Wray Heights is a suburb of Malton, located in the southeast of the city. The suburb is known for its beautiful antique buildings and 4 churches.

Wray Heights, and specifically the Darnell Building NT, was the birthplace of the infamous and feared Shacknews horde. This horde is rumored to be planning a return to Malton, so beware!

Please see barricade plan for more information on taking shelter in the suburb.

The Darnell Building is in fact currently caded, powered, and staffed. We still need more survivors to defend it, and the area in general. Survivor reclamation efforts appear to be underway elsewhere in Wray Heights as well. Roddy Winters 13:08, 18 June 2009 (BST)

again, darnell is down. 7 zeds in the building and the neighboring hospital is down as well. both ruined with a large zombie force. darnell was powered and fell within seven hours. better get ready for a long seige. -santaria

June 13th

The Knights Templar have secured the area surrounding the Darnell NT building. Local survivors are encouraged to come down and help out the cause. There are about 15 or so zeds spread out in the area, with one outside of each building. Not too bad if we keep them spread out. Roddy Winters 14:30, 13 June 2009 (BST)

i'm not sure how "secure" the knights templar made it, but the building has been down for some time. plenty of zeds in the area, and not many survivors. 95 percent of the suburb is in ruin. - santaria
I didn't mean secure as in safe. I meant that we have cleared and caded a number of buildings around Darnell. You are correct, there are a lot of zombies in that area. Close to 30 I'd say. Sorry for the confusion. Roddy Winters 13:05, 18 June 2009 (BST)

25.96 MHz: "... leaving Wray Heights, counted maybe seventy outside ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... a few buildings with lights on ... heavy structural damage ... the Fram Building is in bad shape ..." --Rat of Steel 00:06, 5 June 2009 (BST)

Area around Hutton Avenue School is Crawling with Z's. They are swarming all over that area, might be an outbreak. =Gman513=(Local Hunter) June-04-2009 08:38 PM (GMT)

West side of Wray Heights is under heavy sustained attack. Already lost 2 police stations to large hordes of zeds.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Blueshifttttt (talkcontribs) 20:24, 20 June 2009 (BST).

Darnell Building back up and fully powered in the SW. 50 zeds in immediate scan area. Most in the same SW corner in groups of 4-6, though a few smaller groups are just south in East Greyside. A few dedicated rotters keep hanging around, but mostly just scattered mrrh?cows. --Oberon_fx 11:26 A.M. May 30th 2009

External Military: "... crossing Wray Heights now, can see maybe fifty down there ... mostly just stragglers, no organised groups ... several buildings with power ... heavy structural damage ... power's on at the Darnell Building ... the Fram Building has fallen - ..."
