Is there anything else you would like to ask about? And allow me to clear this up here and now. I am not attacking you or your group. I'm just trying to keep that page looking nice. I have been looking at the imperium and Fortress ads to see how they are autosized and I do not see any special commands. In fact, I see nothing at all that would specify the width of the ad...If I decreased the width of the image to 600PX and then took out the width commands for the rest of the ad, would the ad then autosize? --[[User:Hibernaculum|Hibernaculum]] 15:44, 14 September 2008 (BST)

Talk to Hibernaculum

Nice page. Um, you probably shouldn't be leaving messages on people's user pages. Some people are pretty up tight around here will report you 4 vandalism. Better to use the "discussion page". K, Cya around.--Airborne88Zzz1.JPGT|ZC|MI|E! 14:14, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

I never left a message on someone's user page. The only messages I've left lately have been on the Blackhawk nation Discussion Page. I have checked the 'my contributions' section here. There is no record of any such message on someone else's user page. What is this about?
I followed a link from a message on someone's user page here. (I have no idea who's page it was now). I am sure it was a simple mistake (Both the user page and talk page were virtually blank)I just wanted to drop a friendly hello and make sure you knew to not edit user pages.(which it seems you do) If no one has caught it by now they most likely won't. --Airborne88Zzz1.JPGT|Z.Quiz|PSS 18:11, 30 March 2008 (BST)
Well I can't find the edit now... It is very possible I am just a retard. Sorry for bothering you--Airborne88Zzz1.JPGT|Z.Quiz|PSS 18:13, 30 March 2008 (BST)
It's alright. These things happen. We at the FoD do take part in some verbal sparring with our opponents but we always keep it to the discussion areas.--Hibernaculum 18:30, 30 March 2008 (BST)

Recruitment

Update the time stamp on your recruitment ad, otherwise it risks removal. Cheers. -- To know the face of God is to know madness....Praise knowledge! Mischief! Mayhem! The Rogues Gallery!. <== DDR Approved Editor 00:48, 23 April 2008 (BST)

Thanks! Forgot about that. :) --Hibernaculum 21:47, 23 April 2008 (BST)

Flowers of Disease

If you want that page deleted please post it on A/SD. Removing the content isn't enough, sorry.--– Nubis NWO 15:44, 19 June 2008 (BST)

Bounty Hunting vs. Reporting

Hi, it was nice to see you at the mall (and even nicer that you didn't shoot me!). I don't really consider myself a bounty hunter, it's not really the focus of what I do. But I do present thrilling op-ed pieces (which C4NT does not endorse as its own corporate view) and I report the crime blotter. As an objective journalists I'm open to all points of view, in fact I'd love to interview you if possible and learn more about the Flowers of Disease. --Jon Pyre 19:41, 24 June 2008 (BST)

I would be more than happy to grant you the interview but I believe that prior to that, you should apologize to poor Skilbey for this assault on her person:

Good Job

On racking up so many TZH kills. What with all the Brainstock drama, and the amount of mind-altering drivel Ghary Glitter spouts, it's easy for people to forget that one group have been consistently taking it to Team Zerg'n'Hidemore for almost a month. My hat is off to you and the other FODders. One of the hardest things I've found with a PKer group is to get sufficient numbers of your troops to stay focused on one target over a long period, but you guys seem to have it nailed. Keep up the good work! --Sir Bob Fortune RR 22:24, 15 July 2008 (BST)

Can I put the Flowers of Disease down?

...as participating on the PK Olympics page? Even if one of you plans to attend, it's 'participating.' Really trying to show momentum and solidarity on this one... thanks.--Squid Boy 22:58, 30 August 2008 (BST)

Hibernaculum did you receive this message?--Squid Boy 14:22, 3 September 2008 (BST)

In case your interested, opening ceremonies date/time has been set. Contact me for it if you want it.--Squid Boy 21:23, 8 September 2008 (BST)
Sorry Squidboy for the delayed response. I'm afraid the FOD won't be able to make it. --Hibernaculum 15:22, 9 September 2008 (BST)

RE: FoD Recruitment Ad?

Hello, I have not been on the page for half a year. The other person who runs the page is less strict than me. But I am back to editing that page once a week, and I will be looking for ads that are too wide. Your claim that the fortress ad is too wide while your is not shows that you haven't read the rules of the page. To report me for vandalism please go to UDWiki:Administration/Vandal_Banning. There you can file a report against me and with your reasons for said report. - User:Whitehouse 15:05, 14 September 2008 (BST)

You have me at a loss. The Rules: "Ads may not be larger than what a browser can handle at low resolution. The ad may not be wider than 600 pixels (use auto sizing to make the ad function optimally at most resolutions) or longer than one full browser screen (this includes images)." Are you talking about how long the add is (top to bottom) or the width (side to side)? Because my add, on the sides is an inch or more less wide on each side than the one below mine. SO you tell me how the fortress ad is within the rules and mine isn't? What I want is to speak with a wiki mod to discuss you abusing your privilege. Your 'vandalism' isn't of the usual kind (flaming, changing content), yours is that of someone who has taken it upon themselves to see to it that I find it as difficult as possible to recruit.

--Hibernaculum 15:16, 14 September 2008 (BST)

Right. First part is about width. Because some people (and I'm sure it's very few) have screens with a width of 800px. Because of the wiki sidebar the editing space and the page space can contain images/text/etc. at 616px before going outside the screen. Your image is 700px wide. So I know it goes outside the screen. The Fortress ad below however, does not. Because as is suggested in that very guideline, they use autosizing of their ad (their image is easily within restrictions at 436px). So when a smaller screen view it, the ad is shrunk to fit the width limitations. The thing we can't autosize is images (which means that when they are over 600px they break the page for lower resolutions) which is why images must be max 600px wide.

Now as for height/length (longer than one browser screen). Well, I guess I could state that in px too, and it would be about 580px-600 px at the lowest resolutions. I believe quite a few ads break this rule, which I'll have to check when I do the clean up later. These restrictions while annoying are so that the page looks good at all resolutions.

Is there anything else you would like to ask about? And allow me to clear this up here and now. I am not attacking you or your group. I'm just trying to keep that page looking nice. And if you wish to speak to a wiki sysop, you can. Would you like me to provide you a list of them? - User:Whitehouse 15:30, 14 September 2008 (BST)
