Xoid vs Operation White Storm and Operation Black Storm

I am sick and tired of this racist bullshit. It's gone far enough. The inaccuracies and blatant lies on both sides are deplorable. I want both pages annihilated. –Xoid STFU! 19:55, 10 August 2006 (BST)

There is nothing against the rule about Operation White Storm. Arbitration is not applicable to this situation as a result. Quit trolling. If you dislike our idea, engage in honest debate. Anything else is cowardice.Jjames 20:05, 10 August 2006 (BST)
I can't help but agree with Xoid. This is a game people.--Canuhearmenow 20:08, 10 August 2006 (BST)
You can't delete a page because you find it offensive. There's no rule against our event. Trying to silence people through in game threats, vandalism, and wiki harrassment is wrong. Ironically, we are the civil rights leaders and you are the ones opressing us.Jjames 20:13, 10 August 2006 (BST)
There is no debate to be held. This has gone beyond the joke it was originally. Far beyond that. Arbitrators I will accept:

Darth Sensitive Mia Kristos
God Nubis
hagnat ramby
Headless Gunner Swmono
John Rove The General

I abstain, on the grounds that my group has been defamed by this bullshit, and therefore may cloud my judgement. --Zod Rhombus 21:58, 10 August 2006 (BST)
Your Lord God has plenty of experience in judging mortals, and would be happy to weigh each side. -- (GOD) 01:54, 11 August 2006 (BST)
Xoid, Jesus, grow a sense of humor man. You know as well as I do that Scinfaxi and Jjames are doing this to create controversy, and you're playing right into their hands. I also find it highly amusing that you would accept John Teabags, who I know you can't stand, but not me, presumably because I find Scinfaxi and Jjames' antics ironically amusing (albeit almost over-the-line) and have helped to create their list of white "accomplishments" (which you should also know is deliberately inaccurate). In short, cut it out. Operation Black Storm? Yes, after reading that page, I would support its removal (it attacks whites). Operation White Storm? Tasteless? Yes. Attacking? Nope. –Bob Hammero ModB'cratTA 22:42, 10 August 2006 (BST)
Post a single rule I have violated. Otherwise leave us alone. This is blatant harassment.Jjames 03:12, 11 August 2006 (BST)
Arbitration is not about rules. They can support one's case but they're not a necessity here. Ask for rules on Misconduct or Vandal Banning. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRC | T | W! 03:15, 11 August 2006 (BST)
You can't use arbitrtion to create new rules either. I'm not on any of xoid's pages, and he doesn't have to come on ours. He is asking for our page to be deleted. This is outside of the scope of arbitration. We already decided in Wikigate that this isn't the place to create policies that are consistently shot down when put to a vote.Jjames 03:27, 11 August 2006 (BST)
They have both been put up for deletion on M/D anyway, just vote Delete there. --Gage 03:28, 11 August 2006 (BST)
Though he states arbitration cannot create rules, jjames seems to think he can. Who do you think you are... me? The Lord retracts his bid to arbitrate as he sees this case so clearly that he could not possibly be swayed. -- (GOD) 05:12, 11 August 2006 (BST)
Aribtration is where disagreements of opinion on how a particular page should be go, thus this is fit for arbitration. I want those pages deleted. This is unnecessary drama on an already drama infested wiki. These pages should be deleted under criterion 2 in a heartbeat, but I know you'll stick to the letter of the law rather than the spirit. Which is why I did not bother. This charade has gone on long enough. You want to piss off the Crossman Defense Force? Fine. Do it somewhere else. –Xoid STFU! 09:03, 11 August 2006 (BST)

Exactly. This is very likely to offend people. If this is a joke, I do not find it funny at all (and by the way, I'm brown). And Bob, you can't just get rid of one of the pages, as people will be angry that one was deleted and the other was not. I think both of these pages should be deleted (oh, and I abstain from being an arbitrator). Hopefully, it'll get deleted and we won't need to go through this. --V2Blast TP!CSR 01:37, 12 August 2006 (BST)

V2, as you'll see from my votes on M/D, I think both of the pages need to go. However, and I want to say this carefully, because I think some people have misunderstood me, I don't think the intention behind OWS was to promote something that was actually racist, and that's the one reason that I found it amusing. From all of my past experience with Scinfaxi and the Faggots, my best bet would be on it being an elaborate plan to stir up trouble (which is exactly what it's doing), carefully crafted with wording that edges the line without actually going over it. In fact, the single reason I found it amusing was because of the way it gets so close to the line — by promoting such an obviously over the top, tongue-in-cheek "event," with absolutely ridiculous claims, such as the list of "contributions," some of which I contributed just to further the obvious ridiculousness of it all. However, given the trouble it's causing, I think they both need to go, if for any other reason, than to avoid unnecessary drama and for the fact that they have nothing to do with Urban Dead. –Bob Hammero ModB'cratTA 10:02, 12 August 2006 (BST)
Please tell me this is a joke Xoid: you know as well as I do that the 'event' will be held before the case is over. Please tell this is just a publicity stunt. --Gage 17:00, 12 August 2006 (BST)
You guys are ringing the death bell for the wiki. This event is no more of topic than pk day or a million others. Just because you don't like the idea behind it, doesn't mean you can get rid of it. If you set this precedent, virtually anything could be considered "off topic". You may not take this seriously, but I do. We even got a new recruit out of this. Proof that people consider this an actual in game event. Hence it is not off topic, and does not belong in arbitration or deletion. If we go who's next? Ass, McZeds, anyone considered a trouble maker (or in my case a trouble maker's roomate)? This precent will allow censorship on the wiki in a fashin shot down everytime it's put to a vote. Look beyond the message and defend the right to deliver it. Otherwise the wiki won't be safe for dissent from whites or anyone else.Jjames 22:49, 12 August 2006 (BST)
Yet you drag Karlsbad into an arb case because he called you a 'troll lawyer.' So basically its OK to create tension on racial lines but not OK to call you names? Kinda selective on your censorship values, aren't you? I think your whole 'event' is a bad faith edit meant only to incite others since the 'event' has no real purpose to further the gameplay experience in any way. And I, of all people, can find some sort of value in ASS and the like. There is no value in OWS or OBS at all other than to create non-gameplay specific tension. --Zod Rhombus 23:05, 12 August 2006 (BST)
You have poor reading comprehension, Zod. I dragged karlsbad into arbitration because he said that I was Scinfaxi. That's an uproven, untrue statement of fact and therefore a bad faith edit. I believe precedent on this was set by unproven accusations of zerging and alts before. If he wants to specify it as his opinion that's fine, but a statement of fact makes it libel and that's not protectedd by the first amendment or the wiki. As for the validity of the event, I think that's in the eye of the beholder. i'm certainly genuine about it and we've got a new recruit so it seems like other people take it seriously too. And how relevant is McZed's? I don't recall being able to but a hamburger in game. Quit equivocating. This has nothing to do with the in game relevance and everything to do with your problems with scinfaxi.Jjames 01:26, 13 August 2006 (BST)
Yeah I guess I misread that first sentence - 'Karlsbad called me a troll lawyer.' --Zod Rhombus 02:09, 13 August 2006 (BST)
The Lord wonders if anyone else here laughed at this mortal claiming McZedz had nothing to do with this zombie game. The Lord would also like to see the wheels of justice roll forward here even though there is an active deletion case. What is to prevent jjames and scinfaxi or both from creating another inflammatory page? Nothing save arbitration. Thus spake the Lord God. -- (GOD) God 02:06, 13 August 2006 (BST)
I think you name and role playing are inflammatory. Should we take that to arbitration? Also, please respond with logic behind your assertations. Why do you think McZed's is relevant to the game when it does not actually tie in with any in game function?Jjames 19:31, 13 August 2006 (BST)
The Lord would not mind if you brought an arbitration case against him for his name, little mortal. After all, every time you open your mouth you further secure your place on Satan's lap. -- (GOD) God 21:40, 13 August 2006 (BST)
You apparently misread every sentence after it and the entirity of the post you replied to. He's in arbitration for making uproven claims about me. That's bad faith. OWS is not bad faith and not off topic. You seem to be deliberately ignoring my points, so I can only assume you aren't serious about a reasoned discussion.Jjames 19:29, 13 August 2006 (BST)
I would like to Arbitrate, I am new (in comparison to everyone on this page) So I would have absolutely no prejudices or favorites due to past experience. Also this would be good for me, my first Wiki Politic thing.--Canuhearmenow 20:03, 13 August 2006 (BST)
jjames has earned the honor of this new template.

I'd be prepared to arbitrate, but i'm pretty sure that Jjames will reject me.--The General T Sys U! P! F! 04:08, 14 August 2006 (BST)

This case is dead. The deletion case will go through before this is resolved. Let this die.--Gage 19:17, 14 August 2006 (BST)
I thought I did. I've been paying about as much attention to this as Dubya pays to America's National Debt. –Xoid STFU! 05:18, 15 August 2006 (BST)
