So far, we've been trying to get as many phone masts up as possible, there are two ways of doing that: You can stay put and defend a few masts you call home, or you can start moving around and help as many as you can. It's all up to you. I'd recommend reading the Malton Telephone page, and the handbook we've got down there. I'm near Pashenton's mast right now, so drop by if you want to talk to me.
