Talk

we shall fight on the beaches,

we shall fight on the landing grounds,

we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,

we shall fight in the hills;

we shall never surrender

...Or indeed sign our posts. Surely this is a bit early? We've got to survive October and the return of Grim first.--RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 22:03, 5 August 2009 (BST)

Better early than late O.o --Haliman - Talk 22:04, 5 August 2009 (BST)
I wanted to make sure word got out. I want as many survivors prepared for this as possible! --Megameh 22:24, 5 August 2009 (BST)
The more confirmed groups now the easier it is to come up with a game plan so we may sweep the suburb -- Emot-argh.gif 22:32, 5 August 2009 (BST)
You must be high. Are you high, cracka? -- Adward  23:00, 6 August 2009 (BST)

Not this again

Blergh, I don't like this event. No really I don't. T's nothing more then a glorified suicide barricade strafe these days. You know what I would like to see? An actual mall siege again, that would be fun, the last time we had a one was at Giddings with BB2. Now that was a great event. I wish Kevan would make a siege possible again, instead of giving us cheap tweaks :/ but maybe that's just me... --Thadeous Oakley 22:34, 5 August 2009 (BST)

You don't like this but running into Ridleybank as a solo UC operation you enjoy? I pmed DBH on your forum, we would love for you guys to come around -- Emot-argh.gif 22:39, 5 August 2009 (BST)
Thad, I would love for you guys to join me/us =/ --Megameh 22:41, 5 August 2009 (BST)
Not my idea Kraus. And I don't know if we as a group would come, that's not up to me to decide.--Thadeous Oakley 23:23, 5 August 2009 (BST)

He's got a point. Every year we have to deal with endless barricade strafing, followed by a short siege of Blackmore, followed by a strike and a merciless slaughter of the inhabitants. While we appreciate the brains, it's annoying to have to come back to Ridleybank for a few days to deal with stupid survivors who think they're hot shit for getting one building up. --User:Axe27/Sig 00:31, 6 August 2009 (BST)

We're not talking about one building, were talking the entire suburb, and Axe...I'm a member of RRF and BI, as well as the group taking responsibility for this. I intend on not making it annoying but funny -- Emot-argh.gif 00:37, 6 August 2009 (BST)
Well, in that case, please do go ahead! No one ever has tried to make it "funny" only to have it turn into a trench-coat clad chest thump-a-thon before. Trying to make it funny will always work! It's a whole lot better than being original. --Beauxdeigh 02:38, 6 August 2009 (BST)
Now it seems to be "funny" at least to me, but then again, I'm easily amused. --DBHT 02:55, 6 August 2009 (BST)
And to think DBH I haven't even told you what I have in mind for Ridleybank yet. -- Emot-argh.gif 18:53, 6 August 2009 (BST)
Spoiler: I loled. --Haliman - Talk 19:13, 6 August 2009 (BST)

Again

Please marinate yourselves in exotic sauces and spices before entering Ridleybonk, and make sure you dirty harmanz have a bath first. That is all.-- Adward  22:56, 6 August 2009 (BST)

BBQ or Marinara? =D --Megameh 04:14, 7 August 2009 (BST)
Depends. Have you showered lately? If yes, something with sage and rosemary. If not, go heavy on the garlic. Anyone willing to pre-stuff themselves will get a chance to enter our "tastiest harman" contest. Last year someone won it using apples and coriander. -Wulfenbach 08:14, 11 August 2009 (BST)

2 groups

UBCS and Imperium are the only two groups involved. Why can't I stop lulzing? --Sonny Corleone DORIS I jizzed in my pants pr0n 22:59, 6 August 2009 (BST)

Cause only the great Sonny is able to enter a suburb, and make it green again all by himself amirite?-- Emot-argh.gif 23:15, 6 August 2009 (BST)
Nope. Keep guessing. --Sonny Corleone DORIS I jizzed in my pants pr0n 23:23, 6 August 2009 (BST)
is it because they are two of the most lulzy groups in existance Also, im hoping we get more groups. --Megameh 04:13, 7 August 2009 (BST)
Everyoneelse is gay anyway --DOWN WITH THE 'CRATS!!! | Join Nod!!! 04:18, 7 August 2009 (BST)

The "comedy" "penis" on the front page should have them rushing to sign up. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 10:18, 7 August 2009 (BST)

Take a look at A/VB --Thadeous Oakley 17:22, 7 August 2009 (BST)
I no rite? Linkthewindow  Talk  03:23, 8 August 2009 (BST)
Take a look at the A/VB ;) --Skouth 06:37, 8 August 2009 (BST)
Since this seems to be the talk spot for the picture on the main page, why does it look like it says May 11th, 09? I understand what you were going for, but usually when I see a date shown in that format type, it's usually month/date/year. --DBHT 03:29, 8 August 2009 (BST)
I never really understood this american date thing. Surely date/month/year is much more intuative? That way the units of time increase. Whats the benefit of this system? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 15:09, 8 August 2009 (BST)
I'm American, so I've always been a month/date/year kinda guy. Oh well, to each their own. --DBHT 19:06, 8 August 2009 (BST)
Yeah, its one of those really weird differences. Any particular reason why its that way? --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 19:10, 8 August 2009 (BST)
Don't really have a clue. I always thought of the date as seeing month, then what day of the week (giving the date of that month). I don't really have the slightest clue as to who came up with it that way, but growing up and in school, I was just always taught to do it that way. At least we can all agree that the year should be at the end. --DBHT 19:14, 8 August 2009 (BST)

On a side note, I wonder if the zombie group RRF is even going to bother to sign up this year. Considering they didn't do that last year.--Umbrella Corp.gifThadeous OakleyUmbrella Corp.gif 18:27, 7 August 2009 (BST)

>.> do they even have to sign up? they're gonna be defending ridleybank anyway --DOWN WITH THE 'CRATS!!! | Join Nod!!! 00:57, 8 August 2009 (BST)
Ah well, might as well sign up the horde. Ho hum, darn paperwork (grumble) -Wulfenbach 08:14, 11 August 2009 (BST)
The horde is in no way giving any variety of sanction or encouragement to a gathering of retarded trenchy asshats. We didn't sign up last year either for a reason. I have removed us from having signed up, do not add us to the list. --Papa Johnny 08:21, 11 August 2009 (BST)
