Suggestion description
Burglar starts off with GPS and a crowbar. Has crowbar Proficiency(increases chance of hitting by 20%. Also is able to spend, oh I don't know, maybe 15 AP to break into any building by taking it down to very strongly barricaded. If under Heavily barricaded or more( which is useless since you can just walk in) it stays at that current barricade level. How's that?
