Orphaned DHPD pages

Hi there!

I found the below pages concerning the DHPD on the list of Orphaned pages (which means no other pages link to it) and was wondering if you could shed some light on their past, present or future use. If they never served any, I'd like to nominate them for deletion. If they belong somewhere, please add links to these pages.
