunters that specializes in teamwork and coordinated strikes.
POLICIES
The Cannonball Crew does not practice or support Multi abuse, Zerging, Combat Reviving (CRing), Generator Killing (GKing), or Player Killing (PKing) (although we may practice Bounty Hunting as revenge on a PKer that kills one of our own). As for Zombie Killing (ZKing), a few of us have been known to participate in attacks against zombies after we have unfortunately been killed. We neither condone nor condemn this activity. It's just that some of us have been fighting zombies for so long it has become etched into our existence and we continue to fight even after death.
NON-MEMBERS
Every established group has its detractors and the Cannonball Crew is no exception. If you are attacked or witness an attack or other crime (such as GKing), rest assured that the following characters are not members or in any way currently affiliated with the Cannonball Crew.
