Suggestion description
As the title says; all zombies will have the ability to Feed on a corpse, just as ones who have the Digestion skill currently can. If the corpse was "fresh" (meaning not reviving, and has not yet been fed on 10 times, as currently required to gain XP by feeding) the zombie would gain 1 XP. Zombies with Digestion would also gain up to 4 HP, as normal.
The purpose behind this suggestion is primarily to allow zombies who have few or no zombie skills a method of gaining XP that is not painfully slow and is in character. Currently the best method of gaining XP for low level zombies (in the likely absence of survivors) is to attack other zombies, which is very "out of genre". Eating fresh corpses, on the other hand, is something EVERY zombie loves, and should be allowed and encouraged to do!

- Keep Attacking other zombies is bad, being attacked by other zombies is worse ~m T! 18:10, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- I see no reason why not. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 18:12, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep/Change - The only drawback I can see is that corpses would be fed upon much more often and will be more quickly picked over. If corpses are a source of XP then suggestion should include a change to number of times it can be fed upon. ~ 18:18, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep/change I like the idea but assuming there at fresh bodies a person could passively gain 50xp a day which seems a tad high. Granted like vapor said corpses would be fed on more often so it might balance itself. 20:00, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep That helps babah zambahz to climb out of that early low-level hole all by themselves. -- Spiderzed▋ 20:03, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep - It's a good, genre appropriate way to help new zombies level up. --AORDMOPRI ! T 20:31, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep/Change - Maybe make it like reading a book. Where you won't always gain XP for feeding on a dead body but, give some bonus. "You see the expertly made claw marks on the flesh and learn something about attacking humans." Or, "You look the body over before digging in finding nothing of interest."--keepster33 22:04, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep - Very good idea. --Papa Moloch 23:32, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
- Keep Compliments digestion without making it worthless. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 23:36, 5 November 2010 (UTC)
