Suggestion description
Players could find Barbed wire in junkyards, maybe some mall stores, factories and power stations.

Barbed wire could be added to any building by anyone with the construction skill. It adds to the barracade of the building.

Having barbed wire on a building gives a chance to loose HP when attacking a barricade and gives a chance to fail free running depending on the level of the barricade.

Barbed wire gets destroyed by either wire cutting it or lowering the level of the barricade.


Example:

Buildings heavily barricaded or above have a 10% chance of causing -1hp and 40% chance of someone failing to free run in or out of the building.

Buildings strongly barricaded or VSB have a 20% chance of causing -1hp and %20 chance of someone failing free running.


This gives some advantage to not overly barricading buildings and also encourages people to stay and defend an area rather than free running away at the first sign of some zombies.
