Suggestion description
Anyone in a powered NT Building can revive at standard cost. If they have the improved reviving skills, they can revive standard zombies for 7 AP as opposed to 10. Reviving Brain Rot zombies will still cost 10 AP. If the person also has the surgery skill, revives for standard zombies goes down to 5 AP, while Brain Rot revives go to 7 AP.
Note If this has been posted before, please yank. I could not find it in the revives, but will admit to not going through all of them.

- Kill - I'll keep it as a kill for now. But why do you need to make it easier for an NT full of zeds to be emptied? Plus, I don't see any RP justification for a powered NT to reduce the AP required.
