Talk:Escape II: A Very Escape Christmas
Insanity
- ...is doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results.
- No, wait, I'm mistaken. That's not insanity. That's fucking stupidity. Insanity would be a bit more creative. Boognish 15:33, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
- The first one ended up being an all-you-can-eat buffet of brains for every horde in the game. This one at best can aspire to the same. If Kevan had but only acknowledged the first one then there might be hope for a second attempt, but even that didn't happen. G'luck to anyone who didn't learn the lesson the first time around. --Wayson 23:25, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
Argh.
- You know, it didn't work the first time, with hundreds and hundreds of people on board. You'll have less this time, far less, which means much less reason for Kevan to even take notice at all. 04:14, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Hey, if he wants to be personally responsible for the deaths of every single person he recruits for his cause, my MOB zombie is fine with it. —Aichon— 04:32, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- I've missed you guys. -Captain Video 04:32, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- How sweet that the Harmanz want to put on a Barhahmaz dinner for the hordes. -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 04:40, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Sweet, another free feast. Wait a minute. Did you even show up at Escape I to die with the masses in the last feast?--Agent Sandman 04:47, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I died there in person. It's part of my commitment to quality. I must warn you, though, that I'll be picking a place that should be a touch more defensible this time around. I'm not doing this with the intent of dying, as hard as the zeds find that to believe. -Captain Video 05:07, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Pick Creyghton Crescent Railway Station this time, please. I've heard it's very defensible, and that there is also no organized zambah presence. -- Spiderzed▋ 05:46, 26 November 2010 (UTC)

- Yeah these people are all great aren't they, I wonder how long its going to take Red Brinded Cat to get here... anyways I look forward to this, even if we try this 1000 times and each time we get crushed I would have to say this is a pretty fricken sweet event. Certainly the most exciting thing I have seen so far in UD. Even the ensuing zombie "Big Bash" that coelessed b/c of escape was fun, shakes things up a little. I wll be try and get my group on board, we already have many of the previous NO ESCAPE leaders on our zombie hit list lol. Chuckiferd 20:24, 1 December 2010 (UTC)

Kevan doesn't want to end the game. If you want to see a game implode on itself, play Dealt in Lead. Otherwise, weren't you meant to jump out of a window and never stand up again last time?--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 08:44, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- We know Kevan doesn't want to end the game. That's why we're trying to convince him to. Not for everybody, just for us. -Captain Video 17:21, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- Why should he? What incentive have you provided him to? It would require a fairly large amount of effort for him, and there's already a perfectly reasonable way for you to stop playing - you stop playing.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 17:44, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- i look forward to eating your brains, shooting you in the face and making fun of you while I do it. I thank the good lord Keven for this bounty of morons we are about to consume.... guys why are you bothering convincing him not to do it? lost cause, just like everything this idiot plans. massive fail part 2. and i bet he won't stop playing the game. isn't there a template yet for WAH TACTICS?----sexualharrison ¯\()/¯ 20:29, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- I'm trying to convince him not to because I run a survivor account on one of the map's borders and I don't want him to lure 500 zombies to that suburb.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 22:38, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- There's just a 1/36 chance that he'll choose yours. 1/12 if we consider that he might pick a neighboring suburb as well. Even worse if we consider that the hordes tend to wreck suburbs they go through on the way to the destination, and that anything within about a 3 suburb radius will likely get wrecked either before or after as well. —Aichon— 22:53, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- My suspicion is he'll chose Paynterton, because it's on the green side of the map and has a railway next to the wall. Unfortunately, that's not far from where I am. So long as he keeps away from the NE, I have no problems with him.--Yonnua Koponen Talk ! Contribs 23:01, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- It won't be Paynterton or an area adjacent to Paynterton. I'm heading to a place I know for a fact has a long history of trouble, so nobody's going to be given a nasty surprise here. Beyond that, no hints. -Captain Video 23:17, 26 November 2010 (UTC)

Sadly
404 won't be attending. We've got our own Christmas event planned. --RosslessnessWant a Location Image? 12:01, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- That's a shame. Hope to see you if we do a third one, then. -Captain Video 17:21, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
Dear escapees: a tip from someone obectionable objective
Don't have a central location where you will get your shit ruined. Disperse individually or in small groups in train stations across marzan and you'll have a much greater chance of living out the event, and can have different activities/objectives/whatever for different locations. Also it'd make less of a clone of the first one. 23:18, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
- And for the love of the gods, organize this time. When I come to eat brains, I want to have to fight for them. --Shatari 02:21, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
- I don't wish to cramp your style, but we really don't want to be eaten at all. -Captain Video 05:01, 28 November 2010 (UTC)

Pull it off when the bug works, then you'll escape. Also, Kevan doesn't have a history of making it snow every Christmas. It never snowed until 2007, two years after the game came out. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 23:31, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
- Somnambulation Man, the only player in UD history to escape Malton. And he promptly asked the good lord kevan to let him back in. And Lo, the Kevan saw that it was good and the request was granted. With a single bug report he discarded what so many of you have sought.--GANG Giles Sednik CAPD 23:38, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
- He wasn't the only but he was the first. ~ 23:42, 30 November 2010 (UTC)
- Technically he was the only one. The others under the discussion of that report were just mere discardable test characters. --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 23:48, 30 November 2010 (UTC)

The Name
I think Escape 2: Electric Boogaloo would've been better--E Gadus 00:01, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
- I think if "Electric Boogaloo" gets used one more time then Shabba Doo Quiñones is gonna sue somebody. 02:41, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
- I've lost count of how many times "Electric Boogaloo" was used... --•▬ ▬••▬ • •••• •▬ ▬•▬• ▬•▬ #nerftemplatedsigs 02:48, 2 December 2010 (UTC)
- This came exceptionally close to being Escape II: Electric Boogaloo, and Escape II: The Legend of Curley's Gold wasn't far behind that. Both ended up being tossed due to lack of context, since there's no gold in Malton and I decided this thing won't be happening in a power plant. -Captain Video 05:43, 2 December 2010 (UTC)

GAME OVER THANK YOU FOR PLAYING
You are inside the Rothwell Building. The NecroTech logo is set in the wall behind the front desk, and doors open onto powered-down computer rooms and laboratories. The laboratories have been ruined, with broken equipment smashed to the floor. The floor is slick with pools of blood. The doors to the street have been left wide open.
Somebody has spraypainted Escap% #*! W#*l@ ##c#e*# #@t! onto a wall. The graffiti has been obscured by smears of gore.
There is a group of eight zombies here.
There are seven dead bodies here. You recognise A Very Bored Zombie amongst them. -- Spiderzed▋ 23:42, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
- You shouldn't have picked the suburb we were in. xoxo - RRF and friends -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 00:20, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
- It was also a burb that was just 2 suburbs away from Whittensdie - my FU recognized an awful lot of zambahs in the area. And if it hadn't been for RRF and FU, there would also have been Clubbed to Death (2 suburbs away) and MOB (1 suburb away). Seriously, that corner was doomed from the start. -- Spiderzed▋ 00:28, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
- I saw you sexy FU shamblers too! We just dinned with you guys in WhittensDIE and again here, how delightful. Yes the harmanz didn't think this one through too well, it is in their nature though. -- Papa Jadkor (RRF) (MotA) (MT11) 00:34, 13 December 2010 (UTC)

- The month is still young; I wonder if they'll rally. --Shatari 00:45, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
- Highly doubt it. He left the promotion of the event too late. Last time he had a few months to prepare the event and that's why it got such good momentum. In this one, the zombies were more eager to attend at short notice than a lot of the survivors -.- -- LEMON #1 02:46, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure the zombies weren't eager either and it just happen to be announced in the same suburb we were all around :p ♥ Moonie Talk | Testimonials 05:01, 13 December 2010 (UTC)
