By the way, I read your article on tax shelters - it was quite informative, and so I understand what you mean when you say that corporate executives have tax shelters in foreign nations. I've never heard of that happening, but based on my belief of such executives, I do not doubt that they would do so. Which is why I would support much, ''much'' more funding towards corporate crime prosecution budgets and other such measures to keep them in check.
As for my "version" of a proportional representation - well, I would prefer any kind of PR over our plurality system, but my voting method of choice would probably be either choice voting or an open party list system.
