Problems With Eating Too Much Turkey
Turkey Jerky is an ill-informed and bigoted homophobic player killer. I was killed a while back by this member of Cannibal Corps, after being called a faggot. I'd like to just say that I'm not a faggot - and therefore should not have been a target of this queer-basher in the first place. However, the whole display of homophobia was quite shocking. The frikkin' dead are walking the streets & this member is still so hung-up on his sexuality so much that he's having to express himself in such a retarded mannor. Get over it, everyone knows that homophobes are almost always repressed homosexuals - come out of the closet & you'll be much happier. Maybe even gay! Sheesh. Get a life - stop taking other peoples. --Odders.
- One might look at the introduction of our wiki page and then realize that Turkey Jerky is probably role-playing an insane character. Smack talk from members in our group ranges from singing commercials to offensive languange to simply stating why someone was killed. I doubt it was anything personal, but I can have Turkey Jerky make an account here on the wiki and explain himself, if you prefer. --Ahote 16:25, 22 May 2006 (BST)
- Faggot...--Anime Sucks 16:48, 22 May 2006 (BST)
- You sir (or madam, or whoever) are listed as a "Colossal Fag" here A.R.S.E. List. I simply ran across you in a building (or wherever cause I honestly don't remember you) and killed you because, thanks to UDTool, you were highlighted. Its a shame you spent so much time composing that paragragh for no reason as I have no problem with homosexuals. However, if you'd like to take it up with whoever is running the A.R.S.E. list, I'm sure they'll listen with an unbiased ear. Or not.--Turkey Jerky 17:49, 22 May 2006 (BST)
- Hullo Turkey Jerky, yeah, I found that ARSE list after making my complaint here.... I'll forgive you for the kill, but I would say that if you have no problems with homosexuals, then maybe you shouldn't have picked someone who's listed crime is being a "colossal fag"... Anyhow... it turns out that the reason I was put on the ARSE list for being a fag was that I suggested that a zombie was smelly before killing it... and that zombie was a moderator for the ARSE list... that's abuse of power methinks, and suggests that she was the arse, rather then I.
No hard feelings, TJ... Anime Sucks... you have issues: deal with them. --Odders August 10th 2006
Problems in Yagoton: Part Deux
Ahmik, who is a member of your group, continues to PK Abandoned members. Now I'm not aware of any problems between our groups so maybe this is one of your members going rogue, but I would like to know why. Such intersurvivor conflict does not help the human position in Yagoton or the rest of the city. --Doubler 11:59, 20 May 2006 (BST)
- I've asked him why, and he stated that your group continues to attack and harrass his fellow member Druboo right in front of him, and he started targeting those who actively have been attacking Cannibal Corps members or talking smack about the group. I'll have him make an account on here and defend himself, as he has been doing this independently of our overall actions. I'd like to remind you that individuals in our group do tend to stick together and make retalitory strikes if they feel it is justified. You'd know if our group had a problem with you if you started noticing large numbers of your members being killed off. --Ahote 16:28, 22 May 2006 (BST)
For your record, Druboo has been put on our PKer list some time ago because he attacked and killed a member of the Abandoned. (note - because of somebody's mistake, he ended up being marked out as a PKer altough he should have been classified as a Griefer; why did that happen to be so is unclear.) However, he has been removed some time ago - if I recall it right, well over a month, in fact - and the matter was supposed to have been settled. Also, for all of my knowledge, no member of The Abandoned has been insulting your group.
Ahmik's own actions caused another member of our group to kill him several days ago, which made me suspect that member of being a PKer who somehow managed to slip into our ranks.
I'd appreciate if you explained the situation in detail - what members of The Abandoned have killed Druboo and most importantly, WHEN, also which of our members have supposedly been insulting your group. Back up with unmodified screenshots, if possible.
I suggest that both factions cease fire and back off immediately, or we'll find ourselves in a war none of us wanted to start, just because of stupid misunderstandings on the part of several individuals from both sides. --The Fifth Horseman 15:06, 24 May 2006 (BST)
Furthermore, I'd like to inform you that if Ahmik continues with his killings, he will get placed on our Hostiles list again (first time was with that griefer habit of his, remember?).
Thing is, a person can be placed twice on this list - but getting removed twice is very unlikely at best. A person who has broken their previous promise and given another chance is sure to do it again, if they are allowed to.
Being removed from the Griefer list is very easy, if the subject promises to not commit griefing anymore. Removal from our PKer list requires several things:
- An official apology, posted by the subject in person
- Agreement of all group members he has killed (not majority - all the victims must approve the removal)
- Alternatively, an explicit order by our group leader, Doubler may have the same effect
Only thing that prevented Ahmik being immediately put back on the list - altough this time as a PKer - is that our main forum is currently out of service and most of our records along with that.
If the situation is resolved before our main forum is back, Ahmik might yet avoid this.
However, if his killings continue, he will inevitably receive a place on the list and as a consequence be targeted by each and every member of The Abandoned who comes across him (note: that does not implicate an active hunt on his person - though if he pisses off enough members of the group, that might be a possibility - similarily to what has been suffered by one Zaknrfama). --The Fifth Horseman 12:00, 26 May 2006 (BST)
Tired with your lies
You claim to not be a PKer group and be neutral to The Abandoned. Then explain this. One of your members has just PKed me, that being Druboo in case you have not noticed.
It doesn't seem anymore that Ahmik, Quade Leafypants and Druboo have all "acted of their own volition", no matter how much they claim that to be true. At the current point of affairs, I am much more likely to believe that their actions were commited under full authority of your group.
Explain yourselves. NOW. --The Fifth Horseman 10:37, 6 June 2006 (BST)
- Then perhaps you would care to explain why I have numerous grumblings from members concerning B Anger verbally harassing anyone in the Cannibal Corps who were stationed around Bale Mall and how he has been killing Ahmik over a period of several days when he is a zombie in an effort to "drive him out of Yagoton". You'll notice that members of our group are rather twitchy when people threaten them or say what they can or cannot do. As for your charge that the actions of a few individuals were "committed under the full authority of our group" is really laughable. Can you say to me that not one of your members does things that you don't know about? Can you tell me that you don't know of the fact that Druboo has almost constantly been PKed by members of your group? Obviously you are only caring about the facts that are convenient for you and ignoring the ones that put members of your group in a bad light. --Ahote 4:22, 6 June 2006 (BST)
- The left hand of their group doesn't know what the right hand is doing.--Anime Sucks 19:16, 6 June 2006 (BST)
- No, there is no way to know exactly what every member is doing at any one time. With over 40 people all over Yagoton some things are bound to pass unnoticed. I'll talk to B Anger about it, as we do have guidelines that need to be followed.
- Still, we've had a lot of trouble with some of your members in the past and still today, and usually unprovoked. And never have we as a group been openly hostile towards your entire group, so why is it that even our newest recruits are now getting flak from you guys? --Doubler 12:41, 7 June 2006 (BST)
as my previous response was deleted due to the incoming edit from Abi...
- Most of this problem stems from the fifth horseman and Chris DK incident with Druboo. A lot of sore feelings remained despite the arrangement made with Anime over the PK reports of Chris DK. Everything was going peacefully and like they had for several months, several members of the Cannibal Corps were stationed in Yagoton in case the Zerging group Children of the Darque ever tried to come back. You might have even noticed such members as Ahtunowhiho or Akando looking out for people at the Bale Mall through revives and FAKs. However, apparently this changed when Druboo was starting to get PKed by several newer members of the Abandoned and mysterious third parties, who called Druboo a PKer, an enemy of the abandoned, and repeatedly PKed her. Proof of such acts, unfortunately are locked in the Desensitized forum, and any communication with said forum ends in unanswered emails. Regardless, Ahmik was sympathetic to Druboo and started getting revenge on some of the people who attacked her (such as B Anger). B Anger went way overboard in retaliation against Ahmik, even lasting over to when he was a zombie, in efforts to attempt to drive him out of the region(I do notice that this has stopped since the fifth horseman's demand for proof. Cooincidence?). I'm sure you can imagine what sort of reaction was gained by seeing such unchecked agression against one of their own. Some retalitory PKs ensued, which caused the talks before (which you'll also notice that the fifth horseman has been equally involved in each and every instance with us and often creating antagonizing posts like the one found below). The administration of our group stated we should hold back and watch. Which we did, until it started again, and again with B Anger. Three PKs later, and a declaration that he was "finished" with us as he was "satisified", did not go over well. This resulted in several members again to strike back. I believe this clearly shows our pattern. We are much like a hornets nest. If you shake us up, we'll sting you. Repeatedly. B Anger is a loose cannon on your side and is doing quite a bit of damage to your group's reputation. I would seriously keep an eye on him if I were you. Another thing I noticed was a few days ago when we were attacked by an interesting person whose profile listed him as to be a member of the abandoned. Which is very interesting because this was before The fifth horseman's chastizement of Anime Sucks for having multiple members, when Albert Iordache did as well. Look at the player name. Cooincidence? Or is it someone trying to stir things up between our two groups again? After all, we did get along fine before everything started heating up. I did notice that the fifth horseman was getting along very well with members of the Children of the Darque on the Desensitized boards, so I question his motivation here. Why are you labeling our group as a PKing group, when we are merely defending ourselves, just as you do? I don't see our group listed under the PKer Listing on the wikipedia. So why all the hatred towards us? The answer is simple: bias. So, esentially it all boils down to this: If your side backs down and apologizes for your role in this, our side will do the same. And that's the official word from on high. --Ahote 06:39, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- "I did notice that the fifth horseman was getting along very well with members of the Children of the Darque on the Desensitized boards, so I question his motivation here. "
- Pardon me, WTF? What Children of the Darque people have I been "getting along with"?
- Current profile of Abi2 lists no group membership, and his XP total is higher by about 400 points. That in turn implies this screenshot has been taken a fair while ago, unless you want to prove somehow that he was getting 40 and more XP per day.
- Abi2 was this user's former character, withdrawn from the group and Albert Iordache introduced in his place. If he had two characters in the group at the same time, he would get a lot of trouble from our side in the first place.
- Furthermore, it was already said - if you had any problems with members of our group, you should have contacted the group about that. And you still have not proven any of your accusations towards any of them.
- If you had a problem with one particular member, what is your excuse for attacking multiple _OTHER_ group members, who had not commited any hostile actions towards you? --The Fifth Horseman 10:59, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- Please get help for your reading disability, Fifth. (In case you are slower than I expect, that means that I wasn't talking to you on here at all) --Ahote 16:44, 10 June 2006 (BST)
- And what the hell is this about? As stated somewhere else, that switching is permanent. And Fifth makes a very, very valid point that that screenshot is old. Also, we've never actually had diplomatic dealings with the Children of the Darque, and even if we had, it wouldn't have been any of your business, as our group steers clear of other people's conflicts. We don't have anything to apologize for, as there's nothing there. --Doubler 22:39, 10 June 2006 (BST)
continuing...
- B Anger has indeed been fighting with Ahmik - on the grounds that Ahmik started killing members of The Abandoned in the first place.
- If you claim that B Anger has been attacking members of your group and insulting them - THEN BLOODY PROVE IT. We are interrogating him on our own side, but without proper proof from your side, there is no reason to believe you.
- Furthermore, what exact members of The Abandoned do you accuse of "constantly PKing Druboo"? Druboo has been removed from the PKer list a long time ago, and no member of our group was supposed to do as much as pat him on the back. Therefore, if any of us have attacked him, he should have filed an official complaint - either on the Talk page of our group or the public access portion of our forums.
- Personally, I have not touched Druboo since his removal from our PKer list, so there was no reason for him to attack me.
- Additionally, it was agreed upon by both sides that he will kill Chris Dk several times and screenshot that in order to remove him from the Desensitized PKer list. It is known that Chris has been shot by him at least three times. As the list posted on Resensitized is supposedly the latest one that was up on Desensitized before they went dodo, it is clear that Druboo did not keep his side of the deal.
- You want to know how many cases popped up in recent two days alone? See for yourself:
- Druboo Druboo again Ahiga Ahiga again Achak ...again Akule
- That's seven kills. One of them on our leader (who has definitely not been hostile to you), one on myself, two on probationary members who were accepted to their status mere days ago.
- Try explaing that. If you can.
- --The Fifth Horseman 14:12, 7 June 2006 (BST)
- Ahiga for the third time.
- OK, guys. I think that's more then enough for your answer. --The Fifth Horseman 17:10, 8 June 2006 (BST)
- my response to this can be found here
- I don't plan on discussing things with you, The fifth horseman, as your dubious record with us indicates that you would hardly be the best spokesman for your group. Instead I'll actually communicate with Doubler to avoid any further increase in hostilities or misunderstandings which you seem to perpetuate. --Ahote 06:12, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- "Dubious record"? And what is that "dubious record" supposed to be?
- I remind you that all along until the current situation, I was attempting to prevent hostilities between the two groups. If you wanted a state of war, you should have said that in the first place. --The Fifth Horseman 10:44, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- Very well. I've told Doubler that you want him to talk to you here. Meanwhile folks, let's try to enjoy the game. There's no need to take the problem seriously, you know. (this applies for everyone, not just for the CC...even if this PK'ings tend to make Urban Dead less enjoyable) --Abi79 AB 06:32, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- My my. Cooincidences of cooincidences. Abi79/Abi2/Albert Iordache decides to post on here with seemingly impeccable timing. Just as I was posting my entry, you had already posted yours. So, doubler, anything seem out of the ordinary with this? --Ahote 06:44, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- My my. One of your member has killed me for "zerging" a good day after I was removed from the Resensitized list. Then two further kills against other members of The Abandoned. That brings your tally to 11 so far.--The Fifth Horseman 10:59, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- "Abi79/Abi2/Albert Iordache decides to post on here with seemingly impeccable timing. Just as I was posting my entry, you had already posted yours." What's out of ordinary with this? Oh, and for your information, this is why I have Abi79/Abi2/Albert Iordache as my real name: At first I had a character named Abi79 which I abandoned after getting killed too often due to not having free running and not managing to go into EH buildings. Next one was a scout named Abi2, who had as a real name Albert Iordache since that is my real life name. Due to RPing purposes (don't laugh...I got some zombie skills), I withdrawn it from our group and made a new character named Albert Iordache, which will not get any zed skills. Albert Iordache has as a real name Abi79/Abi2/Albert Iordache because: 1.I am known on the internet as Abi79; 2.Abi2 was a char I used for a long ammount of time, and I made some friends who I wanted to recognise me; 3.Albert Iordache is my real name. And now tell me why Akule killed me for griefing. IT IS ALLOWED TO HAVE MORE CHARACTERS, YOU KNOW! --Abi79 AB 11:25, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- Yes, but once you start having them in the same area, then it's called Zerging (that's code for cheating). So stop. Otherwise we will continue to kill you. --Ahote 16:46, 10 June 2006 (BST)
- Gods, everyone, calm down. First off all, Ahote, what should I notice? We make no secret out of it that most of us have multiple characters, however we keep them completely seperate, and usually halfway across the city. I have an alt getting bored to death in Caiger myself. I find it *cough* hard to believe you people only have one character in the city, so what's the problem?
- And let's say even -if- you have good intentions and just wanted to step up against something you thought to be zerging, then why in godsname attack our new recruits who just joined the group a day before? Sorry, but that just doesn't buy it for me. --Doubler 12:27, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- Hi Doubler. The reason we are getting up in arms about multiple characters is because Fifth has been yapping at me in my discussion page about having 2 characters (Anime Sucks and Druboo) within the Cannibal Corps. I never saw anything in the rules that prohibits this, as long as the two character do not aid eachother in game (zerg). Cannibal Corps is a Malton wide group, and not specified to one particular area. It's a stupid argument and one he's not going win. I don't like being called a zerger.--Anime Sucks 19:08, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- Obviously you are having problems due to all of the clutter. I'll make it simple. One of the reasons why we attacked was due to the noticible character name similarities in the same area (Yagoton/Millen Hills) of your members. Another is repeated provocations with the fifth horseman, who, as it seems, speaks for your group on multiple occasions. Perhaps you should let him know when he should differentiate between his personal feelings and group feelings instead of going on random rants everywhere for The Abandoned. Obviously the Chris DK situation didn't help, but neither does B Anger. Of course, as you are ignoring my simple solution to the whole thing, I can see you don't care if it dies down or not. Interesting, interesting. --Ahote 16:51, 10 June 2006 (BST)
- And what's the relevancy to Abi, or our group for that matter? If you have an argument with Fifth on the wiki, then you should sort that out amongst yourselves (on the wiki). Not drag us in with it (or drag it into the game).
- On a completely different note, I do think it to be somewhat dubious to have two alts in one group, but I'm not about to make it a personal matter, or judge you for it. --Doubler 20:07, 9 June 2006 (BST)
- The fifth horseman dragged us into the discussion with this post: [1]. Of course he ignore's Abi's on again/off again character group status for Abi2, just as you are. I suppose you'll have your alts in your group only when you need them, eh? Smacks of zerging to me! I also think this topic is fitting, as we are learning much about how The Abandoned operates. --Ahote 16:54, 10 June 2006 (BST)
- At any time, anyone can only have one character in the Abandoned. If you see someone using two alts in the Abandoned, I'd like to be the first to know.
- My alt has never even been north of Ridleybank, and Abi's switchings were all permanent. In fact, I know of only 4 people in my group that have ever switched characters. At this point I seriously wonder where you get the idea that we switch at will?
- Also, what's up with the Alosaka, Ahmik, Ahiga, Achak, Akule shebang? --Doubler 22:31, 10 June 2006 (BST)
- Now then, are you stating that you knew he switched characters or that you didn't know that he would have the group name in his alt's profile from time to time? As to the second part, do you have a problem with native americans and their names? When my friends and I joined Urban Dead, we decided to make a bunch of cannibals that were once a fully-functional marine corps group. The guy who coordinates us decided to remain secret in order to be able to document groups in our starting areas, which just happened to be Quarelsbank and Yagoton. We set up a hierarchy structure, and thus the Cannibal Corps was born. The core group was always us, the native american players. We don't make people make new characters with native american ones in order to join our group, unless they want to make a completely new character without any ties to anyone else. Oh, and before you ask, the reason why you are talking to me and not him is the fact that I'm the PR guy and the administrative intermediary. I received the profile screenshot from him, and thus gave it to you. --Ahote 9:50, 11 June 2006 (BST)
- Thanks for the history lesson. As for Abi, I know he switched characters, and he doesn't change his affiliation at will. Let's summarize:
- You're trying to accuse us of zerging tactics, based on something you think you know about one or two of the about 80 people we've had in our group. That alone would make it a very weak position. Furthermore, that screenshot (which you uphold makes all your accusations clear. In fact, it is the only thing you brought forward to support your accusations) is pretty obviously old, from the time before he made the switch, pretty much making even your very feeble base non-existant. Now, either you've been set up, or you are setting us up, I don't know.
- How are you enjoying UD, by the way? Still having fun, even with the current lull in Z and CotD activity? --Doubler 12:58, 11 June 2006 (BST)
- Oh, I'm sorry. Was the question about our character's names a rhetorical one? Next time I’ll just ignore it. Since you are obviously ignoring the rest of the problem, B Anger and the attitudes of several of your group members, I suppose I will do the same. As for how I am doing, I quite enjoy roaming around with a pack of zombies and increasing my zombie skills the natural zombie way. How about you? --Ahote 9:28, 12 June 2006 (BST)
- Well, B Anger got reprimanded for his actions. Although I don't believe he was first to pull the trigger, was he? And as said before, your problem with Fifth is a problem with Fifth, and should be kept here, on the wiki. There's no reason to do different. Your problem with Abi is non-existant, you don't have a point, just random accusations that make no sense. To make things more juicy, he hasn't displayed any 'attitude' towards you either, unless asking everyone to please calm down and enjoy the game is an attitude...
- I haven't heard a reason for you having trouble with any of the others pk'd by your group, so I guess you were just bored and looking for targets. So, uhm, what am I ignoring again? But ok, if everyone just ignores the other, we'll have no trouble, will we? :D
- Oh, and I'm still having fun. Barricade tending, healing, reviving; actual usefull community stuff. --Doubler 10:42, 12 June 2006 (BST)
Have you got no shame at all?
I am referring to behavior of your group member Akule at Resensitized. He uses both an avatar image and signature that contain insults directed at The Abandoned and myself.
Furthermore, the avatar image he has defaced was created by me for my own private use on another forum. Nobody was ever given permission to use it, and thus it can be considered as copyright infrigement.
Both the image host and Resensitized admins have been contacted about this.
No matter what is the state of affairs between both groups, there is no reason to behave in such pathethic manner.
Just keep this guy under control, allright? --The Fifth Horseman 11:39, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- My actions do not reflect back on the group at all, much like yours do not reflect back on the Abandoned. You can't have it both ways. WhineyMcwhineypants. I'm amused that you posted in the past (according to BST).
- As for your "Copyrighted image" You stole the image and pasted two imgages together. You claim it as your own original work, which you cannot do. Stop stealing from artists and claiming that it is your work. Thief. I don't fear your legal repercussions, as I would just contact the holders of the copyright for the Terminator franchise and let them know that you altered their original work and started claiming that it was yours. Read copyright law and shut up. --Akule 14:19, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- In a similar manner, your usage of it would also be subject to the same, especially given the fact that you utilised that image to harass people.
- Furthermore, I never claimed to be the author of source images, only of my work upon them that resulted in the final image.
- Finally, you will find contacting the authors of the original image impossible just as I found it to be - because the graphic utilised is not from any of the Terminator movies.
- --The Fifth Horseman 16:58, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- So, I take it you didn't read the copyright law at all. You know, copyright law covers derivitive images as well, as your image is clearly not a parody. Even if for some reason it was, my image is clearly a parody of "your image". Please learn something from the subject before you pretend to know anything about it. --Akule 17:07, 14 June 2006 (BST)
If I may bud in. I'm not speaking for 5th, but this is all completely besides the point. Akule did not have permission from the pictures' authors (whoever they may be) to put it up, thus breaking ImageShack rules. Even if this doesn't matter, the pictures were still intended to harass 5th and us as a group, thus breaking another ImageShack rule. Then, on any decent forum harassment of others is frowned uppon. Not that I've ever considered De(now Re)sensitized a decent forum, but still. --Doubler 17:29, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- I see 5th went to his mommy for help. Okay then, Doubler, feel free, as this still has nothing to do with the Abandoned, right? Guess what. 5th didn't have permission either. It's a nice circular argument which leaves you and 5th defending a extremely weak position that no one cares about save for 5th and now you. I'll take mine down when he takes all of his down and admits that he doesn't own the image. Fair enough? Or is it the usual tact from The Abandoned stating that everyone is wrong but you? Pfft. I could care less what imageshack thinks. They'll remove it if they want to. As for the boards, I've received PMs to stop fighting there, and I'd imagine 5th has as well. Oh wait. Rules don't apply to The Abandoned, right? Stop shoving your bias down my throat and get the hell out of here, as obviously you don't control your members and could care less about this whole situation. I heard you had a whole forum to laugh at me at. Why not stay there? --Akule 18:15, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- Well, did 5th host his on imageshack? :P
- If he did, feel free to complain to them, as we did. As to the other picture (Our group image; that what made this my business), yes, we had permission to use it. You did not.
- And when did we say rules didn't apply to us? What rules didn't apply to us? More rules have applied to us then have ever applied to you. Our code of conduct seems to be a lot more strict, and our policy a lot more coherent. We hold our arguments, and don´t evade them, or suddenly switch points when we are in defeat. That's the difference between us.
- Oh, and temper, temper. --Doubler 18:20, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- So now the argument has "switched points" to where 5th hosts his illegal images? Sure. His avatar. librarium-online says this:
- Posting material with copyright without permission from the author is strictly prohibited. Posts containing such material will be deleted without notice. This especially concerns; asking for / posting / or offering scans of information printed in any Games Workshop publications. This includes White Dwarf, Army Codex, Rule Books or similar.
- Ruins your argument all to pieces, doesn't it? Then again, you don't care. You're just bringing The Abandoned into this matter by even commenting on it here, which is fine for me. More validation. Now, on to your group image. You did have permission? Wow. I bet you posted all over when George Romero allowed you to take the movie poster from Dawn of the Dead and use it as the background for your crappy group. Wasn't there something about not using copyrighted images? I think I'll go post there right now. --Akule 20:57, 14 June 2006 (BST)
- Uhm, my friend. You made no point there at all. If you want to act against 5th for his avvie, by all means, do so. Doesn't mean you were in the right, though.
- You may be right about the DotD background, though. I was under the impression the entire thing was from X-Com. Sorry about that. We'll see what the reply is, then. If necessary, we'll gladly remake the image with just X-com material =) --Doubler 11:26, 15 June 2006 (BST)
- No point? I see. You're quite correct. Apparently pointing out that he had no copyright over the images that he was claiming as his own work and using it on a site that has rules against that sort of behavior, means that I have no point. Unfortunately, with the new information that DarkStar2374383 stated indicates that you don't mind if people in your group zerg, but only if it's for your cause. --Akule 02:18, 16 June 2006 (BST)
- Librarium Online has not expressed any concerns about my avatar image being a breach of their rules. I've been using that one for about a year or so - nobody complained. Thus your point is sorely invalid. --The Fifth Horseman 16:32, 19 June 2006 (BST)

- As much as it's off topic here, I've never allowed people to zerg, Akule. I let them do with their alts as they like, and trust them to do the right thing after I tell them they need to keep their interests seperate :)
- And, uh, I thought the problem was about your images? That the points here geared towards those and their removal? --Doubler 10:54, 16 June 2006 (BST)
- "Off topic". Aren't you so cute. Oh? My images were the problem? I thought that it stemmed from the idea that you were illegally using images and claiming the "remix" as your own. I don't imagine you like talking about that (which is why you are avoiding talking about your infractions) or the fact that your members zerg while you claim to not know (can we say either a puppet leader or a child with their hand caught in the cookie jar?). I suppose you don't know very much then about anything. So why are you talking if you don't know anything? However, since your main wiki image is going to be delted, why you don't use your forum picture as your main image for the Abandoned? Although on that topic, I figured you might find this "amusing". --Akule 09:59, 18 June 2006 (BST)
- Your images were the problem and I see they still are. As is your pathethic harassment of our group. Meet you in Arbitration. --The Fifth Horseman 16:32, 19 June 2006 (BST)

Reversal of Fortune
O rly? The claim was wrong, fine. Would repeating that in every post make you happy? And our members zerg? Heh, shows how your group goes. Fifth lied about his alt, which is bad. Also, maybe he couldn't seperate his interests, which is forbidden in our group, but technically not even close to zerging (and seriously, I didn't know. As such, a bit of friendly advice: I suggest you look criticly at the people you're going with. Darn technicalities ;) ). Oh, and uh, when our group picture gets deleted, I'd like to know about it in advance. We were planning a new one anyway, but it got snowed under in when the forum went down. I was planning on doing something in-group, but maybe I'll make it X-com only just to tease a bit :P As to that amusing new picture, well, I don't have to like it, but you must admit it actually looks good. Of course it's all Orie's work, Darkstar didn't do much :P --Doubler 20:23, 18 June 2006 (BST)
- I think everyone's got a little bit heated up beyond reasonability. Can we all grow up and admit this faffing about with avatars and such is a shitstorm in a teacup? --AlanSharkey 01:19, 19 June 2006 (BST)
- Sure. That's fine with me. Let's cut down to it. So, Doubler, rather than just hint at things, why not actually state what is on your mind. I don't mind stating that 5th and Abi are blatantly zerging. Abi has Albert Iordache in the middle of Yagoton while Abi2 floats around between the two areas. Oh sure, Abi2 is not "officially" listed in the Abandoned, but he is clearly zerging and since you are using his information, spraypaints, and his help, you are officially backing his actions. It's much like how 5th uses Doctor Horseman to zerg Millen Hills and Yagoton. I'm not surprised, however, that your response is much the same as it has always been: Deflect the accusation and attempt to reflect it back on the accuser, but in a vague manner (since you have no proof nor a strong argument for your advantage). How many independent reports about your members zerging does it take before you'll publically admit it? Ten? Thirty? --Akule 02:29, 19 June 2006 (BST)
- Millen Hills? Yagoton? WTF? --The Fifth Horseman 10:19, 19 June 2006 (BST)
- Ok, let's cut the hints. First, if Horseman used his alt to take down Darkstar, it was only against our own personal rules (Remember that that alt isn't in Yagoton or Millen Hills?). In fact, your own group allows such a thing, just check AnimeSucks' profile. He has two characters in your group. Yes, your group covers multiple suburbs, but that never stopped you, as your members pk Abandoned members where ever you see them. Your accusations regarding Abi aren't just unproven, by all my records they're downright wrong. I guess it's coincedence nobody here's has run into Abi2 in Yagoton.
- As for Darkstar, his accusation is suspect. First off, he has proven to have no trouble lying and cheating his ways. Second of all, he demonstrated in the past (before joining the NK) that he cares little for UD rules. Third of all, he's going out of his way to discredit us everywhere.
- His accusation is strange and even more vague then mine just now. First off, he posted it just after Fifth left for a few days, so he couldn't defend himself. Second, shuttlebank is right next to Yagoton. And we do check the borders, you know. He makes it sound as if it's a long way from home, but truth is some of us regularly check around the nearby suburbs, as various hostile groups thing they're safe beyond our borders. Third, the following line: "This proves that Dr Horseman was infact your alt, unless you tredged all the way out there yourself." He doesn't know who pk'd him? :S
- I've asked Fifth for a definitive answer in this, if he admits to using his alt to kill Darkstar you'll hear of it. Otherwise I'll check with Darkstar on this.
- As for Eric Wolton you shouldn't even begin to trust. He specificly tried to decredit us by wantomly pk'ing people all around the suburb with our affiliation listed.
- And uh, would actually creditable people vouching for our group convince you a bit more? --Doubler 14:06, 19 June 2006 (BST)
Actually what I had said was that i like his alts name better then his main character. 5th did not PK me, but he reported me on your forums (yep, got that while I still had access) that i ws over there. I then new of his alt "Dr Horseman" because dr horseman had said in game where i was at that resensitized listed me as a pker. the udtool (yours) told me that it was infact his alt. then later on when i was killed by Will Kurada. I then checked the forum and Will kurada had responded to 5th's post (saying where i was at, profile, and that i was a neon knight.) he said he had taken care of me. DarkStar2374383 Talk | LDY | LOE 14:35, 19 June 2006 (BST)
- Thanks for this, Darkstar. Reading again (and re-checking) it was indeed Will Kurada who did it. Still Fifth broke our group policy, as he wasn't allowed to report that info directly back to our group (Let alone lie about it). I've told him to abandon his alts. If anyone notices they're still active, please contact me (as well). --Doubler 14:53, 19 June 2006 (BST)
Fifth, stop baiting Akule and others through flaming our page. Your actions are hostile at best. Doubler runs The Abandoned and is clearly qualified to speak on your behalf. Moving on.
Doubler, if Fifth broke your group's policy by zerging, what sort of repercussions is he likely to receive? --Ahote 22:32, 20 June 2006 (BST)
- He was forced to abandon all his alts. If he continues his usage of those alts, or if he creates new alts for the same purpose, he'll be thrown out of the group. We are forgiving, but recidivists we can not use :P --Doubler 11:44, 21 June 2006 (BST)
Resistance against Shacknews
Doubler from the Abandoned here. With Bale fallen, Shacknews is on a rampage throughout the suburb. Alone there is no chance for the relatively (to Shacknews) small Yagoton survivor groups to resist in a capable manner.
However, we at the Abandoned are certainly not ready (and will never be ready) to leave Yagoton. We propose to organise all our individual efforts to resist. An ad-hoc coalition of Yagoton (and maybe a few non-Yagoton) groups working together against Shacknews.
By working together, we stand a chance against the Z sentries, pk'er waves and massed hordes. Together, we can make better use of shifting revivication points, and bypass rotter tactics. Together we can draw up a better survival protocol and limit damage done by de-barricading survivors.
I know we had our differences in the past, and I know we still have differences now, but hope your group would be interested in this and put the suburb first. You are, after all, a Yagoton survivor group. I'll check in here again, but alternatively you can contact us at http://abandoned.lucien.cx/.

- I'm still in the area. I've also talked to Ahiga who was setting up barricades and trying to drive out zombies in the surrounding buildings. As soon as I am revived, I will be concentrating on getting the Necrotech building operational. --Akule 22:12, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

HS invites you to show off your score on your main page so other can see how you have done. It is a measurement of your ability to deal with zombies and will be useful to those looking for a group. the ranking is based on the idea that AP is the measure of all things and effective strategy uses as few human AP to achieve a goal which takes many zombie AP to undo. Also you are invited to send a diplomat to our forum. Noc 00:52, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
