Pennville (known in zamgrh as B!nnb!rrh) is a suburb of Malton, located in the south-east of the city. It contains the northern extremity of Fort Perryn.
Before the outbreak, Pennville was known as being a very unsavory area of Malton. The clubs were notorious for drug peddling and low-lifes, and the cinemas had a seedy reputation thanks to the X-rated nature of their films. In an effort to turn this neighborhood around, many police stations were opened throughout the suburb. Unfortunately this effort failed, partly due to the mayor's lack of funding.
The neighborhood has never really shaken off its ill fame. No NecroTech research facility was located in this suburb due to the safety concerns that have become a legacy in Pennville.
