The Aim
Move all old suggestions (well at least those in peer reviewed/undecided) to pages of their own in the Suggestion namespace.
The process
Phase 1
Go through all the suggestion pages listed above, and link each individual suggestion to it's daily archive (where the actual votes are included) and also create a link to the individual page where it will eventually be placed. To do this, use Template:SU, including dates and pagenames where appropriate (all the info should be included with the suggestion).
Phase 2
Go back through the pages listed above, copying the suggestions and votes from the daily archive link onto the new page in the suggestion namespace, including the appropriate template for peer reviewed/undecided/rejected.
Phase 3
Repair links to old suggestions pages, and if all cleared out, delete the old pages.
