Suggestion description

What does it do?: survivors could shoot zombies on the same block as the building(tall ones with windows)that survivor is in, or maybe instead of that, the survivor could shoot any zombie within the 3x3 map except the ones on the same block(might be more balanced and more realistic).

Summary: this will make zombie mobbing a little bit harder, and survivors with free-run could do damage to the horde without getting out of a, for example, mall.
