Suggestion description
--BlackScarletLove 09:36, 16 May 2007 (BST)

I've noticed that having a generator allows some minor conviences for the players in the building it is in. In fact, one part of the wiki I read mentioned 'making life more comfortable'. Because life has been made more comfortable by having a running generator, and certain luxuries can be utilized that would otherwise leave you huddling cold in a dark building, this got me to thinking that a good bonus for one sleeping in a room with a running generator would be:

1. HP regenerates due to a more comfortable sleep. Perhaps at the same rate AP regenerates, or one HP per hour, or something like that.

Kill Votes

  1. Incomplete - Please use the talk:suggestions page to develop this suggestion further into a submittable standard. --Ducis DuxSlothTalk 10:53, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  2. Gosh, no - too powerfull --Duke GarlandTLCD SSZ 11:14, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  3. Kill - Fewer wounded survivors to heal = harder game for newbies, especially the science class ones. Also, this would encourage wounded survivors to pack into powered buildings. Can you say "Zombie Buffet"? Also, a noisy, exhause belching generator would tend to be BAD for health, not good. And they can't heat a building. --Seb_Wiers VeM 12:44, 17 May 2007 (BST)
    • Re: Yeah good point. :P
  4. Incomplete, and other then that, overpowered. Use the link on Dux's comment to discuss it first, before you summit it. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 12:46, 17 May 2007 (BST)
    • Re: I don't understand what you mean by incomplete or overpowered. :P
  5. Kill - This may seem to be helpful but medics will find it harder to find a person to heal as Swiers's comment above. --JudeMaverick W!TJ! 13:20, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  6. Incomplete - Maybe make FAKs heal a little more, rather than HP regeneration? This isn't really explained clearly enough. Explain more clearly and I might, just might vote keep. --Anotherpongo 18:58, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  7. Kill - I'd rather not see HP regen at all. Healing happens through FAKs, and that part is a good element of gameplay. No sense getting rid of it. --Rgon 19:16, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  8. Kill - We already have something similar... surgery allows extremely rapid HP recovery inside a powered hospital. "Regeneration" just isn't needed, especially with the prevalence of first aid kits in this game. --Uncle Bill 22:30, 17 May 2007 (BST)
  9. Kill - HP regeneration isn't a cool idea neither has good implementations for this game. --Matthew Fahrenheit YRCT+1 03:51, 18 May 2007 (BST)
  10. Kill - Overpowered, in some areas it would even erase the need for FAKs --Sonofagun18 05:51, 18 May 2007 (BST)
  11. Kill Too powerfull and im a survivor! The Last Saxon 09:07, 18 May 2007 (BST)
  12. Kill as above.--Vista +1 18:05, 18 May 2007 (BST)
