Just thought I'd mention that you don't need to do the span thing, you can put a <font color=#FFFFFF> at the top and close it at the bottom and as long as it's within the div tag that hold the headers it will auto change all the font to white. just make sure it's inside the div.--Karekmaps?! 17:23, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

To be honest, I'm not totally sure. I've never really had that problem before. I think that it is to do with your tagging. You are using HTML and XHTML. You need to use one (include everything in the tag) or the other (use font=color not as a span). I don't know exactly what was causing the problem, but I made a few changes and hopefully that'll have fixed it. I have a theory as to what was causing it: whenever a new line starts with a space,
like this one does,
an ugly box appears. The wiki must have interpreted something in the sig as "take a new line at the end of this sig", and so when the timestamp (which starts with a space) was appended to the end, the wiki saw a new line that started with a space, and so it made a box appear. --Toejam 12:39, 27 August 2007 (BST)
I know its a "no-no", but I edited your sig page slightly to keep it from breaking certain wiki features. All I did was remove some whitespace you had after the closing </noinclude> tag that was being included as a line break as part of your sig.
