Some Definitions:

The following section was added for the clarification of those ignorant to Hikari Kisugi 's crime of Text Rape. These definitions, some straight out of State Legal Code clearly show that the crime Hikari Kisugi was unequivocally TEXT RAPE, and while it was posted in an out of game text box rather than an in game text box, her crimes are no less heinous.

American Heritage Dictionary -

rape (n.)

  1. The crime of forcing another person to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse.
  2. The act of seizing and carrying off by force; abduction.
  3. Abusive or improper treatment; violation: a rape of justice.

While this dictionary mentions intercourse, intercourse (or penetration) is not mentioned anywhere. A sexual act is any act that is sexual in nature. The touching of another's genitals is sexual (in Lady HK's case, violently so).

After Scour The Earth Left That Message, I did a bunch of checking around and noticed a lot of trails Leading Back To Red Rum. This was strange to me so I then asked my Allies from the Saints to see what they knew of the group. And they told me the same as what you guys told me about the group. Thanks for the heads up. I already took them off the Allies list for our group. I have killed a few Red Rum members before but never got into a discussion with them, but I know they know who we are. That's probably why they left that message for us I don't know for sure what they were doing. But it's good to see that we have friends looking out for us. Team Xtreme won't be having any Alliences or Friendships with Scour The Earth, when I left that message on their talks page that's before I noticed the trail leading back to Red Rum. I've been reading your pages, even your old forums, to form me an opinion of TZH. I think you're alright. I have to say, man, you have a way to come through like complete knuckleheads, but I think I'm starting to see through that. I hope it isn't my own wishful thinking misleading me here.

I'm actually going to explain myself to you now, and then I'm going to propose you a deal.

But before I go on: you've asked me to email you. Not going to happen, I'm afraid. It's not that my email addy is such a big secret but, no offence Dave, I'm not quite ready to just give it away to the guy who already called me a douche eating pus guzzler, and directed me to talk to his nuts. I hope you understand. I just have had bad experiences before. If you want a more private venue, then register to the DSS forum and PM me there.

So. We're having a shootout. It started because I killed Papa Nixon for a bounty, and some months later he chose to make me pay for it (good show btw Papa), and then you came to us with a threat of confrontation and an angry rant. And now we've gone on a bit of a rampage on you lads. Here's the score by the way, nine days into this:

And it's about to get worse, I'm afraid. What can I say, I'm a tough chick, I play hard. And my guy, and my best friend who you might get to meet soon? They're even tougher than I am. There is no softness of core in the DSS.

What I hope you understand now, though, is that I'm not out to annoy you guys, or to "punish" you, or in some way demonstrate I'm better than you. Who the fuck am I to try and pass judgement on people, huh, and over an online game at all this. You mentioned groups trying to "dislodge" you... man, that is a silly notion. I'm not trying to dislodge anyone or anything. I'm playing a game I like to play. Killing people while staying alive is an interesting challenge, it's the bit of Urban Dead that still holds my interest. I like to play this game. I don't force people to play it--goodness gracious I'm not that much of a bitch. But you sort of invited me to play it with you.

See, I once saw someone refer to bounty hunting as "opt-in PKing". That's a very apt description. I shoot bountied people because, when they killed in the first place, they knew getting hunted in return was a possible consequence, yet they still did it. They opted in. When Papa shot me in retaliation, he further confirmed in my eyes it is fair to play this game with him. And when you warned me about things escalating, speaking on behalf of your group apparently, well, you made me happy. You opted in for the whole of TZH (I hope you told them btw, I would hate RFK or Duke thinking they got shot for no reason).

Anyhow, we got where we are.

What now? Well I mentioned a deal above. Here it is. It's more of an understanding than a deal proper. Have a butchers, tell me what you think.

First: there will be no formal exclusion to killing on either side. This is good for us both. We do not and will not apologise for our work, and we won't consider off-limits any of you; conversely, we do owe you quite a few deaths by now, and you are welcome to collect, at your own risk, whenever you are able to.

Saying that, soon as you convey me your agreement we will stop targeting you guys specifically. You do as you please; I'll expect the occasional shooting but we'll just laugh it off, like we do when we get shot by people we like. Mind, if then we do fight back, I expect the same coolness from you. Further: you will show some respect to the diamonds. You will acknowledge our hardcoreness, and deem us, if not friends you can kill and die to, then at least worthy enemies.

Oh and you'll pack it in with the names. You may address me as "Soph", "Sophie", "Dr. Ames", or even "babe" if you want, but you will stop well short of "pus guzzler", for crying out loud.

So in sum: I'm offering you to back off and let things revert to what they were before, and in exchange I want you to lighten up, try and have a laugh off it all, and for fuck's sake get a kill on us already.
