Revive Points
- The Partington Monument (19,14)
- Bargery Square (17,15)
- Herne Plaza (18, 17)
The preceding three revive points are all entirely too close together to be effective. I've seen no evidence of any of these being active. Consolidate or remove? --└Frozen┘┌Flame┐ 21:47, 7 May 2008 (BST)
- My $.02 is that you should close down Partington Monument and Bargery Square. Keep open Herne Plaza (since it is adjacent to an NT, hospital, and entry point), and open an indoor RP at St Basil's church (15,19)(next to Peet NT). I don't see anything across the burb border that would rule out changes regarding Basil's and Partington. Asheets 22:12, 7 May 2008 (BST)
- Wow I wasn't expecting a response so fast! :D That was my thoughts too regarding the three above. I hadn't considered Basil's as an indoor RP, but I don't see why not. Since there's so much ZKing at RPs, an indoor RP will be a necessity. I'll wait a few more days for complaints or objections before I make the change. Thanks for responding! --└Frozen┘┌Flame┐ 03:53, 8 May 2008 (BST)
BTW, I've been observing local ferals (perhaps in conjunction with Extinction) killing z's at the various revive points. That may be why queues are so short right now. Asheets 22:14, 7 May 2008 (BST)
Moved News from March-April 2008, et al.
April 02th
Now the dead know that too. Expect us to be knee deep in zombies in a day. Don't give the zombies information. --Splitstar
YEEEHAAAA! We've sure got'em dead folk on the run!!! :D The burb is looking better than ever and it seems this valiant example set by the DEM has stirred the entire city into an all-out uprising!!!
* Sounds of joyous cheering and the popping of opened champagne bottles can be heard throughout the entire suburb!*
--MaxFloyd 00:11, 2 April 2008 (BST)
Max -- you appear to be suffering some type of delusional nightmare. All but five buildings are once more in ruins, all the resource buildings are trashed, and survivor bodies are piled high. This burb is looking burnt to a cinder once more, and the zombies sure ain't on the run here. --Wke235 05:44, 4 April 2008 (BST)
Don't you want to HELP people? By telling where to go for safety, for supplies, for revives? Hiding your progress is selfish. And actually counter-productive... Will you attract zombies by updating the wiki? Probably, yup... But if people were more MOBILE and less inclined to just stand around and hold the line in a lost cause, then wouldn't be an issue... And, the more rebuilt suburbs, the more spread out the dead have to become, and the safer things are overall. Also... do you REALLY think the Dead and Extinction don't KNOW already?? You think they sit on their arses and don't walk their zombies around and post stuff if they see a burb in need of ransacking? If you don't think they do this stuff, you're a fool... But you're all so SCARED. See, I'm not scared of them... I've been surviving and restocking and reviving and healing... in spite of them... So stop being so selfish and cowardly and give survivors the information they need. And... adopt new tactics, too... --WanYao 01:10, 3 April 2008 (BST)
Got to agree to some degree with you WanYao. One of the funniest things in the game is how the survivors once revived head straight to malls and start bunching up like lemmings. WHY pray tell do they head to the malls? You need the NT's to keep pumping out revive syringes, and the hospitals to cure those nasty infections. Yet time after time zombies will take NT's that have barely 30-40 people in them, while over in the mall 100+ are cowering in each section. I think the reason for the mall bunching is people are actually afraid to die in this game. So they hide in the biggest groups possible so IF zombies get near their precious little survivor, then the odds are low they'll be picked on. I mean come on, you really can't die in this game. They need to have some fun, change back and forth, mindlessly attack things as the dead, then revive back to a survior and have fun rebuilding before you switch sides and tear it all down again! --Wke235 05:44, 4 April 2008 (BST)
It was a diversion, sorry. It had to be done. I know Judgewood suffered from that, but thanks to this some Malls in the area lasted longer. Cheers! --MaxFloyd 23:18, 12 April 2008 (BST)
March 30th
In less than a week the survivor forces in the area will be fabulously dug in. We laugh at your feeble threats! *Hearty laughter and nasty cursing can now be heard throughout the area, accompanied by the noise of hammers and hacksaws!* Bite us (if you can)! ;-)

wiki talk
ey thanks for looking at the code, it'll be interesting if you can get this to work as a template. Your "fix" didn't quite fix it tho, you'll notice that the regular wiki text is no longer formatting correctly, i.e. the hard break between lines isn't working, and the table isn't aligning to the right of the text, rather it's below and to the right of the text. GIR 02:18, 15 Sep 2005 (BST)
- Great idea. I changed "Currently Controlled by:" to "Currently Claimed By:", though. And took the building counts out of the text, as they're now in the table. --Stankow 02:23, 15 Sep 2005 (BST)
Ghost Town
This suburb has been abandoned by survivor and zombie alike. Status changed to reflect the lack of any significant presence of either human or zed. -DeRathi 2:40 13th March 2008 (UTC)
- The suburb is back to red with no information on the article page, any explanation? --Wutafreek 20:50, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
suburb desscription is soooooooooooooooo wrong
would somebody fix this?
- Done, but somebody might want to revert/change this since I'm not sure of the standards involved. Asheets 20:32, 23 August 2007 (BST)

How can I possibly have any enjoyment of a game I can't play? Every time I log in I am already dead (and I mean down on the ground and not a zombie) It seems that other players camp my corpse and kill me the second I stand up... So why bother playing??? I haven't been on long enough to upset anyone. I have no contacts. Is this how it is with this? You have to be on 24-7 in order to run as fast as possible to somewhere that there are no other players? Sounds like a waste of time... Please sign your edits on the wiki. You can do this either by pressing the button in the editing toolbar. Signing your edits in the standard format makes it much easier to identify when and who has made changes, and creates less work for sysops and other wiki users--Airborne88T|ZC|MI|E! 02:20, 13 March 2008 (UTC) 05:31, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
Not sure If I am doing this right, but I'd try
- Darthspooks
I am currently trapped in Dakerstown. I started this game tonight, went wandering becaise I didn't know how to play, and ended up staying in a building I beleived to be safe. I was feeling pretty good. That is until I went researching on the UrbanDead Wiki. I found out two things. The first is that the IWM group I thought was heavily populating the area is not here, and also that this area was deemed too hazordous for beginner players. I amnow afraid that if I sign off, I will not be alive in the morning. And despite the fact that you can get Revitalized by Necrotech dudes, I'd rather just stay alive.
UPDATE: I guess no one took the call. ell, boom, I died, in my sleep. Had no chance. Now I search for a revive point. Maybe in Yagaton or something.Havent seen another soul.

- Well you know a little more now ;) In my opinion it's near the end though, when we started we were insurgeants attacking them in Dakerstown. Now we are in Dakerstown, and the only thing bothering us is the zombies. -Certified=Insane☭ 21:34, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

Judgewood Barricade Plan not up to date
Warning Cridge Alley Railway Station [16, 14] and the Hebdon Museum [16, 12] are barricated higher then vsb. I'm pretty sure other locations on the plan are out of date. Time to leave Judgewood for a more stable safe environment. --FriLunch 16:07, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Anyone can update the plan- it was a rough guide put out to people. Currently selfish people are repeatitly overbarricading the PD- a long term VS safehouse for new players. The Grove are out on tour so its kind of up to other people to update the plan. Its not too difficult. --MarieThe Grove on Tour 18:10, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
