Most of the time it is just THIS page says this and you didn't follow it to the letter. Also, consider the source of most of the cases. There needs to be some more organization there) of one user wanting another user to leave him alone, and that he ended up dropping it, it does not mean I am not allowed. There's a bit of precedence, and overall there is user name-space rights. We can make our rules, and if we want, we can have most of them backed up by arbies, and thus A/VB.
