Joining
So I'm a bit confused...The stats page says you have 98 people, but there are two Cobras...I'm just wondering which one has the most people in it because I want to join the one with the most people. -Vakarian —The preceding unsigned comment was added by VakarianGarus (talk • contribs) 21:05, July 24, 2011.
- Looking at the average level on the stats page, it's probably someone making a lot of new alts. A Lvl 9 is barely a viable PKer. As for members, we have 12 confirmed active ones. -- Spiderzed█ 07:06, 25 July 2011 (BST)
- Wild guess, it's something to do with this shite. These are probably just throwaway 'zergs' that will just be hanging around on the streets for hungry zombies to pick off. If I come across any, they'll be Cuteyfied! ~~ Chief Seagull ~~ talk 16:02, 25 July 2011 (BST)

PHOBIA Seal of Approval
PHOBIA recognizes the murder and mayhem this group spreads across the city of Malton and not only condones this behavior, but would like to present this:

Concern about multi Cobra groups
ENVY is in the middle of a fight with Annabell's crew... and I keep bumping into Cobra's that I don't know where they belong. Its a very confusing thing since I noticed that 2 Cobra crews are figthing each other. I don't want to get in the middle of "your" business and I also want to retaliate on Annabell's crew... Dilemma ! Would be nice to have your members names listed somewhere... --Murderess 00:38, 30 August 2011 (BST)

Hmm.
Is he one of yours? Because the prick needs to learn to not kill fellow PKers and yes I had my group tag in my profile.

- Yes, that is our newest recruit. We have already told her that the Philosophe Knights are a fellow PKer group. She was mainly shooting you for your low HP, rather than for any personal beef or beef with your group. -- Spiderzed█ 23:57, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
- Understood; new recruits are still in the process of learning the group's values and modus operandi. However, in order to ensure that said recruit does learn, we request both a formal apology from the guilty party and a promise that this unfortunate incident will not followed by a repeat occurrence. In addition, we suggest that your training program be expanded to cover who is and is not a valid target. His Imperial & Royal Highness, the Archduke d’Œuvre
- We've only recently abolished HATP after a vote about the topic. While I generally refrain from killing fellow PKers and encourage other members to do the same, it isn't really something I can enforce, as the group as a whole has already decided it has no interest into upholding that standard.
However, I will ask Squishy to provide an apology and see what I can do for you. In the meantime, if you are concerned about future incidents, you can ask to become an ally or a group that has requested not to be shot, and I can put that request up for vote. It's the best I can offer given our loose "leadership", and something I would handle favourable for such a classy group as the PKs. -- Spiderzed█ 23:32, 22 November 2011 (UTC)- I am afraid that we cannot entertain your offer of a bilateral alliance, as it is the Philosophes' stated diplomatic position that both extant groups purporting to be “Cobra” are, in fact, illegitimate claimants to the title. Is the fact of both our groups' membership in the Player Killer Alliance insufficient? His Imperial & Royal Highness, the Archduke d’Œuvre 00:52, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
- You mean that PKA that has looked the other way when the Knights killed YOG of the Columbine Kids? Or am I mistaken, and you mean that other PKA that didn't care when RDD warred with the Browncoats? Groups that still pay any attention to HATP are in the minority these days, even inside the PKA when I look for instance at FoD.
But regardless, if an alliance is of no interest for you, I can still offer you "Not requested to be shot" as next best thing. -- Spiderzed█ 21:30, 24 November 2011 (UTC)

So somebody else made cobra and you guys (The philosophe guys) are doing a mock revival of it? It's making a bit more sense now considering that the group page is actually pretty funny and clever. - Nevermind, I got excited over nothing. You have like 5 members. Booooo! -.-
- -.- 10:51, 10 August 2013 (BST) oops
- Before I forget I gotta say that originally, cobra was one of our targets in Dulston because you were there and why not? Then, I made that alliance post on your board afterwards and then you found out that we've killed you before and blahblah blah. I run a mixed group and apparently nobody seems to get that concept. That means I run three different divisions, one for pro survivors, one for PKers and one for Zombies. Ever try running a three division Urban Dead Group? Don't think so. So, you gotta understand that when I make a diplomacy request, it's not insincere. At that point I was willing to make an offering, suicide or giving my location for a offering, whatever; but, I was already banned and too busy to give a rats about cobra. Anyway, I'm still open to diplomacy, seeing how you guys don't have anything better to do than PK us randomly. -.- 11:16, 10 August 2013 (BST)
- First, indenting is your friend.
Second, no one has banned you - I have just double-checked.
Now, to the meat of the argument. We merely and coincidentally happened to shoot the same targets some three months ago, so a temporary NAP was simply practical at that time. With the campaign having ended, there is no more point in it.
As for the reasoning behind the attacks, it has nothing to do with any kind of revenge. We have simply never liked your wiki shilling, and your attempt to spin-doctor your Fort-Perryn-Non-Campaign as event of the year was the final straw. --Sally A. Summers Ω 11:38, 10 August 2013 (BST)
- First, indenting is your friend.
- Ok so, we got wiki shilling and "spin-doctor fort Perryn". You can probably drop the wiki shilling sense I haven't been on the wiki for years, unlike some of you guys. Sorry I'm not very savvy on etiquette on this thing. My friend was pissed off and I was there, what do you want me to say? As for Fort Perryn, we went to fort Perryn, big deal. "OooOoooOh" holy fort perryn home of FU "oooOoooOh", The Garniss Building in Scarletwood home of extremely close alts. So, killing us three times is a final straw? Did you just snap? I hope you were throwing your keyboard out the window, really. It's great, the acting on here is silly and yet you guys never seem to wanna make any friends. Why do you keep so many tabs on us anyway? I can't just be like," Hey man, sorry. Wanna call it a truce and maybe your group and my group can do stuff together and frolic around Malton because we can?" Instead I get a load of condescending vomit. -.- 12:27, 10 August 2013 (BST)

- How are things going in UD Kiddie Hour, NWO? I'd take a look myself, but it's a little hard to see you from atop the mountain of 3000+ survivor corpses the FoD has made.
- But in all seriousness, please get over yourselves. Please. Please, please please. A kill is a kill, and kills who you happen to know are fun kills, not some petty act of revenge. If it was revenge, trust me, no PKing group would stop at a mere three. Also, the FOD has in fact murdered Cobra before totally unprovoked, and Cobra never wrote us big angry screeds, like you just did. Because you know, their balls dropped. However, I am glad that you finally realized you were too stupid to figure things on your own though, it's a hopeful step in the right direction. Atta boy. Have a biscuit. --RadicalWhig 13:11, 10 August 2013 (BST)

- Like I said before those comments were not meant for you. The keyboard throwing was in response to the, "Final straw" bit at the end of Spiders paragraph. So yeah, I was joking about them PKing us three times, it seems as if they're holding a double standard to justify PKing us after I've offered an alliance. Not that it matters to me, just wanted to clarify that we're still open to diplomacy after they decided to kill us for whatever reasoning. As for your sarcastic comment about being surrounded by friends and admired by all, I would like to think that a leader from a different PK group would understand my position; guess not. The bad spelling 'thing' was off topic; while I might not be the best at the english language, there's no need to broadcast it. I type this stuff up fast and while I do take some care for editing, sometimes I don't care and I also don't care for the corrections - I'll figure it out myself or fix it, because I am actually aware of indentations on here. Thanks for the concern. -.- 06:18, 11 August 2013 (BST)

- We honestly don't care about your little group, and neither do we care about Fort Perryn as base of the Feral Undead. (FU and Cobra went separate ways for a long time now.) What we care about is shitting up the wiki with non-events. Some grand scheme to retake Perryn/Blackmore/Dunell Hills happens every couple of months, and yours hasn't been any of the kind to write at home about. The nail that sticks out gets hammered down. --Sally A. Summers Ω 15:09, 11 August 2013 (BST)
Ah haha. Well, those edits were not actually made by me; I let my members make edits about NWO at their own discretion. If you would like, I can inform jeb that he shouldn't be making edits on the Malton page about NWO and refer him to a page he can make edits - The New World Order Group page. I don't feel like those should be there either, it happens though. -.- 17:56, 11 August 2013 (BST)
- Wait. Is the User:CyberOpposition account being used by multiple people, or am I misreading the above message? Bob Moncrief EBD•W! 20:45, 11 August 2013 (BST)
I'd been waiting for a pause in this conversation to say a few things since my group has been mentioned here and in a similar but indirect comment found on the NWO wiki page.
- "The Garniss Building in Scarletwood home of extremely close alts." and "They inevitably failed due to alternate characters banding up and outnumbering them, thus causing them to retreat to Williamsville." http://wiki.urbandead.com/index.php?title=Malton&diff=2085811&oldid=2085737
Recently NWO came to Scarletwood to recruit (i.e., bully and PK) the GBP into helping them retake Fort Feral in Whittenside and Doom simply would not take no for an answer. We tried telling him that we weren't interested and then we tried explaining to him that there are so few of us that it's impossible for us to divide our efforts outside of Scarletwood without risking our own suburb. When he continued to push the issue, I even tried explaining to him that the GBP only plays in Scarletwood as pro-survivors but we NEVER play in Whittenside under any circumstances because some of the GBP have Feral Undead alts and, to them, playing against the FU in their own homeland would be a conflict of interest.
I've said repeatedly that this is a conflict of interest, not an alt conflict. We do not have proximity issues with alts in Whittenside because we do not play there. I've also asked Doom several times to provide IWits to back up his accusations and so far he's yet to provide any proof.
Doom, it isn't just the reputation of the GBP you're insulting but also the reputation of the Feral Undead. If you think you have something to say, show IWits. Both groups are waiting for you to post evidence so we can deal with the offenders, IF, in fact, you actually have any evidence and you're not just looking for an excuse to explain your latest Fort Feral failure. Dr Killdare 12:56, 13 August 2013 (BST)
- There has never been any mention of Iwits to me. We never PKed GBP members, we were there to take the fort. When I did ask for assistance, you said no. When I asked for a sort of non violence treaty, there was no reply. Then when you hear about our private plans to attack GBP, you flip out. Your flip-out has made communication with you and your group impossible, you weren't even courteous enough to explain who gave you that information. You do not have proximity issues with alts, but the proximity of having alts so close could be exploited, given the right circumstances. I've never even accused you of alt abuse. The conflict of interest comes in when you ignore PKers that target players around the fort, give them revives and provide a "safe house". That is something you do not care about and I am ok with that. My explanation of the fort failure has something to do with members inside my group, sharing private information to GBP. You can't be happy with the fact that there won't be a fort attack either, you have to persist in giving ridiculous excuses, insult me and get as many people involved in your drama.-.- 23:43, 13 August 2013 (BST)
- As far as Jebs edits about the fort attack, I never asked him to write anything about that, he did it on his own - too funny -.- 23:56, 13 August 2013 (BST)

I'm a survivor of the highest calibre, and I must ask. Why take the fort? It's nothing but a terrible way for survivors to spend AP. Next you'll want to repair the armoury. --Rosslessness 09:29, 14 August 2013 (BST)
/*2nd Crowbankian war*/
Hello! Are you guys still active?
JRC has hit a tough spot in the war in Crowbank against UD Fark, the war is going good (7-1) but insurgents have risen. We need an end to this war and quick, so we're calling out to all PK groups to put the pressure on.
Why help JRC? Well, we are a group that supports the act of Player Killing, and we are trying hard to create an empire for Player Killers in Crowbank. Within Crowbank we only kill wanted people and bounty hunters, however any PKing that goes on outside of Crowbank is fair game and good by our book, especially if it comes with a note about Crowbank being the PK capitol of Malton.
Hope to see you in Crowbank soon! Cheers! --Leiter 09:06, 1 September 2013 (BST)
