Pennville is a suburb of Malton, located in the south-east of the city. It contains the northern extremity of Fort Perryn.

Before the outbreak Pennville was known as being a very unsavory area of Malton. The clubs were known for their drug peddling and low-lifes, and the cinemas were well known for the X-rated variety of their films. In an effort to turn this neighborhood around, many police stations were opened throughout the suburb. Unfortunately this effort failed, partly due to the mayor's lack of funding. At one point in time a police station was opened using a trailer imported from cuba (Cosins Way Police Department). The neighborhood has never really recovered. After the outbreak NecroTech research mostly continued outside of this suburb due to the safety concerns that have become a legacy in Pennville.

Labeling this suburb a ghost town is quite accurate. Nearly every building I have been to has been empty of survivors and ruined.

The place resembles a zombie apocalypse. ;)

Radio Communication

blah blah blah Short-wave Radio Info
This group or location has a dedicated radio frequency.

Frequency: 26.20 MHz
Transmitter coordinates: anywhere

The official radio frequency for Pennville and the surrounding suburbs in the SE-5 district is 26.20 MHz. This station should broadcast helpful survivor information and building statuses.

Survivors are encouraged to maintain power and radio transmitters in all resource buildings where possible. The phone transmitter building for the suburb is St. Gall's Church (Pennville) and should be kept powered and fueled and at EHB. Currently and in recent times radio communication in Pennvile has been less important than just staying alive. Hopefully this will change in the future so all of us can listen to some fine music from the post-apocalyptic genre.
