Description
A large red-brick building whose facade is beginning to crumble.
Station Policy
The MTDR has set a barricade policy of VS+2 for this building. Anyone who breaks this rule is usually scolded, and survivors work to bring cades back down. The generator policy is that if you have a fuel can, fuel the genny so that others may use it. Radio policy: The radio is, by default, tuned to 27.09, official MTDR frequency, but survivors are free to use the radio.
History
Founded by the City of Malton when Foulkes Village was annexed by the city.

Legion of the Octopope
Occupation
Altough the Legion of the Octopope never officially set up their full jurisdiction in Frye Alley PD, they often referred to it as their own. They would use the building to restock on ammunition, and usually left a single sentry in charge. Maintanance was not a priority, but the survivors in the area found it relieving to have a clan in the area defending them. This decision was chiefly decided by the SWA, since the station was so close to the headquarters of the Octopope.
Policy
Former policy from the Octopope has been all but forgotten, but historian have been able to piece together this much: Cading policy was HB or higher, and one of the surrounding buildings usually served as an entry point. The building was kept lit, and when darkened it took a while to regenerate power. The Octopope did not place a high priority on the protection of FAPD, mainly due to their allegiance to protected Henley NT nearby.
Support from other clans
The CAPD supported the Octopope's occupation, but would place constant streams of propaganda in the area to recruit new members, with various results. The Southwest Alliance officially recognized the Octopope's protection of the station. With the help of the former BrainFriendlies, the Octopope would heal any survivors straggling in the station. A revive point was set up nearby, and it would later compete directly with the MTDR revive point. This was moved to New Arkham to further serve the community.
The First Crusade
January to March 2007. After the First Crusade's first attack and the Octopope's defeat at the hands of the RRF in Ruddlebank, the station served as the main ammo replenishing station when they returned. After defending themselves from slight zombie attacks, the Octopope found themselves spending a week in the station, restocking. Shortly thereafter, they stormed Ruddlebank and wiped it clean of enemy forces.
MTDR Occupation
Arrival
The MTDR arrived on July 29, 2009. MTDR founder, Frost12, had been traveling from Roachtown across the city looking for a place to stay when he found Foulkes Village. Frye Alley PD had no power, it was ransacked, blood-stained, and only two survivors had taken refuge there, neither affiliated with a clan. Luckily, there was a powered down radio station here. After a short trip to Tompson Mall and installation of a generator, the MTDR began to move in.
Influx of Survivors
With the group now running the station, a barricade policy was in place for VSB++, and survivors began to slowly move in. After some problems with keeping the generator fueled, the "fuel if you have it" rule was put in place, and by the end of two months the station was brimming with survivors, most of which were not members of the clan. Eventually, enough survivors had arrived so that a revive point was created one block north of the station at Richings Crescent.
Attention from Other Clans
The CAPD, a local group, warmly welcomed the tiny clan, and sent units to aid in construction. Soon, the MTDR was big enough to sustain itself and the CAPD have long since become their closest ally. The Umbrella Corporation had their Blue Team stationed in Malton, and the MTDR had trouble with communicating with them. Commander Pena, head of Blue Team, sent an emissary to MTDR forums, and they began to chat, the MTDR now gaining another trusted ally. Blue Team can often be found stocking up on ammo in Frye Alley.
Breaking Away
By October of 2009, the Frye Alley PD was easily one of the safest places in Southwest Malton, and the MTDR finally had established itself as a clan. However, the Undeadites moved into the area and all of the clans in Foulkes was forced to defend themselves (see below for details about how the Frye Alley PD was involved). After this incident, the MTDR decided to break away from the station's current authority, the Legion of the Octopope. With help from the CAPD, they quickly got it done and the Octopope now operate out of the Henley building, two blocks east of the station. The MTDR, now with jurisdiction, continued to shape the station into a safe, fortified haven for survivors. However, a post in the Octopope's forum was not made until November 19, 2009.
First Undeadites Invasion of Foulkes Village
Early Warning Signs
The first signs of invasion were noted around the same time by both the CAPD and MTDR. The Undeadites had marked Foulkes Village as their next target after breaking off from an RRF attack force, which moved north. The CAPD and MTDR began to collaborate and plan an evacuation procedure. This procedure was a fair success in the Southwestern portion of Foulkes, and New Arkham served as an emergency retreat point in case things got out of hand.
The Invasion
The Undeadites moved into Foulkes Village after aiding the RRF in their School's Out for Barhah tour. Their first order of business was to invade all of the resource buildings, and Frye was on their list. However, it quickly became clear that the CAPD were putting up a struggle, and the zombie reinforcements moved to the Crew Avenue Police Department, ransacking the place after nearly a month of fierce struggling. This move was a bad choice on the Undeadites' part, as the MTDR, Legion of the Octopope, and Umbrella's Blue Team was able to secure Etheldreda, Henley, and most of the Southwestern part of Foulkes Village. From this vantage point, the survivors huddled in Foulkes Village managed to defend themselves and drive the Undeadites out of the suburb, while the CAPD began to rebuild and help in the counterattack.
Aftermath
In the aftermath of the invasion, the station became referred to as the "safest place in Malton" by some of the locals, as not a single person or piece of machinery came under harm during the attack. The MTDR did not have to rebuild, and focused their efforts on refortifying the nearby Etheldreda General Hospital. This title was lost on November 21, 2009 when a PKer killed a survivor during an MTDR operation in Edgecombe. The term was coined by MTDR member Bela on their forums, and usage of the term in the game influenced the locals. For a while, the MTDR lost their hold on the station during an operation in Edecombe, but quickly reestablished control.
