Mobile NecroNet Accessing Device

Suggestion Description
I have been playing Urbandead for a good while. And I think it would be useful if you could access Necrotech without being in a powered NT. I propose that you could be able to find a laptop like device with wireless connection into NecroNet. You would be able to find them in a Necrotech building at 2% search rate, standard search rate bonus still applies for a search in a lighted Necrotech building. For the device to work there would need to be a powered Necrotech building in the suburb and a powered and running local mobile phone mast. This makes sense because you must figure that laptops were in existence during the outbreak, and that in this constant battle with zombies, scientists would understand the value of mobile reconnaissance and data collection. This would give more value to the skill NecroNet Access. To use the device you must have the skill NecroNet Access. The device could be called something like the "MNAD" for short.

- Kill - incomplete. i don't think it can be counted as dupe because it's not described what an item will do --~~~~ [talk] 09:22, 2 October 2007 (BST)
