A "rot revive" is the term commonly used for the act of revivification when applied to a zombie that has the brain rot skill. This can only be done inside a powered NecroTech building.
Groups and locations in this category are known to be places where it is common to get / perform a rot revive, generally as a result of the groups organized efforts to make it so.
Active/Known Rot Revive Clinics
As of 5 October 2016, the following buildings are claimed be used by various groups as locations for rot revives, are identified as such in suburb barricade plans, and have been recently reported as being used as such (when not ruined and overrun by zombies):
- The Pryor Building, Buttonville [41,98] - operated by The Randoms.
- The Casely Building, Starlingtown [93,40] - South Paynterton Aces - Graffiti indicates it is still used as a Rot revive point.
- The Jack Building, Raines Hills [66,16] - Independently operated (formerly Got Mrh?)
- The Jeffrey Building, Millen Hills [56, 15] - Rotter's Relief
- The Mitchener Building, New Arkham [1,95] - Independently operated - Uncaded
- The Montacute Building, Paynterton [94,32] - Independently operated but actively seeking formal/official operator
- The Pippard Building, South Blythville [29,72] - Malton College of Medicine - Default barricade level is VSB. Zombies are encouraged to break the cades down and enter for a revive.
- The Serrell Building, Yagoton [49,18] - Independently operated
- The Silwood Building, Wray Heights [66,74] - Independently operated. Default barricade level is EHB. See here for revive procedures specific to this building.
- The Wicksted Building, Wyke Hills [58, 96] - Rotter's Relief, Wulves - Default barricade level is VSB/EHB. See here for revive procedures specific to this building.

Inactive/Disputed Rot Revive Clinics
As of 14 August 2014, the following buildings are no longer in active use as rot revive clinics. They may or may not still be identified in suburb barricade plans as rot revive locations.
- The Angerstein Building, East Grayside [63,89] - Independently Operated - Lasted only from January 2014 - February 2014. Never recognized as rot revive point in the East Grayside barricade plan.
- The Canner Building, Gibsonton [89,26] - Cult of the Crocodile - Lasted only May 2010 - July 2010. Never recognized as a rot revive point in the Gibsonton barricade plan.
- The Greatorex Building, Houldenbank [99,65] - Rotter's Relief - The group Rotter's Relief=PKer's Relief effectively shut it down in 2013. It is no longer listed a rot revive point on the Houldenbank barricade plan.
- The Moseley Building, Stanbury Village [51, 57] - Rotter's Relief - Still listed in the suburb plan as an unbarricaded rot revive point, but the most recent available report, from December 2013, indicates it is no longer being used as such.
- The Panes Building, Ruddlebank [17, 85] - Rotter's Relief - Still listed in the suburb plan as an unbarricaded rot revive point, but the most recent available report, from July 2014, indicates it is no longer being used as such.
- The Peet Building, Judgewood [14,19] - Rotter's Relief - No longer in active use as a rot revive point, and no longer listed as one on the Judgewood barricade plan. Inactivity confirmed August 2014.
