On a sysop's archive page for an individual demotion (one that doesn't exist, hence the redlink):

In that last example, the DM tells it that this is a demotions page, and the 2005 is the year that it will use when categorizing the page. For instance, note that "2005 Demotion Archives" is a category at the bottom of this page. Possible values that can be used in addition to DM are BP, M, PM, and RE. Additionally, you can add one more value of your choice after the year. For instance, if you want to indicate that a demotion was withdrawn, you might use "DM|2005|Withdrawn", which would result in the categories "2005 Demotion Archives" and "Withdrawn Demotion Archives" being added to the page. Please look through existing archives to see what categories are in common use so that you don't create unnecessary categories.
Two notes: The template is slightly off-center, with the SA nav shifted left of the Admin nav. Not sure how to adjust that.
Also, does the Breadcrumbs template need to include the full Admin nav? Why not just have the Admin nav on the A/SA page, with just the SA nav on all the subpages? Bob Moncrief EBD•W! 22:06, 20 September 2013 (BST)
- It's only shifted left on A/SA itself, and that's because of the shortcut box in the top right, which pushes it left. Prior to this, the admin nav was off-center, but now it's been pushed down, so it isn't. And I'm going to modify it in a bit to only appear on "Other Sysop Archive" pages, rather than on all of them, that way it's only showing up on the pages that are actually being used to navigate this system. If that's still too much clutter (I'd like to give it a few days to see how it feels), then I'll just put it on A/SA and nowhere else. —Aichon— 22:12, 20 September 2013 (BST)
